"Chose the hotel because of the location, close to a park, the river and shopping centre and because of the facilities with excellent breakfast, swimming pool and hot spring. Hot spring is expensive and became overpriced at the holiday. The pool then closed for the holiday too! Restaurant served great food but was only open at the weekend. Coffee bar in the lounge also overpriced and very slow service. They were very helpful in changing the room which was too hot and the air conditioning doesn't work in winter."

"The hotel is separate from other amusement facilities. The shuttle bus in the middle requires an additional charge. Breakfast is not in the hotel’s seat, and there is no shuttle bus. The battery car at the entrance is 20 yuan/person. Where to go, many amusement facilities are under maintenance. Status, room layout and sanitation are a bit sorry. The price is a bit pitted. Compared with other hotels, the one-ticket pass is not at the same level. There is a Weilai charging pile at the back door of the hotel, and the front desk and the hotel introduce only Tesla."

"Checking in for the second time, I made up the difference at the front desk and stayed in a business big bed room. The room was large and quiet. It would be a bit hot when the room was sun-dried from the west, but the air conditioner was just fine."

"I stayed at this hotel on previous visits to Heyuan. Rooms are quite clean and the aircon/heater works perfectly to your set temperature. Location of hotel is right next to a shopping mall and food choices are plentiful within walking distance. Service staff are friendly and helpful. Zhongshan Park is within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast had limited variety. "

The room is quite big, especially the shower and toilet are spacious. Toiletries are good and the quantity provided is plentiful. The bed was comfortable and supportive. And also provided two pillows, one each of regular and latex. The sound insulation of the room is good, and the double-layer soundproof glass is used to ensure the sound insulation performance under the premise of ensuring the balcony view. Because it is a suite, thick curtains are installed on the second floor to reduce mutual influence. There are not many hot springs in the hotel, only two hot spring pools. But since there are not many rooms, it is ok to use. The hot spring water is very comfortable and clean, and there is a heated swimming pool. The breakfast is not bad, the fruit in the room is very rich, and the cookies are also delicious. Because there are not many hot springs, the hotel will give each person a ticket to a hot spring town to make up for its own shortcomings. It can also be seen that the management is flexible and customer-oriented. There are two suggestions: Mahjong room 168 an hour is a bit too expensive, it may be easier to accept if the fee is lowered. In addition, the sliding doors such as the wardrobe and bathroom in the room are not open smoothly. If the glass horizontal panel of the bar and the entry carpet are more careful in cleaning, it may be better to stay. In general, it is a hotel that is very suitable for vacation and leisure. "We enjoyed our stay. Great location if you want to stay close to Heyuan city center. Very close to the famous lake ad well. Our room was nice as well with all the expected amenities. The fridge was filled with drinks and unlike most hotels, they actually were included in the cost of the hotel room! The included breakfast was okay. I've had better breakfasts at similar hotels in China but I really can't complain. It just wasn't completely to my liking but many other people were satisfied and the service was quite excellent. Overall, the stay here was solid. My expectations were definitely met. Thanks for helping make my visit to Heyuan a great one!"
