The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

This hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and all the appliances were working properly, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient since it’s just walking distance to Pryce Tower and nearby establishments. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the upper floors, expect a bit of exercise. They also don’t serve full meals, but they do provide free coffee and bread at the lobby. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, so finding something to eat is very easy.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at RedDoorz Plus near SM Lanang Davao while attending a work-related event, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay. One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus! The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Davao, I highly recommend RedDoorz Plus. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. Good hotel for staying reasonably close to the airport. Ayala mall within walking distance. Has a TV but not many channels. Good budget hotel. Have stayed their twice now and would stay again

Great location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon. Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.

This is the most UNIQUE stay you will ever have. Definitely coming back. Me and my fiance loved it. But let me tell you- we hired a driver to take us there and didn’t read the check in instructions- you CANNOT access this place or find it unless you do. I’ll spare you the details but once there- amazing. Quiet. Views. Can swim safely in the ocean. Rooms are gorgeous. They have starlink internet. You are really staying on top of a fish farm. And they let you catch you own fish for dinner!  No entertainment. But you don’t need it. Food is excellent. If you’re a drinker, they have like 4 beers on property so BYOB. Sitting on the chairs and watching the sunset was amazing. Clean. Unique. Worth it. They are new so they are still working out the kinks but I loved it

Staffs are so nice and accommodating

The yard is very comfortable and quiet. Every day, mangoes fall from the tree. Picking mangoes has become a small blessing every day. It is super sweet. If the room facilities are not expected too high, it is quite happy to live here. Overall very recommended 👍🏻 Transportation: According to the guidance issued by Reception, it is very worry-free to take the bus from davao to the boat. 75 ≈ 9 yuan more than one person, to the warehouse, about 2.5㎞ take tutu to arrive. Parent-child, after the phone inquiry, it is allowed to book a twin bed ➕ 750 for child with breakfast, which is still very friendly. You can book tutu around the island, 1500 to negotiate the price yourself, motorcycle rental 500 +50deliver fee, a durian every day, the tuna restaurant opposite the warehouse is very good Have a chance to come again

Overall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement. We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup. Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading. During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies. Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.

The place was splendid! Located close to many good restaurants, SNR and MTS. The pool was really good for adults and the place was well kept. Just don't forget to bring a toothbrush. Hehe. We loved the junior suite!
