A great family hotel, is not far from the station, beach and central streets in a pedestrian accessibility. Manage the hotel son and mother, pleasant and benign Italians. There is a grocery store and cafes nearby for any taste. Breakfast is modest, but if you want to hungry, you will not remain.
The hotel is near Brignole Station, but I wouldn't recommend walking outside after dark.
The hotel itself is in a creepy building, and you must take the elevator (very small and very creepy) to the reception.
The room was nothing like the pictures. It was nice and smelled bad (not sure of what, I didn't want to find out).
I was only there for 6 hours, as I was travelling further for the weekend and then back to Genoa. I didn't/wouldn't go back to that hotel.
The location is great, the staff welcome also, the kitchen and the room are super cute. I really enjoyed the walk in the city organized with the hostel. I learnt to love Genova with it and really loved my trip ! 🐝

GGuest UserThe room was very basic but fairly comfortable. The bathroom was a joke if I’m being honest because the toilet wouldn’t flush and was broken, the shower was so small that you barely had enough room in it and I’m quite slim, the toilet had to be sat on sideways as it was so close to the wall there wasn’t enough room for your legs unless you are a midget. the kettle was also broken as well. It was a twin room and the beds were so narrow that anyone other than skinny would not fit in it. The place was clean though.

MMFrom the bottom of my heart , it’s highly recommended!
The staffs are super friendly and explained things in details and thoroughly. The stay was within budget and they provide free breakfast and free walking tour so I got to know about Genova. They have some private bathrooms. Everything is perfect! I never write a review with quite a few sentences.
GGuest UserThe service of this hotel is very family-oriented and the location is very convenient. The small room is very warm. The waiter is very enthusiastic, all things are tried to solve, the attitude is very good. Very familiar with the local area and there are also very good recommendations!
AAnonymous UserConvenient parking even though quite limited and narrow, an old style hotel, quite clean, but not recommended for heavy luggage travellers / seniors as they have no elevator to access upper floors
GGuest UserThe excellent place to enjoy, central and very comfortable, it is not clear if you hire the breakfast service, I must miss it since the process is cumbersome and later than my flight leaves
