Good breakfast best 3 star hotel

Good hotel for the price. Aircon could be more effective, but good there was both an aircon and a fan. The breakfast was from a vegetarian perspective difficult. I could eat toast bread with butter.. the fruits were not fresh and had flies all around them. Even for my partner that eats meat the breakfast was mediocre. The funny thing is we had a la carte the day after at the same cafe (after breakfast closed) which was a HUGE difference. Actually good food.

Very comfortable bed! I slept better here than I had, in a very long time. Location is ok if you don't mind getting a quick taxi elsewhere. Staff were pleasant. I never used the swimming pool, but it was a bit small.

Good location, right in the middle of the city. However, the towels were dirty, which was quite disappointing.

The reception is very helpful. Help me book a limo and also order a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much! Staff was friendly and rooms were super nice! Pool very refreshing in the afternoon! Hotel is located 15mins from the more touristic center which we very much liked as it is located in a more calm area.

1 of the better hotels in Vientiane, enjoy staying here. Great staffs and service. Great gym and swimming pool. Rooms are clean except for the water which can’t be adjusted to the right temp is either too cold or too hot when showering.

Great place to stay

PROs: away from the city centre so expected it to be quiet. As they are far, they provide 4 x daily shuttles to the city centre (9am, 10am) & night market (6pm, 7pm). Nice boutique hotel, generally clean. Nice little pool area, small gym; CONs: Costed more to get there by taxi from the airport as the hotel was "outside" of the city centre. Frankly, its about the same distance from the airport to the centre. Just any excuse to charge more. Requested higher floor but was refused & told hotel was full. It was busy enough but it did not feel like it was full. Spent 2 nights there, Friday & Saturday. Both nights (early morning), we were woken up by tour groups (Korean, we think) at approx 12.30am to 1 am. They were speaking at the top of their voices and were slamming doors for what felt like 30mins. Then, in the morning we were woken up again by the tour groups leaving the hotel at approx 7am. I think we were on the floor where they placed tour groups. You would think the hotel would caution the tour groups to respect the other hotel guests on the same floor especially at that time of the night/morning OR place them all on the same floor and other guests away on a different floor. Not sure how this hotel is rated #1. Booked this hotel based on Tripadvisor ratings but I would not recommend it. It is a little too far from the city centre. The hotel says 1.5km but it felt further and seemed to take 20+mins to walk. Breakfast was a little basic and the food trays were not replenished even though it was still an hour to end of service.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, nice location is great for relaxing on weekends

Very nice hotel. A small swimming pool, nice room, but above all VERY friendly and nice staff! Never met such a good hotel staff! The people are just so nice and friendly! Only thing to be desired is that there are too many mosquitoes here, I got bit 10 times. Note: it's 40~70 US dollars at the spot so sometimes it's cheaper than online.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, decent breakfast. Comfortable and high value for the price. Highly recommend it!
