Arrived at the hotel early in the morning after the Dragon Boat Festival, and they upgraded my room. The room was quite spacious, still retaining that classic Hyatt style. Surprisingly, there was a telescope in the room, though it wasn't particularly useful. The hotel's location is absolutely excellent. You can take the subway directly from Xuzhou East Station to right downstairs. Below the hotel is a bustling commercial street with shops and restaurants of all kinds. To the south, you can walk to Huilongwo and Hubu Mountain. Just across the street to the north is the Confucius Temple, the 1818 Night Market, and Fuguo Street is also nearby. Several must-try restaurants on the 'best-of' lists are all within walking distance. It's perfect for enjoying food and drinks without getting too tired, making it an ideal way to experience Xuzhou.

This place is perfect for business trips! It's quiet, spacious, and super close to the high-speed rail station. Plus, they offer coffee and late-night snacks, which is a lifesaver for us workers, haha. I think it'd be great for tourists too, because the rooms are genuinely huge and have everything you need. The staff also make you feel really safe and well taken care of! 👌👌

Before check-in, I received a message from Luanne at the hotel, who thoughtfully reminded us of all the details we hadn't even considered and made excellent arrangements. A big wish of mine when returning to Nanjing and staying at the Zifeng InterContinental was to see my alma mater, and this time it was perfectly realized. I saw my alma mater embracing the purple aura of Zijin Mountain, a moment I'll remember for a long time.

Came to Suzhou from Nanjing for a two-day trip. Checked in late at night, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind. They upgraded our room to one with an open-air balcony – too bad it was raining, so we couldn't enjoy the breeze! Haha. The room was very clean, and the amenities were excellent, even Shuuke toothpaste! They also gave us a pretty little fan when we left. The hotel's location is perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou!

Suzhou has so many hotels, and we spent a long time choosing AnShe. First, its location is fantastic – super close to the Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden, and the Lotus Flower Market, which is a must-visit in June. Second, I saw many reviews praising their service, and it really lived up to the hype when we arrived; the staff were all very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable; every part of the room was spotless and well-maintained down to the smallest detail. Even though it's not a chain hotel, I was really satisfied with this stay.

Location: Excellent location—just a one-minute walk to the walking street and other famous attractions. Staff: Super friendly and always ready to assist immediately whenever needed. Facilities: Perfect for travelers who prefer having everything available in the hotel. Self-service laundry, drying machines, microwaves, and other convenient amenities are provided. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are much quieter than I expected. As a light sleeper, I wasn't disturbed at all during my stay. Room: Very modern smart-controlled rooms with voice-command AI assistance, making the stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a highly recommended hotel with a great location, excellent service, modern facilities, and outstanding cleanliness.

Traveling to Nanjing for the weekend, I chose the Shangri-La Hotel Nanjing by Xuanwu Lake. The reception staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and lovely. The room they arranged was perfect, especially the air conditioning which was remarkably quiet. The bathroom was spacious and even had a dressing table and a small leather chair, which was a delightful surprise! The breakfast was bountiful, featuring freshly made soup dumplings, duck blood vermicelli, and even Meiling porridge, all local Nanjing specialties. It was very convenient to go for a morning workout by Xuanwu Lake right next door, making for a healthy and invigorating experience. We also got to visit the helipad upstairs for some great photo opportunities. All in all, Shangri-La Nanjing greatly enhanced our weekend trip, filling our memories with romantic pink hues. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

The hotel's decor is elegant and unique, with meticulous attention to detail in everything from the water purification system to the bathroom design. Both seniors and children loved the terrace view. A special thank you to Leo and the other staff for their warm hospitality; they even helped us retrieve an item we accidentally left behind. Leo is a super thoughtful guy, 100% recommended!

This was my first stay at Intercity, and it exceeded my expectations. My husband and I have been checking out various hotels, from luxurious ones to cozy guesthouses, and this Yangzhou branch was by far the most comfortable and relaxing. They truly made us feel at home. Every staff member treated guests like family, which was incredibly warm. On our first day, the doorman meticulously washed our car because we had driven a long distance and there were many 'bug corpses' on the windshield. We were genuinely touched by his thoughtful gesture. Their enthusiastic service continued until we entered the elevator. Such small details were perfectly executed, which made me think that the rest of our stay would be just as good. And indeed, the breakfast was another pleasant surprise. Although the dining room was small, the dishes were exquisite and plentiful. Moreover, the service from Restaurant Supervisor Mu added another layer of excellence; honestly, there's nothing to complain about. (Also, Mao Mao from the laundry room was very patient and meticulous, and the laundry equipment was spotless, completely eliminating any concerns about hygiene). During our interactions, I learned more about Intercity's philosophy: to foster mutual respect and closeness, bridging the gap between people through the best service possible. This is truly a wonderful thing. We are very grateful for the warm service provided by every staff member at Intercity 💕. We will definitely be back 😊💕. We stayed in a Premium King Room, forgot to take pictures though 📷… 😅

This hotel offers incredible value for money, I'll definitely choose it again next time! The front desk staff aren't dismissive at all; they genuinely help with any inquiries, whether it's about the hotel facilities or local attractions, and even offered a complimentary room upgrade. The seafood noodles next door are an absolute steal, I make sure to have a bowl every time I stay. The smart home system throughout the room is very user-friendly – just say ”Xiao Du” to control the lights and AC. Housekeeping is incredibly thorough; the bedding is always perfectly arranged, and they're always happy to assist with any small requests. Overall, the service is impeccable.
