Overall its a good stay and best thing is owner of this hostel is too friendly 1. Kitchen , 2 separate lockers,3. Refrigerator !! Just amazing staff 🫶🏻😊

Clean and tidy. Food is also amazing. But you need to remind that this hostel is located on the hill. It's going to be hiking to reach this hostel.

I booked it for 3 day but due to the shoutings and fights near the venue I change my mind. I already booked it but when I check I saw there is an option if I modify date i could half of the amount so I decided to modify the date. But when I check out and did not get the remaining amount I contacted to trip.com support team adviser asked me do you screenshot. Which I haven’t because of your trip.com trust. They said sorry can’t help there is no option. I felt cheated. Half amount was 4500 but got 600 by Trip.com not from hotel so be aware this kind of 😔😔😔fake commitment always take screenshot

Great and friendly reception

The location is not good. In such a city like zurich, I didn't expect to see such dirty and noisy place which located among many clubs.

We booked a double bed from this hostel for our recent trip. We came in the morning and thought we could at least leave our backpacks there and go out for breakfast. But no, we had to pay 10€/backpack (20€ for both) just to leave them. If we want to check in early, we have to pay 50€/person. How ridiculous is this? I booked a double bed, not 2 single beds. Besides that, the hostel is small but about 20 ppl were staying there. Always noisy. Have to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour in the kitchen for a chance to cook. If you don't have any choice, you can stay here. But if you have, even pay a little bit more, you absolutely should book somewhere else and get a better service. Don't save a few € and even end up paying much more like me. Worst experience. Never come back. Such a scammer.

This hotel is right next to the *** Long Street. Check-in requires WhatsApp, which is very troublesome. I didn't receive the verification code for half an hour. Then I rang the doorbell before a staff member opened the door and opened the access control to let me in.

I was only there for one night and it was too much. The hotel is located in a horrible and somewhat dangerous area, a red-light district full of *********** and ***********. The hotel is hard to find, it only has a piece of paper stuck on the glass of the building. It is located on the third floor, the stairs are super dirty and smell of pee. The hostel is overcrowded, with only two bathrooms, so you always have to wait a long time to use it. There were no lockers to store your backpack, for example. People were making noise all the time. Anyway, first and last time!

The bed is big, but there is no air conditioning. There is a place to dry clothes. The shower room has a hand-pulled shower head and plenty of hot water. I like that the bathroom is big, with plenty of space for clothes, and a kitchen for cooking. The transportation is convenient. You don't need a card to enter and exit, just a honey code. It's quite convenient. You don't need to worry about losing your card, but the WiFi is very weak and unstable.
