В городе идеальная чистота, доброжелательное отношение местных жителей, вкусная кухня в кафе и ресторанах. Кстати, напротив отеля есть ресторан Гриль, там очень быстрое обслуживание, вкусные блюда и красивый интерьер."

FFouadIt is centrally located, everything is a short walking distance. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. It proudly displayed 2024 award for best guest services. It occuoies the 3rd and 4th floor in a commercial building on a Main Street, so it may be a bit noisy for some guests.
Unfortunately p, the elevator was not working, which was a problem for 80+ year old man. Luckily one of the staff spoke good English (which is rare in Chechnya), and he was kind enough to arrange for alternative accommodation in a similar hotel (not as centrally located). Because the stay was already paid for, he took care of payment to the other hotel.
Highly recommended (if you don’t mind climbing stairs, unless they fix the elevator)

when it rains there is loud sound of water gushing down.
There is no elevator so carry lugguge up to 3rd floor is a problem for me.
Breakfast is generous but the same every morning.
The area is central so walking distance to attractions.

GGuest UserПроживали в отеле 2 суток. Номера новые, чистые, стильные. Сразу хочу предостеречь, что кровати только односпальные, поэтому, для кого критично спать на двухспальной кровати, будьте внимательны.
В ванной комнате 3 полотенца на 1 человека, зубные наборы, гигиенические наборы, тапочки. Халатов нет.
Завтраки проходят в столовой на первом этаже. Еда разнообразная и даже с утра можно найти полноценные блюда (рис, картофель, курятина, фрикадельки и др)
У нас был последний номер на этаже, поэтому у нас все было тихо и никто не мешал.
Расположение очень удобное, до прогулочной улицы Эсамбаева пешком 7 минут.
Однозначно рекомендую данный отель!

MMikhail_K.Comfortable location, almost in the very center of the city, to the mosque ”Heart of Chechnya” minutes 10-15 on foot. The number is quite spacious, glass is all the width of the wall and almost in the floor, on the one hand a lot of light, but from the downside is bad noise insulation from the street, The noise of the cars is very heard.
Also from the downsides the plumber is very tired, wifi in the rooms is not available, there is only on the first floor in the lobby and restaurant.
Breakfast is good, there are pancakes, cheese, eggs cooked, roasted, all kinds of biscuits, cheeses. Here is only coffee for a separate fee -150r.
Also there is lunch and dinner, if lazy somewhere to go, food is simple home, but delicious and portions are big.
