A stone throw away from Milan Central with various transportation available to head to Duomo. Building is a little aged but it serves its purpose for a 1 night stay with clean toilet and a big bed. Lift up to the hotel is the old type with a manual gate
Good place.
Nice service
Big rooms and we'll equipped.
A bit hard to find, the entrance at the moment is hidden behind temporary wal as some construction is
Taking place there.
Compared with the old broken small hotels in big cities, this is too nice. Still password lock, very convenient! Very new and clean! I don't want to go! Breakfast is also very good! check in soon! There is a large parking lot, free!

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location! The train station is just a few minutes' walk away!!!! For the airport, there's also a bus stop right across from the hotel; it costs €10 and takes an hour to Malpensa!!!! The hotel stands out for its quality, and the rooms are very large, comfortable, and clean!!! Our stay was delightful, and we would definitely choose it again. We highly recommend it!!!
First time staying in a B&B, and it totally exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. Check-in was smooth, and the room was very tidy. Since I was on a long business trip, I specifically looked for a B&B with a washing machine. The closet even had plenty of hangers, so I ended up washing everything, haha! Unfortunately, my little milk pot's lid broke, so I had to sadly throw it away (I don't have other pictures, just look at the background briefly; the bed was very clean and even had a latex pillow).
Very satisfied with a stay experience! The room was very clean, warmly furnished, well-equipped, very convenient and comfortable to live, next to a large shopping mall, there was everything to eat and drink, and there was a big supermarket. Outside is the park, go to the convention and exhibition center for two subway stations. The landlord was very enthusiastic, responded quickly to the message, and gave us a lot of help. I will come again if I have a chance in the future, highly recommended!

comfortable stay and convenient location, 5-10mins to metro station. small breakfast area but there are plenty of options for the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended and would come back if i am visiting Milano again :))
The hotel is right by the lake, the hotel is quite large, and the garbage of the last guest in the bathroom forgot to clean up.

GGuest UserIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey.
Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.

AAnonymous UserLocation: quite far from the lake como but its fine since its cheap. But the b&b has different location for check-in. The check-in was in the few blocks away from the b&b which in this ”torre hotel”. What a sport. The room is above the bar few blocks away. It was so confusing especially when you late check-in, luckily the staff WhatsApp me first for the location advice. So remember to WhatsApp them first.
Parking: park is free, spacious. Next to the b&b, and in between the check-in point, u need to walk a bit.
Cost: u need to pay extra 4euro for 2person for the tourist tax compulsory when check-in .
Elevator: since its just cheap b&b and ”economic” version of ”torre hotel”. theres no elevator, if you are choosing this b&b, think wisely especially if you get the 2nd floor with big luggages, ooof mannn, forget it! The stairs too steep.
Entrance: u have two options, one walk through the bar or through the back door 😂 this is the first time i felt so illegal 🥹 its freaking back door 🥲
Room: ooooff, i hate to tell this, mannn the room was so cold . This is the one and only b&b/hotel that i couldn't even sleep well due to coldness. Im SHAKING THE WHOLE TIME. No blankets can ever covered that coldness. Unless they allow us to adjust the room heater but they dont allow it cause its not october yet?? Like whatttt. Im dying in the room already. My feet cant even touch the floor. Even wore double socks! But still hurtttt. Coming for autumn/winter? Forget it?? Unless they follow customers needs.
Staff: they all friendly, no worries.
Bathroom: i hate bathroom that don't provide rugs in front of the toilet or inside. Maybe the b&b can fix that and especially the room temperature.

Mixed experience – good location and kind female staff, but very disappointing room and service from both male staff.
We stayed here during our trip to Milan. The hotel’s location is great, close to the Duomo and the train station and the room size was quite decent. The female staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.
However, our overall experience was disappointing. When we first checked in, our room had a strong smell of urine. We informed the male staff, Lorenzo, who initially seemed helpful, but after we asked to change rooms, he started to show signs of annoyance. Instead of changing our room right away, he asked another young male staff member to spray air freshener. Unfortunately, the freshener mixed with the smell only made things worse and gave us a bad headache.
When we went back to the reception to request a room change again, Lorenzo became even more irritated and said we should have told him earlier — even though we already did. He then gave us a bottle of freshener to use for that night, but it didn’t help at all. By that time, there were no rooms left to move to, so we had to spend the night in the same smelly room.
On top of that, the toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned and still had stains, which was very unpleasant.
We would have given 1 star, but we added another star for the spacious room, convenient location, and the polite and kind female staff members.
Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.
GGuest UserI wasn’t a fan of this hotel mainly due to the fact that I was put in a room right next to the lobby entrance which was very noisy also the way that the room has been laid out while very minimalist is totally impractical especially when you try and have a shower. The shower curtain doesn’t stop the water from going all over the floor which makes the bathroom a bit of a health hazard since it’s covered in water after each shower. The beds are large and comfortable enough but my overall experience here was not enjoyable and would not recommend staying here again due to the noise. There’s a lot of vagrants on the streets at night time and they don’t stop shouting which comes straight through the windows when they’ve stopped the noises the internal lobby has music blaring quite loudly and the Hotel staff talk quite loudly also so it’s best to not take the bottom floor perhaps on a higher floor. It might be different but there would still be the issue with the vagrants shouting at night time
AAnonymous UserThe room itself was clean and quite minimalistic. Housekeeping deserves credit: the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed regularly, and the bathroom was kept tidy. In terms of cleanliness, there were no complaints at all.
However, the bathroom layout is a serious downside. The shower is extremely narrow, and because it only has a shower curtain instead of a rigid door, it is very uncomfortable to use. The curtain constantly sticks to your wet body, which makes showering frustrating rather than relaxing. On top of that, the water pressure is below average, so it takes longer to rinse off and doesn’t feel very refreshing.
Another major issue was the temperature in the room. Even with the heating turned on, it was very cold, especially in the evenings and at night. This significantly affected comfort and made the stay less pleasant, particularly during colder weather.
The room itself is quite small and basic, but acceptable for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time inside. The furnishings are simple, and everything feels a bit outdated, though functional.
In summary, this hotel might be suitable for a short budget stay in Milan if cleanliness is your main priority. However, the very narrow shower with an inconvenient curtain, low water pressure, and poor heating make it hard to fully recommend.
Also not every stuff speaks English well
AAnonymous UserThe hotel offers very good connections to the city center, making it easy to reach all major destinations quickly. The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and committed, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. Cristina and Seyf were particularly courteous and helpful, even though there was a small initial misunderstanding that was handled professionally and with great kindness. A kettle was also kindly provided for the room, which was very much appreciated. It is unusual that housekeeping is only provided upon departure, which is not typical for hotels. Additionally, both the heating and air conditioning are centrally controlled, which results in noticeably cooler temperatures in the room at night. Despite these aspects, the overall impression remains positive, mainly due to the convenient location and the dedicated staff.
YYIYIYIIIIThis hotel is really close to the train station, which made getting around super easy. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they even gave us a small snack when we checked out. For the price, we thought it was a great deal! My only slight disappointment was that we left something in the room after checking out and tried to contact the hotel three times, but never heard back. I hope they can improve on that.
GGuest UserThe location was good, near to station and walkable to near stores , reception are very responsive, room is a good size for a solo traveller too. All in all my trip was good hotel is perfect
