Although there is an electric charging station in the hotel description, the hotel staff asked for a charge of euro 5 for using it, I thought it shall be free of charge
Perfect for a one night stay on our way further south for hiking. It’s more of a modern touch for younger but suits everyone if just for sleep and they had a great breakfast. Shower was very new and clean.
The hotel location is the most convenient to Innsbruck train station. The room space is too small. In addition, there is no kettle provided. Hot water is requested at 13/F cafe bar. It was a little bit noise sound from train station. No coffee and tea bags is provided to customers stayed overnight at hotel. No mobility ticket is provided to customers not same as Salzburg. It is not enough socket points at the room. The shower screen window too short to prevent water coming out on the bathroom floor.
Trip.com requested us pay 21eur city Tax for total 6person at Hotel Reception, but when i come hotel, Hotel Reception requested us pay 30eur city tax for total 6person. We don’t know Trip.com or Hotel Reception whom is wrong. But we just bear lose 9eur.
The location is very good, right in the old town, you can walk around every day. It's near the Marktplaz bus stop, making it convenient to take the bus to go sightseeing. The day I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, I was able to check in right away, but I got a room on the 1st floor, on the hotel parking lot side, which made it noisy and smelled of cigarettes all the time. I couldn't open the window, but luckily the hotel had air conditioning. Overall, I was impressed. The front desk staff provided very good service. If you stay at the hotel for 2 nights or more, you also get a welcome card.

Pensione a gestione famigliare in tipico stile tirolese estremamente ben tenuta! Immersa nel verde e piena di fiori. I proprietari marito e moglie gentilissimi. La camera semplice ma pulitissima. La colazione salata e dolce molto ricca. Come rapporto qualità prezzo non posso che dare un bel 10!

KkoratakiLovely stay in the heart of Innsbruck
I had a great experience staying at a hotel right in the center of Innsbruck. The location was perfect — close to the old town, shops, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very calm. One of the highlights was the breakfast in the morning — a good variety of fresh options to start the day. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Innsbruck!
GGuest UserHotel at a very beautiful location. hall in tirol thaur bahnhst just 5 min walk away and Innsbruck station 8 min from train. Hotel was clean and service good. The only thing it could have some more amenities like a kettle for tea and coffee
This hotel is set in a beautiful location, just a 5-minute walk from the hall in tirol thaur bahnhst station and only an 8-minute train ride from Innsbruck station. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient service. The only small downside was the lack of a few extra amenities, such as a kettle for making tea or coffee in the room. There were also a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store in the same building Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient place to stay.
GGuest UserRooms were clean, spacious and great that it had a small kitchenette.
Service was excellent and the gym/sauna was good enough to be used.
Was about a 15mins walk from the train station and 20mins walk from the main area/old town.
Other than the location, everything else was great.
GGuest UserThis place is a true gem situated 1 min from Mayrhofen HBF station and 80 mtrs from the ski buses which cover the Zillertal area. The owners and staff are a great team who can’t do enough to make your stay such a great experience. The place is immaculate and the gym and sauna are an added bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and set us up for a day on the slopes. They have various types of accommodation from couples to large families and some with self catering facilities. We loved this place and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Excellent, thank you the Moigg family🍺
PPriscillaTMTGreat location , just 10 mins walk to the center. However , parking place is limited and need to leave car key with hotel. also cannot leave the car at hotel on check out day and pick up later due to limited space.
We stayed in family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. one of the single beds is in poor condition, you hear the sound from the mattress spring every time when you try to make a move.

JJem PBeautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.
GGuest UserThe Staff allowed early check in before 12pm as there was available room. While the location is great (just opp the central train station), it is a bit noisy at night as my room faces the train station. There were people talking loudly on the streets even at around 11pm. Not sure if it helps if one were to ask for a room which faces away from the train station though. Amentities in the room was basic but breakfast was pretty good.
GGuest UserHotel mattresses and comforters so comfy and glad we found this accommodation near river and easy to go town. Bathroom was shared with others but there’s a lot of WC and no need to queue. The bathroom and toilet was so clean. A lot of games for my kids to spend their time. Great gems this place with that cheap price.
