I really loved the simple and elegant decor of the room. The owner, an auntie, was incredibly warm and friendly! I'd give her a perfect 100! I stayed in the 'Xiao Man' room, which was newly renovated and really nice, plus it had smart home features throughout. The cleanliness was spotless, making my stay incredibly reassuring. The air conditioning was cool, and I slept soundly all night. The next day when we were leaving, we forgot something, and the auntie actually reminded us herself. I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again next time!!! This area is also a lot of fun, I highly recommend everyone to come and visit!!

I recently stayed at MY Hotel (Nanchang Hengmao Dream Times, Xiejiacun Metro Station Branch), and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality, comfort, and convenience offered at such a reasonable price. This property is a great option for both business and leisure travelers who want to enjoy a clean, modern hotel with easy access to Nanchang’s main attractions. First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang. The hotel itself feels new and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The staff members were friendly and professional, and although their English ability was limited, they tried their best to assist, and translation apps worked fine. I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice. My room was clean, bright, and modern. The design is simple but stylish, with comfortable bedding and practical furniture. The bed was large and supportive, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for a good night’s sleep. The room also had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a small desk area, which was helpful for doing some work during my stay. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is essential for travelers who need to stay connected. The bathroom was also very good—compact but functional, with a nice shower, clean towels, and basic toiletries provided. Everything worked well, and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room tidy and replenishing supplies. One of the highlights for me was the quiet environment. Even though the hotel is in a lively district, the rooms are well-insulated, and I was able to rest comfortably without noise disturbances. This made a big difference after long days of exploring the city. If I had to mention a small drawback, it would be that the hotel does not have many luxury amenities like a gym, pool, or large restaurant. However, for the price and location, it offers exactly what most travelers need: a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay with reliable service. This hotel is super convenient for WXG (Wangxian Valley) Scenic Area. The service, environment, and hygiene are all excellent. The room we booked looked exactly like the pictures, no discrepancies at all. My family unanimously gave it a thumbs up! Since we had a large group, the front desk lady kindly arranged multiple shuttle trips to the scenic area for us, which was a huge help 👍🏻. And the noodles and congee for breakfast were delicious! 😁

I want to start by sincerely thanking the uncle who works at this homestay for all his hospitality and attention. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were very well treated and taken care of. I will definitely remember our stay in Wangxian and hopefully come back to see the uncle. My partner and I visited from Canada and I speak very little mandarin. Despite this, the uncle and the other residents of the neighborhood were very patient and helpful when communicating. The check-in process was electronic. You scan the uncle’s QR code with your WeChat and register your information. For foreigners, it would be helpful to have WeChat running before arriving. The check-in was in Chinese, but I just screenshot the page and translated it and had no problems. We stayed in room 301, it was a double room and true to the pictures. The cleanliness was good and it was quite confortable. There are large windows for lots of sun. The water is hot and the AC is functional, no complaints. The homestay is very well located about a 10 minute drive from the Wangxian scenic area, and roughly an hour from Shangrao station. In the vicinity, there are many restaurants and a little supermarket. Since it was quiet the night we checked-in, the uncle took us to visit the town nearby and gave us lots of recommendations for our visit such as going to the scenic area in the afternoon, and staying until the lights come on to see the night view. We had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant as recommended by the uncle. The food was home-cooked and the quantities were generous. Although we ate at the neighbour’s, the uncle also has some food and beverages you can buy, as well as some tables where you can eat. Later in the evening, the uncle and neighbours invited us to sit with them and we shared some great moments together. The next morning, the uncle had prepared a very typical Chinese breakfast for us to try. We then went up to the scenic area around midday and came back around 7pm. When we came back, we had dinner in the neighbour’s restaurant again and shared some more moments with them. The uncle and neighbours helped us coordinate transportation to our next location and gave us recommendations to better enjoy our next destination which we followed and it turned out great thanks to them. The community is what makes this place charming and I recommend it to anyone.

Hello. We are a couple from Holland and are spending our third week of our vacation in China in Huangling cun. We planned to only spend one night in Huangling but we were enjoying ourselves here so much that we extended our stay with an extra night. The B&B is located at the top of the mountain and our room at the B&B was also on the topfloor. The hallways on each floor and the room itself are tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The room is fully equipped. All is looking tidy and sparkling clean. The door next gives access to a roof terrace with laundry facilities and wiring for hanging clothes to dry. The boss (Mme Zhan) gave us a warm welcome and came down the mountain to pick us up where the taxi driver could not go any further up. Although we booked the Tatami room she suggested us to move into the room next door. That one comes with a balcony. We gladly accepted her advice. After having refreshed ourselves in the room she showed us the footpath up the mountain that leads to the entrance. She told us to contact her via Wechat at the end of the evening so that she could bring us back to the hotel again. The next morning she brought us down the mountain so that we could have breakfast near the bus station. from there we could easily take the bus to another beautiful old village in the neighbourhood, Likeng. The boss dropped us off and wished us a good day. We did not know that while we were eating the went back up to the B&B and came down again to bring us an umbrella to provide shelter from rain or sunshine. We did not request this. We very much appreciated this kind and polite gesture. We had a great time in Huangling village on our first day. Our second day was in Likeng village. The atmosphere in Likeng was very relaxing. It felt really authentic and the people here are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you boss and thank you all fine people in Huangling village and Likeng village. We had the time of our lives in your beautiful villages 😍

We had an incredible stay at Wangxi Xiaozhu B&B during my trip to Wangxian Valley, and it truly exceeded all expectations – definitely deserves a full 5 stars! The room is beautifully designed with a modern minimalist style: light wood flooring, a super comfortable king-size bed with crisp white bedding and a soft beige throw, warm ambient lighting from the headboard, and plenty of space to unwind. Everything felt brand new and spotlessly clean – from the linens to the floors. Amenities like the electric kettle, mini fridge setup, and thoughtful touches (tissue box, power strips, air conditioning) made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the giant projector – we turned the lights off, curled up on the bed, and watched movies on a massive wall projection. It created the ultimate cozy movie night atmosphere after a day exploring the scenic area. The view from the window showed beautiful mountains, adding to the peaceful vibe. The bathroom was modern and luxurious: sleek frosted glass shower, smart toilet, backlit mirror, and plenty of fresh towels – everything immaculate and high-quality. The location is convenient, just a short drive to Wangxian Valley, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone wanting a comfortable, stylish base for their trip . Thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful experience – They also provided complimentary ferry & pickup service for us to the wangxian Valley! Just 5-10 mins away. The boss can also arrange service back to the Shangrao railway station at a better rate than didi... Lastly, my sincere appreciation to the boss who informed me that I had left my pouch and valuables in the room during my last day. On March 4, 2026, my best friend and I went to Wuyuan, Jiangxi to photograph the canola fields. After comparing the reviews and locations of various guesthouses nearby, we finally booked the 'AWAKENING.SOULMATE.Starry Sky Courtyard Holiday B&B - Yunran/270° River View Family Twin Room' on Trip.com. It's located at No. 55 Xiangtian Village, Ziyang East Road, Rancheng Street, and conveniently has an elevator. The B&B is right at the exit of Wunvzhou Scenic Area, making its location very convenient. The elevator made carrying our luggage upstairs and downstairs incredibly easy. Once in the room, simply saying 'Xiao Ai, turn on the air conditioning, turn on the lights, open the curtains, close the curtains' was super convenient. In the morning, calling 'Xiao Ai, open the curtains' revealed a beautiful scene: happy ducks playing in the small river, and across the river, canola fields, white walls, and grey tiles. It was like an open oil painting – so stunning! My friend and I took many beautiful photos sitting by the small table on the tatami mat by the window. This wonderful start set the tone for a joyful trip. The 3rd floor offers excellent viewing angles. Each room has a large double bed, and the soundproofing is great. The living room features a rattan chair with a side table, a tatami mat with a low table, and a unique projector. The bathroom is very spacious, with a well-designed shower, sink, and toilet, achieving an excellent dry-wet separation. It completely matched the photos and description on Trip.com, making us feel right at home. The cleaning staff tidied the room daily and replenished the amenities. The owner, Honghong, was incredibly cheerful, sunny, warm, and patient. For our first check-in, she personally showed us to our room and thoroughly explained the room password, nearby attractions, and dining options. There are many restaurants nearby. Particularly, the breakfast spots in the backstreet offer江南-style architecture and delicious food. A short walk away, the convenience store under the Atour Hotel allows you to purchase instant food and basic necessities. There are numerous attractions nearby. Didi (ride-hailing service) makes transportation convenient, and self-driving guests can park in the spacious parking lot downstairs at the B&B. Honggao Ancient City (best to enter around 4 PM, the lighting at night is fantastic, especially the fish lantern parade and fire-breathing performance at the main stage are quite unique). Wunvzhou (the iron flower performance in the evening is a highlight, and the cultural and tourism exhibits in the museum to the right of the entrance are worth a visit). Jiangling (picturesque terraced fields create a poetic landscape, with canola flowers, green hills, clear waters, and Huizhou-style ancient buildings complementing each other). Huangling (Huizhou-style residences are scattered picturesquely, with shops in front of houses and workshops behind, and colorful harvested fruits drying on shelves. Take B cable car up, cross Leixin Bridge to Tianjie, and take A cable car down. Almost every step offers a scenic view, making it excellent for photography). Jiangwan (Xiao Jiang Ancestral Temple's grandeur showcases Ming Dynasty architectural features). Likeng (a Huizhou-style village inhabited by the Li family, embodying the tranquility of 'small bridges, flowing water, and homes'). Moon Bay (a unique crescent-shaped island, offering picturesque江南 natural scenery). Shimen (home to the blue-crowned laughingthrush, the 'panda of birds,' with white walls and grey tiles displaying the simple elegance of Huizhou residences). Yantian Ancient Camphor (a millennium-old camphor tree in a Huizhou-style village, like a giant dragon supporting its massive canopy, seemingly blessed by gods to protect all beings). Sixi Yancun (an ancient Huizhou village and a film shooting location). Rainbow Bridge (built during the Southern Song Dynasty, it features two approach bridges, four piers, five arches, and five corridors. The couplet at the bridgehead is from Li Bai's poem 'Climbing Xie Tiao's North Tower in Xuancheng in Autumn': 'Two waters embrace a bright mirror, a double bridge drops a rainbow'). Wengong Commercial Plaza near the B&B offers various snacks. Wuyuan's Huangju (chrysanthemum) from Xiaoji and green tea from Dazhangshan can be purchased in season. Local delicacies include stone pot lotus leaf fish, red carp, ciba (glutinous rice cake), fragrant rice paste, sticky glutinous pork, and dried bamboo shoots or stir-fried spring bamboo shoots with meat. Zui Zao Yu (fermented fish) can be a challenge for those who can't handle spice. Reluctantly, as we were preparing to leave, still captivated by the beauty, we discovered the koi pond, outdoor tea room, 'shaiqiu' (sun-drying harvest), and lush greenery on the first floor. My best friend and I took many more beautiful photos there. While enjoying the beautiful scenery, we also felt the warmth of the happy family who owns the B&B. The owner couple was sunny and thoughtful. The kind father always wore a refined smile. The owner's mother thoughtfully steamed the raw duck eggs I bought at Wengong Commercial Plaza, showing the heartwarming care of an elder. The owner's child was a diligent student, polite and studious, with the aura of a future high-flyer. Thank you to the owners for this treasured B&B! I wish them a pleasant work life and prosperous business. With breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and comfortable Huizhou-style residences with expansive views, we look forward to our next visit. I hope this review helps those planning to stay, and I wish everyone a wonderful and unique holiday in Wuyuan, Jiangxi.

Lovely, warm and kind lady owner, and her family, who ensure you enjoy your stay Including providing free transport to Wangxian Valley from and back to the hotel. She even offered us breakfast which was the best tasting noodles we had during our 1 week journey in China thus far. Lucky for us, she's willing to share her secret recipe! We got upgraded for our room. The room is spacious, with nice design just as shown on the photos. If we have the chance to come back again to Shangrao, we will definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Caoye Ziyou Hostel and had a truly wonderful, five-star experience. Its location is absolutely unbeatable, situated right near the Jingdezhen People Square and within the beautiful Taoyangli Scenic Area. This made exploring the city's key attractions, especially the ceramic culture sites, incredibly easy and convenient. Key Highlights: • Prime Location: Being in the Taoyangli Scenic Area means you step out right into a charming environment with local shops and historical ambiance. It's a fantastic base for sightseeing and soaking up the local atmosphere. • Comfortable & Unique Vibe: The hostel itself has a lovely, artistic, and relaxed atmosphere. It's well-maintained and feels very cozy. The common areas are great for relaxing and meeting other travelers. • Cleanliness: My room (or the general facilities) was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well-cared for. • Friendly Staff: The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They offered great local tips for dining and transportation, which significantly enhanced my trip. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. Would I recommend it? Absolutely!
