The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Bell Tower. You just take Exit 6 from the Bell Tower, walk about 10 meters down a small street, and you're there. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle. It's also a short walk to the Muslim Quarter, and you can enjoy shopping and eating along the way. My friend stayed at a hotel on the opposite street and said they started broadcasting 'Terracotta Warriors One-Day Tour' ads from 6 AM, but this hotel is very quiet. The staff are also very enthusiastic. Xiao Sun and Xiao Wang served us and even proactively asked if we needed bottled water before heading out – they really pay attention to the details. The breakfast was quite varied, and the oil-splashed noodles were delicious. The decor is quite trendy, with a bit of an industrial vibe. The rooms have hooks on the walls, which are very convenient for hanging clothes.

The room was clean and simple, perfect for traveling with a child. The bathroom was a good size, and the bedding was comfortable. The common areas were warm and stylish. Amenities: Trendy and fashionable. Service: Front desk staff, Xiao Lin, Xiao Wang, and Xiao Zhang, were exceptionally nice. We arrived early, and they thoughtfully helped us store our luggage and informed us that our room would be prepared as quickly as possible and they'd call us. True to their word, it was ready very quickly. Because my child had makeup on, they even specially provided a straw for her to drink water! Such thoughtful details! Absolutely wonderful, you all are top-notch!

The hotel's fantastic location was the main reason I stayed for 12 nights. The subway station and Bell Tower are less than 100 meters away, making travel and dining incredibly convenient. While experiencing different hotels is usually part of my travel, convenience was paramount since I was traveling with an elderly person close to 80. The hotel's service was quite attentive, though some minor details could still be improved.

Excellent location with lot choices of food nearby, train is just around the corner of the hotel, hotel front desk staff is helpful with airport transfer service, tour booking etc, they even surprise my son with the birthday decorations, cake and fruits. Free alcohol is given when we check in.

Let's start with the downsides: ① The hotel's soundproofing is really poor. At 11 PM, I could clearly hear conversations from two adjacent rooms, which I found unacceptable. During the day, I could clearly hear Qinqiang opera from downstairs, but that was acceptable. ② The hotel's service is mediocre; training (and accountability) needs improvement. Some front desk staff are warm and thoughtful, while others are not worth commenting on. Now for the positives: ① The location is excellent, very convenient to the Bell Tower metro station. There are also many unique places to eat, shop, and explore within the Yisu Grand Theater courtyard and around the Bell Tower, which you can find guides for online. ② The hotel's atmosphere is generally good. The gym on the first floor has convenient treadmills and dumbbells. The front desk bar has a stylish vibe, but there weren't many guests when I stayed, so there was no real atmosphere. The room itself is quite 'Instagrammable,' and the utility room's thoughtful design is unique. The view from the floor-to-ceiling window is also very good.

The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel's location is very convenient. Special thanks to Sun and Zhu at the front desk, they were great! Highly recommend.

This was my first time at a Moxy hotel, and my first visit to Xi'an's Moxy, and it was full of surprises! We arrived quite late, but then discovered how incredibly convenient the location is. It's just a two-minute walk to see the Bell and Drum Towers, and five minutes to the Muslim Quarter, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's decor perfectly suits a younger aesthetic, and it even incorporates Xi'an's unique characteristics – you can even try on Hanfu here. The breakfast selection was comprehensive and exceeded our expectations. We could enjoy local Xi'an specialties like Liangpi, noodles, and even Roujiamo right at the hotel. The front desk staff who checked us in, Xiao Liang and Xiao Zhu, were particularly nice and incredibly attentive to detail. For example, I had some chocolates from abroad that needed refrigeration and then to be taken with me the next day. The staff members were super proactive in helping me arrange ice packs for freezing and refrigeration for the chocolates, and they even thoughtfully provided a bag for me to carry them. Simply wonderful!

A very nice hotel, nestled in the courtyard of the Yisu Theatre, right next to the Bell Tower. It offers both convenient access and a quiet escape from the city's buzz. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was good. Highly recommend.

Modern room, equipped with all comforts: slippers, hairdryer, etc. Central location, perfect for walking to most tourist attractions (especially the Bell Tower, where you can easily catch a Didi), and the bus stop for the Terracotta Army is also nearby. Friendly staff (one English-speaking lady) and a generous breakfast.

The decor is very stylish, the bathroom is spacious, the service was excellent, and the room itself was very comfortable. There isn't a proper desk (which kids with homework might actually appreciate! 😉, but it makes eating instant noodles a bit tricky). However, there's ample hanging space, so you won't have to worry about where to put your belongings. Overall, it was fantastic!

The location couldn't be better, right next to the Bell Tower, offering unparalleled convenience for getting around. Plus, there's a direct shuttle pick-up point for the Terracotta Army right at the doorstep. The room itself was clean and simple, with immaculate bedding. The smart wall storage was a great feature, saving a lot of space.

Overall, it's pretty average. The location is decent, with very convenient subway access. Otherwise, it wouldn't be worth the price. The breakfast was extremely basic. For future trips, I'll definitely avoid the summer season.

If you're visiting Xi'an, I absolutely recommend staying near the Bell Tower. This location offers convenient transport, a bustling environment, and a vibrant commercial scene where history and modernity gracefully intertwine. The Moxy, situated in this lively Bell Tower district, is a true oasis of calm. Just a small lane separates it from the urban din, yet it offers seamless integration into the vibrant surroundings. You can reach the base of the Bell Tower in a mere two-minute walk from the hotel. This was my first time staying at a Moxy, and I was thoroughly impressed. The room size was decent, easily accommodating three people. The clever wall-mounted furniture helped maximize space. I loved that both the hallways and rooms featured windows with natural light, making the space feel open and comfortable. The corridor's green decor also captured my child's curiosity. The second floor hosts the dining, entertainment, and laundry facilities. The free self-service washing and drying machines were a lifesaver during the hot Xi'an days. The breakfast spread was also quite abundant, including local delights like Biangbiang noodles, Youcha Mahua, Yougao, and small wontons. Beyond these, there were salads, congee, fruits, bread, and various stir-fried dishes – all the essentials. Having fresh vegetables and fruits readily available was especially appreciated, serving as a vital balance in a 'carb capital' like Xi'an. A big thank you to Xiaobai at the front desk for their wonderfully enthusiastic service. If you're coming to Xi'an, I wholeheartedly recommend the Moxy!
