The Gandanpo chapter is a palace of bliss, built in 1530 AD and presided over by the second Dalai Lama Gendun Jiacuo, the tenth Chiba (above), of Zhexuan Temple. The third, fourth and fifth Dalai Lama have lived here and have been the Chiba of the temple. During the Dalai Lama period, a strong local regime was established. Because the government was handled in the Pozhang (pozhang is meant to be a palace), it was named the Gandanpozhang regime. Gandanpozhang once became the center of political power in Tibet, and later the V Dalai moved to the Potala Palace to handle government affairs.

Gandanpozhang, meaning the Bliss Palace, was built in 1530 AD, on the left side of the front of Zhexuan Temple, is a completely independent building. In the middle of the 17th century, Tibetanism established a strong local government, because the authority is located in the Pozhang, so it is called the Gandanpozhang regime.
This is the nearest temple to the exhibition Buddha platform. In addition to the regular temple dedicated by the Buddha, the main building is still the space for monks to live. Of course, there is also a path directly to the temple of Cuqin.
The Buddhist scriptures and Tangka are very beautiful here, far from the city of Lhasa
