Facilities and hotel remain excellent, just like the customer service. Consistently good. However, they do not provide basics in the room such as water at all. For a hotel of this type and the price they charge, a courtesy water bottle each day should be standard.

The bed was very comfortable, though European beds tend to be quite small. Breakfast was rather basic; if it's not to your taste, you can find alternatives at a nearby supermarket. The restaurant also features a small balcony, perfect for outdoor seating when the weather permits. The location is very convenient, just a two-minute walk to the train/metro station. As for the neighborhood... well... I'd strongly advise against venturing out alone. Enough said.

conveniently located, you can either walk from the bus station or take the tram (which stops directly at a&o). cleanliness was overall ok (ultimately depends on people you are rooming with)

The hotel is located in a top location of Marburg, very central. The lift to the upper city is reached in about 15 minutes walk, the bus to the castle in maximum 5 minutes. The room is keep b&b standard: not ”luxury”, but all that you need for a few nights so. space just except, luggage deposit would already be useful. With the staff of the house we had no problems, all appear very friendly, despite the visible bad occupation

This hotel is good enough for the two of us. Conveniently located. Staff is friendly, room is clean. Bed is comfortable. With good air-con provided, you will not feel warm. Most importantly, the TV is in working condition and we could watch some of the Olympic games here. Not far from this hotel, there is an Asia Imbliss restaurant selling fantastic Chinese food. Uncle and aunty are from Hong Kong, do dine there when you are in Frankfurt. Highly recommended! There is also a Thai restaurant nearby this hotel too.

I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip and I found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The location is a bit far from the city center, but this was not really a problem because there is a light rail station right at the front door. From there, it is very easy to reach the city center in a short time. This made traveling around simple and convenient, even though the hotel itself is outside the busy areas. The room was very clean and modern. Everything looked fresh and well maintained, which gave me a comfortable feeling during my stay. The bathroom was spotless, and the furniture felt new. I appreciated the effort the hotel made to keep the rooms tidy and welcoming. The only downside was the bed. The double bed was actually made by joining two single beds together. This was not very comfortable, especially when trying to sleep in the middle. It felt a little awkward and less relaxing compared to a proper double bed. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet location with easy transport to the city. Just be aware of the bed arrangement.

Good room, good location, right next to the Rebstockbad terminus of tram line 17. Breakfast OK (but the eggs were only boiled). Friendly staff. The only active elevator goes to every floor where someone has pressed the button.
