A Great Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhuji! I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Zhuji with my two kids, and it turned out to be such a warm and wonderful experience. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made us feel right at home. When my phone couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, they patiently helped me get it sorted out quickly. They also recommended some amazing local snacks in Zhuji, which was really thoughtful. What made our stay even more special was the breakfast the next morning—we got to try the famous Xishi Tofu! It was so delicious and interesting to taste this local delicacy, especially since I learned that Xishi is one of the Four Great Beauties in ancient Chinese history. Both the room and the lobby were spotlessly clean. The lobby was spacious, and there was a claw machine that my kids loved—they played there for ages and had a blast. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel that I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Zhuji. We had a great time and will surely come back!

I had a really good stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zujhi East. The location is convenient and easy to get around from. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made the whole experience smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The hotel was recently renovated, and the room had modern amenities. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options to choose from, and the quality of food was excellent. The restaurant staff were also attentive and friendly.

I had sunflower seeds and unexplained water leaking into my room. I expected the hotel to apologize and move on. Instead, they repeatedly evaded responsibility! The Hilton brand has really lost value!

The hotel's facilities are all very new, with a gym and a small garden on the fourth floor. After a workout, you can enjoy the night view from the garden. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, smiling and greeting even those passing by. The lobby has a large seating area with free drinks and self-service coffee. The room was clean, odor-free, and the mattress was very comfortable, which I loved. The hotel's location is very convenient, especially near the Xishi Hometown Scenic Area. The breakfast in the restaurant was also delicious. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.
