Photos of Jinping Mountain Scenic Area

The Jinping Mountain Scenic Area is in the south suburbs of Langzhong City. The stone wall faces the river. The left side is flat and the right protrudes. Its concave is in the middle, like a saddle, so it is also called Ma'an Mountain or Bao'an Mountain. Every spring day, peaches and pears blossom all over the mountain, so people also call it Flower Mountain. The scenery of Jinping Mountain is so fascinating that many pavilions were built there throughout the ages, including Du Fu Ancestral Hall and Langfeng Pavilion. At the beginning of Jiajing in the Ming Dynasty, Zhang Sicong, the magistrate of Baoning rebuilt Jinping Academy. Taoist Pavilion used to store the classics, and the Three Sages Ancestral Hall is for worshipping the Confucian scholar Zhu Xi. Here, you can also see Linjiang Tower, the three caves and six pavilions.
