From the panchal family, a big thanks to Perenia / Rashi / Mayank @ front desk, the wonderfully friendly night staff girl at the harbour bar and the super friendly & knowledgeable waiter from nagaland in the Indian restaurant. They made our stay effortless, memorable, and they showed they really do care. My mum had visited 50 years ago - I had no idea. No body said no, they just did their best to delight. Staff even come outside to say good bye. My parents loved being there, they still talk about it.

Very convenient for the airport. Very pleasant and smooth check in. Larger than usual rooms with everything I could need including a great selection of food to order, very clean, and great included breakfast. What stood out most though was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Everyone made me feel welcome. Thank you.

My husband and I used to frequent Taj Lands End in Bandra a few years ago. At that time our office was in the Andheri area so this was a good option. Heading back to this hotel several years later, I can see the hotel needs an uplift.  I generally had a good stay, bar 2 incidences: 1. Although there are 4 lifts available to the rooms, there were incidences of unavailability of all lifts, many times for up to 10-15 minutes. The lifts would be on the higher floors and then bypass all other floors. Frustrating. 2. The room I was in was privy to the loud music and raucous screams of a group either on the floor above or below mine (I honestly couldn’t tell) which started at 3am and didn’t end until sunrise.

Hotel is quite old but still worth it for the vibe and ambiance. Definitely recommend staying as it is one of a kind hotel in all of India.

Absolutely amazing property....very clean neighbourhood. Staff is very attentive, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet 10 out of 10. Thank you sofitel for amazing experience.

The good part: - Staff was great - Breakfast was good - Bed, furniture and the room overall was above average in terms of cleanliness The not so good part: - Washroom could be a bit better and more cleaner - I requested iron to iron my clothes, the one I was provided with was broken Would I stay here again? Sure.

Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. Despite its proximity to the airport, the rooms are remarkably quiet and serene, providing a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Final Verdict Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the Taj Santa Cruz is a true gem. Its combination of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service makes it a top choice in Mumbai. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at Hotel Ramada in Mumbai from 6th to 9th October and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel's location is convenient, and the food, especially the breakfast, was fantastic. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!

Awesome Hotel, good vibes, kind workers, great Lassi, fast laundry service, a bellboy Sachin did beautiful towel art every day and it made my days will visit again.
