Lovely stay at this hotel. The room was very big and comfortable, although the walls are a little thin so can clearly hear people talking. For pet owners: note that the Laomendong pedestrian street is not pet friendly (even though there was no sign at the street that we walked through) but the area behind the hotel was lovely and quiet and great to walk the dog. We could also walk past the old city walls which was beautiful. Parking is nearby and quite convenient.

So much better than my stay in Shanghai! 🥹 The price was also very reasonable. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful, assisting with luggage. They even offer an afternoon tea and coffee service. The room itself was stunning – I especially loved the big bathtub and the view from the window. Soaking in the tub while watching a movie projected on the screen at night was absolutely incredible. And unlike other hotels where you can only cast, this one comes with a built-in VIP feature! Super highly recommended!!! P.S. Getting a taxi in Suzhou is a real hassle, but this hotel offers electric scooter rentals that you can book a day in advance. It perfectly solves the transportation problem in Suzhou, making getting around super easy. I can't recommend this place enough!

Xiaoxue at the front desk specially helped to upgrade the viewing room type, really not disappointed! At night, you can see the night view of the city by opening the curtains. The evening breeze is soft and the scenery is healing and romantic. The room is spacious, the layout is reasonable, the sanitary details are particularly in place, and there is no smell. The bed was very comfortable and I slept until dawn. The front desk service is thoughtful, there is a timely response to the demand, and the surrounding travel is also convenient. It is suitable for leisure and relaxation or punching in and taking pictures. I will give priority to this next time! The breakfast service in the restaurant is also very good, clean and hygienic!

I deliberately chose to stay in the hotel on weekends, and the 15㎡ space actually made me feel more relaxed! The tatami-style bed is lowered in height and matched with low-saturation gray wall cloth, like a cocoon wrapped in tenderness. I lie on the bed and instruct Xiao Ai to turn on and off the air conditioner and lights. The room becomes warm in a short while. The takeaway is delivered directly to the door of the room by the robot. I originally planned to go out for a walk, but now I can stay at home all day and just want to lie down.

During my stay, the front desk staff, particularly Xiao Yu, provided professional and excellent service. They were polite and welcoming to guests, and handled check-in and check-out efficiently. They diligently answered all inquiries and proactively offered helpful directions and information, demonstrating outstanding service. I'd like to specially commend them for their dedicated and responsible approach.

The inn's location is fantastic, directly across from the Lion Grove Garden, and very close to the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum, making sightseeing incredibly convenient! I had originally booked the smallest room in the inn. When I arrived, I asked the owner if a free upgrade was possible, as many guests had mentioned being upgraded. Without a second thought, the owner immediately upgraded me to the largest room—the service was truly exceptional! The room decor was beautiful, especially the large bed, which perfectly embodies classical Chinese aesthetics. There was also a tatami tea table and a small arhat bed. The front desk even provides a sewing kit for mending clothes, all of which speaks volumes about the owner's excellent service. I'm definitely planning to stay here again on my next trip to Suzhou.

Self-driving with parents to travel. The hotel's own underground parking lot is very spacious and convenient. The location of the hotel is relatively close to various scenic spots. The triple room is very spacious, the facilities in the room are very new and the smart facilities are very convenient. The soundproofing of the room is also better, not far from the train station but not noisy. I hope to continue to maintain it, and I will book this one next time I come to Zhenjiang to play.

The semi-transparent gauze curtain filters the natural light very gently. Sitting on the lounge chair by the window, looking at the scenery outside the window, the whole person relaxed. The bedding is soft, it is particularly comfortable to sleep, and the warm light at the bedside is also very atmospheric. The bathroom is clean and refreshing, and the details of the smart toilet and neat towels are all extra points. There is also a small courtyard on the first floor where you can rest and eat, very comfortable! The location is very close to Heyuan and Dongguan Street. After shopping, I came back to live here. There is a sense of quietness in the middle of noisy. I will come here next time I come to Yangzhou. It is too embarrassing! ! !

The hotel is located right next to the north end of Pingjiang Road, less than 10 minutes walk to the Humble Governor's garden. It's on a bustling street, but once you get in, you don't really hear the noise. It's had to beat the location, unless you prefer to stay in a somewhat quiet area. The manager is very friendly and made me feel welcomed. While I requested a non-smoking room, the first room they gave me had a lingering smell of cigarette - probably from the outside, because all the rooms seem to be non-smoking. I asked for a room change, and he responded immediately without hesitation. The room was basically clean and comfortable. I could see the old roof of the neighbouring buildings, which was an interesting view. Because the rooms are housed in an old building, the facility is not cutting-edge quality: for example, the water pressure is weak, and the air from the A/C had some smell. All in all, the value was good for the price with the substantial discount I had this time through Trip.com.

Feel good to stay in this hotel. The staffs are so friendly and helpful, they also said we are so gentle and soft. Building inside is quite new, we stayed at level Lv13, the room is good and spacious enough to open luggage, still got plenty of space to move around in the room, and there is tatami beside the window, can sit there for coffee, tea or food, which is so comfortable, love it so much!! Got smart system and smart toilet in the room, got robot to deliver your food, no need to go lobby. Location is good aa well. Very very recommended this hotel to who want travel in TaiZhou.
