First of all, we would like to stress that we welcome all reservations and guests to our hotel - regardless of the platform through which the booking is made. This is also evident from the numerous positive reviews from guests on Ctrip.However, we must point out that your behavior during your stay on site does not correspond to the respectful behavior that we expect from our guests. Respectful communication is the basis of a good exchange and unfortunately your reaction was not in a way that contributed to a constructive solution.Furthermore, we would like to clarify that bookings made through third parties - such as Ctrip in your case - cannot be changed or canceled directly with us. Changes and cancellations must be made through the third party provider with whom the booking was originally made. This practice is common and should be known before booking.We understand that you are disappointed, but we would like to stress that your rating in this case is greatly exaggerated and does not reflect the actual course of the stay.
