2-Star Hotels in Hessen, Germany

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Eastfive Hotel. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Zimmer gepflegt und ordentlich – da gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, was man einplanen sollte, aber für den Preis – gerade über Silvester – absolut fair. Dafür kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Das Frühstück war gut und hatte eine ordentliche Auswahl, allerdings war es leider sehr voll, sodass es zeitweise etwas hektisch wurde. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man ein sauberes Hotel zu einem vernünftigen Preis sucht.

The hotel is quite close to the bus station, though a bit far from the subway. The rooms are spacious, and they provide a full set of toiletries. The bathrooms are clean and convenient. There's a communal kitchen available if you want to cook, and it's close to a supermarket, which is great for shopping.

Ibis Budget Frankfurt City Ost, located on the east side of Frankfurt, was a simple, clean, and business-oriented hotel. The room was compact but had all the necessary facilities, which was sufficient for a short stay. It's close to the nearest station and offers convenient access to the city center, making it a good location for business trips. While it's not luxurious, I think it offers good value for money considering the price. However, please be aware that it completely lacks amenities typically found in standard business hotels, such as toiletries, a security box, kettle, hairdryer, and refrigerator. There are hangers, but as shown in the picture, they are not detachable, which made them inconvenient to use. The reception staff were friendly and for some reason, called me by name during check-in. (Apparently, I was the only Japanese guest that day.)

The hotel has a great location, as it is very close to the station—just across the road, which makes it very convenient for travel. The room size is quite decent for two people, not too small and generally comfortable. However, cleanliness needs improvement. We found hair on the bedsheet and floor, and there was noticeable dust in the room. Additionally, the elevator was out of order during our stay, and since we were on the 6th floor, it was quite difficult and inconvenient to go up and down.

Overall, my stay was a complete success. The location is truly ideal: right next to the tram, so you can easily reach the city center in just a few minutes. The room and the entire accommodation were very clean and well-maintained, and I immediately felt at home. I would especially like to highlight the staff – consistently friendly, courteous, and always helpful. Everything went absolutely smoothly, from check-in to check-out. I felt very well looked after and would definitely be happy to return if I have the opportunity.

空港からのアクセスが良かったので、早朝の便に備えて滞在しました。室内はとても清潔で、不便はなかったです。

The room is very clean! The service attitude of the female front desk is very good! Breakfast is also very good, the variety is OK. The most important thing is that the traffic location is very good! Within 10 minutes walk to the station

The reception guy Jeremy (african) was not helpful at all. He refused  to do basic help which other personnel always help with. I used to come to this hotel many times, but I will not anymore because of Jeremy
