Stayed at this hotel in a narrow alley. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Breakfast options were limited, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Not a clean or relaxing stay.
From the moment you step in, to the rooms, to the staff – nothing was disappointing. The reception and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, equipped with Netflix and YouTube, and was tidied and cleaned daily. I will definitely stay here again. Although the location is a bit tucked away in an alley, it feels safe and comfortable. Five stars to the very friendly, helpful, and clean staff. Highly recommended for a stay here.
Budget hotel worth it with price. Location is strategic in city heart of Bandung. But situation was crowded with wedding party in around lobby area and breakfast room full capacity. Easily to find culinary at the night.
When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. I frequently visit Bandung. Maize might be the last budget hotel still offering genuinely affordable rates. Other hotels in the same category, like Amaris and Vio, have become far too pricey. For around 300k, getting a strategically located hotel with clear operational standards is excellent value for money.
Ibis is one of our preferred accomodations when we travel. We love how convenient the hotel is, the cleanliness, great atmosphere as well as a good breakfast spread suitable for both kids and parents. What we love about staying at this particular hotel:
1. Strategically located next to Trans Studio Mall, it’s not only near a mall, it’s also next to Trans Studio Bandung theme park and mosque.
2. The rooms are clean and comfy.
3. The breakfast spread has plenty of options with a pleasant array of both Indonesian and western options.
4. Plus point: they have a special kids room for breakfast during the weekends which has two video game consoles, a slide and kids can make their own bento.
Downside:
1. The bathroom is a bit small but I can live with that.

* **Cleanliness & Comfort**: Guests consistently commended the rooms for being 'clean and comfortable', also highlighting their spaciousness.
* **Excellent Facilities**: Amenities include a children's swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, complimentary parking, and a meeting room.
* **Friendly Service & Quick Check-in**: The service staff were described as 'friendly' and the check-in process was notably fast. Many guests appreciated the option to drop off luggage early, noting the staff's accommodating nature.
The room was clean, the service was good, and the location was excellent. My only suggestion is regarding the food: please ensure better hygiene, as we unfortunately found a staple in the cracker. Thank you.

RRichie BurnOverall, my stay was pleasant. The location was decent, with a few convenience stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Hotel facilities were satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to assist when needed.
The main downside was that the rooms felt a bit dated, with visible marks and scratches on the walls. The bath towels were also of poor quality and didn’t dry you very well after a shower. Aside from that, the general facilities were acceptable, and I wouldn’t mind returning.

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
SSintha WaeIf you need a place just to relax and do nothing, its the best place for you. Cozy Place, no need to use AC, silent and you can feel the nature…. They provide water in a Galon, no need to bring your own.. you can watch Netlix, Youtube, WeTV.
The stafs is really nice and helpful.
BBiyanThe rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better.
The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added.
For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited.
The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.
GGuest UserThe AC is super cold! Maybe it's because the room size is smaller than typical upscale hotels, but that's okay. It's not cramped at all and still comfortable. The location is amazing! It's so strategic, right in the heart of Bandung's bustling area – like Bandung's Malioboro. Yes, Braga! As soon as you step out of the hotel, you're surrounded by street food stalls and Tasya's (the celebrity) Golden Black Cafe. Their coffee is delicious. You can have coffee and nice snacks while sitting right in front of the hotel. Next family trip, we're definitely coming back here, hehehehe!
AAmasThe place is close to Unpad and ITB campuses. Suitable for parents who will visit their children who are in college. Near famous minimart and fast food.
