The hotel is nice and clean i liked the room and the washroom, staff is helpful and nice. Near to Tianmen mountain Highly recommended.

Great hotel, with nice breakfast spread. Good wifi and warm staff, specially from the breakfast place, wich is outside the hotel.

Overall fantastic hotel, very clean, modern and comfortable, staff were friendly, and there was a laundry room which was useful. Bed was very comfortable, had the best sleep we've had in a long time, nearly slept through our alarm!

Nice hotel, he had a free upgrade to bigger beds. Breakfast was really nice ;) Service doesn't even speak English they try their best and with new technologies each day is easier.

The hotel room was spacious and clean, with a few toys to keep the little ones entertained. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zhangjiajie

Very friendly staff who provide the highest standard of service. Helped to buy a ticket to Tianmen, explained how to plan the trip in the best way. Amazing room, with smart controls, cozy lighting and crisp white linen. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of guests, from robes to laundry baskets and USB ports. There is a stunning park nearby, and the airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Would be happy to come back!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The service was top-notch, and the self-service laundry facilities were a huge plus. We returned a little late from Tianmen Mountain, and the front desk staff graciously extended our check-out by an hour. The hotel's decor is charming, and our room felt incredibly cozy. The bathroom was spacious, and all the fixtures and amenities worked perfectly. Overall, it was a wonderfully comfortable stay.

Good location and Near to TianMenShan, breakfast is good and provided starting 6.30am, you can have early breakfast before you start your journeys.

The location is fantastic, just two stops away on bus route 13 directly to the cable car entrance. It's also conveniently located not far from the high-speed rail station, with direct bus connections. For dining, there's a Qin Dama restaurant nearby, and right next door, a 13 RMB per person buffet offers incredible value for money. The hotel breakfast was also quite good. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. The room itself was clean, featured modern amenities, was quiet, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows were a lovely touch.
