Great hotel. There is a hanging washing machine on the fifth floor. Located in a good location. It should be noted that the train is located an hour's drive from the hotel.

Great location, a 5 minute walk from West Street Pedestrian Road. Staff were friendly at check-in and allowed luggage storage. Free washing machine which was great and daily room cleaning. Cons would be the noise (near West Street so noisy at night), I could smell smoking/cigarettes coming from the room next door/corridor outside, and that the room was cold (you can turn the heating on though).

Room was fine except for the many mosquitoes. I caught 5 of them, but I still got stung.

The location is brilliant right by West Street, surrounded by the beautiful mountains. Hired scooters from the hotel, had a great day riding round. Went to Moon Hill. The other day took a taxi to Xingping. The whole trip was great.

Housekeeping every day, clean room and easy check in. Location good, if you eant to stay near West street. Motobike rental was easy and cheap from the lobby. We had our balcony and windows towards Pantao Road and could hear super much noise from the street. Ended every night about 23pm, so take earplugs. Nice place to sleep.

The location is near West Street but the hotel is old and being at the main road can be noisy sometimes. The staff is friendly and try to help although she can't speak English.
