The place was clean and capsule actually feels relatively spacious once inside. There are two power sockets, a shelf and a light. There are laundry facilities and a kitchen too. A towel is provided but other amenities are charged
I stayed for 6 nights but not offer room cleaning services, although towels are provided everyday. Open air hot spa area is too small. recommend not to go during peak hour at night.
I love the free Ramen provided after 9.30pm with free soft drinks, coffee and tea.
very close to shopping area and many restaurant at nearby. so still worthwhile for re-visit.
The location is great with lots of eatery and shops around.
Room is big enough for 2.
Checkin is in 8th floor and breakfast is located in 2nd floor of the mall.
We returned to this hotel, primarily for its excellent surroundings and convenient shopping. The hotel's interior environment was also a significant factor in our decision to come back. This time, our room was quite spacious, and the bathroom facilities were very good. There was a minor oversight: on the second night, one towel was missing, and on the third night, neither garbage bags nor hand towels were provided, so I had to go to the front desk to pick them up myself. However, these are minor issues. The hotel breakfast was excellent as well; while not extensive in variety, every item was well-prepared and delicious. Complimentary soft drinks and coffee are always available, and grabbing a cold Coke after a day out is incredibly refreshing – definitely a big plus! 👍🏻
The hotel is perfectly situated right above Hyogomachi shopping street. It's a convenient 7-8 minute walk from Takamatsu Station at a normal pace, and even with luggage, it won't take more than 10 minutes. The Yamashita stop for the airport limousine bus is nearby, and Takamatsu-Chikko Station (Kotoden light rail) is just a 3-4 minute walk away. The location is truly excellent.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but this is consistent with other Tokyu REI hotels I've stayed at – they're compact yet highly functional. The bath amenities provided are excellent. The absolute highlight, however, is the incredibly strong water pressure in the shower, making a hot shower in the morning and evening wonderfully refreshing and comfortable.
The breakfast quality is excellent. The overall package, including breakfast for two for just over 600, offered truly exceptional value for money.
If you have high requirements for hygiene, you should stay here with caution. I stayed here for 10 nights. On the first night, I saw a lot of dust in the corners. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom was very clean, no problem, but the cleanliness of the bathroom was too different from that of the corners and tables in the room.
I reported the hygiene problem to Ctrip and the hotel changed my room to solve it.
The room key is a physical key, not a credit card. You need to leave it at the front desk every day when you go out. You also need to leave the key at the front desk when you want to clean.
This hotel is very cost-effective for a single person, except for the room hygiene problem. The breakfast is OK. There is also free supper curry and beef rice, and you can add 250 yen to eat udon noodles. There are free drinks from 12:00 to 24:00.
But the location of the hotel is not very good. It is 2 kilometers away from the JR station and the port, and it takes half an hour to walk every day. I have mentioned the advantages and disadvantages. Please consider this hotel according to your own situation.
Good hotel encountered on the road in four countries, but the room did not have a bathroom is very strange, the hotel staff is very good, especially the restaurant a Chinese Jilin girl is particularly good, helping guests a lot. Breakfast is good hot springs. I hope to stay excellent and stay again next time.
This little guesthouse is simple but so well priced and met all our needs - mostly its close proximity (15 minutes walk) to both Honnura port area and the start of the Benesse house art zone, the main locations for the absolutely amazing art installations on Naoshima. Room was well sized, clean, secure and warm. The host was very friendly - he even gave us a lift into the Benesse area to give us a great head start on our day, and securely stored our luggage for the day. I would definitely stay here again. For those coming to Naoshima I would recommend staying 2 nights so you are not rushing your time on this beautiful serene island and make sure you book various galleries well in advance, they sell out even in off season!!
The hotel was overall good.
The staff's service was quite satisfactory, and although the room was quite small, it was neatly organized. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the bed was a bit too soft..
They provide soba as a late-night snack, so you can eat it as much as you want.
There is a hot spring on the top floor, which is small in size but well-equipped. There is a sauna, cold water, hot water, and outdoor water, so it was really nice to use. You can use this as much as you want. After using it, you can have an ice cream bar or Yakult, and you will feel really good. There is a separate lounge opposite the entrance to the hot spring, so you can read comics because it is not too uncomfortable. However, there is a smoking room next to it, so you cannot use it.
The breakfast was also neat and good to eat. It was delicious because they fried the tempura right in the morning, and I could eat udon with high rice rice, which was nice. However, I thought they filled the table to the brim and secretly filled it up a lot, but as expected, the employees were muttering and several people were looking at me, so if you're going to come here, please fill up moderately..ㅎㅎㅎ There's also dessert, but I didn't take a picture..
Next time I go to Takamatsu, I'll come here again..
A nice house with a very beautiful ocean view. the location is not easy to find without the road leading by host's friend.
The hot water for shower is not enough hot, we just can classified as warm water.

ここいちゃんの自由旅I thought it was very suitable for traveling by train and staying at work because Marugame station is in front of me!
The staff was very kind and very good 😌
Breakfast service in the morning and udon service at night seemed very delicious
I went by bike this time, but I could park next to the entrance.
It seems that the car needs to be booked in advance, but it seems that it is possible to stop on the premises.
GGuest UserWonderful experience. Breakfast and service were very good. It’s situated in a quiet location, about 40 minutes to the city centre and 30 minutes from the port, giving you a real sense of how the locals live.
I’m on a solo journey around the world with Takamatsu being my first stop. I’m so glad I chose this hotel because it really contributed to the wonderful experience. I’m currently on my way to my next destination and I already miss Takamatsu 😭

IiamdierThe hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from Takamatsu JR Station. Near the hotel is Takamatsu's lively pedestrian street. There are many famous local delicacies on the street, and the location is very good.
Although the hotel is an apartment hotel, check-in is at the front desk of the RIHGA HOTEL next door. You can search it directly on Google map. After completing the check-in, the front desk clerk will provide the route map and keys to the hotel. When entering the hotel and taking the elevator, Remember to use the electronic disc on the key to activate it, otherwise the elevator will not come down.
The hotel's internal facilities are all available, and its area is larger than hotels in the same price range. It is an apartment-style hotel with very good value for money.
GGuest UserI stayed here for one night and found it very convenient, as the port is located right in front of the hotel. I needed to take the ferry/high-speed boat, so the location was perfect. A pleasant surprise was the public bath on the top floor, which I enjoyed. However, I didn’t purchase a breakfast ticket upon arrival and later discovered I couldn’t buy breakfast at the hotel—this lack of flexibility was disappointing. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you plan to visit the nearby islands.
HHeizhubushizhuThe room is bigger than expected, but the facilities are a bit old, basically clean, and the service is normal. Check-in and room are not in the same building, but it is not a big problem. There is a shampoo bar in the check-in lobby where you can pick up items by yourself (it feels like a promotional spot), and there are disposable items and shampoo and shower gel in the room.
The advantage is that for our itinerary, the location is better, just opposite Takamatsu Station and close to the pier. It is convenient to take a bus to and from Osaka and take a boat to several islands, but it is far from the center of Takamatsu. However, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so eating is not a problem~
EEdgarnNaomiAlthough the hotel is a bit historical, it is comfortable and spacious. The corridor is like a museum with many cultural relics for viewing. This time I booked a Japanese-style room with a bath. The tatami was very comfortable, the bath was also very nice, dinner was traditional Japanese food with beautiful menu paper, and it was also a separate room.
DDK97The premises is at a convenient location, very close to the covered shopping avenue.
The lift access is good for suite case travellers.
The room is clean and spacious enough to accommodate 4 px.
One draw back was the lack of information on the need to check in through the Royal Park Hotel which is about 10 minutes walk from the premises. That was very frustrate to stay outside the lift lobby for an hour, before meeting a group of Japanese young men whom told us to check in through the hotel.
Apart from the troublesome check in experience, everything was fine.
