I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

Our original booking (3 nights) was a room with no window but the staff at the front desk offered us a normal room with a window. Only negative thing about it, was the temperature for the aircon wasn't working. It took a long while for the room to cool down. But the front desk made it up to us and shifted us to a bigger room with a window for the 2nd & 3rd night. The staff are all very friendly & helpful, location is great, with lots of food options around. Definitely a choice I will come back to

Our stay here was such a pleasant surprise! It's right in the city center, within walking distance to the subway and a great food street. The hotel is newly renovated with smart facilities, and the bedding was so soft, I slept like a baby. The front desk staff even helped with our luggage and reminded us about the weather. Housekeeping did an amazing job; even the hidden corners were spotless. My family and I were incredibly satisfied. I've already recommended it to my friends!

Facilities: The facilities are very complete and of high quality. The sofa, TV, and other amenities were all very comfortable to use. The lighting and curtains are fully automated and smart, and the switches are well-placed for practical use, showing a great sense of design. Cleanliness: The service staff cleaned daily. The bed, floor, and desk were all very clean, and even the bathroom floor was wiped dry by the staff, removing any water stains. Service: The staff were very friendly and helpful. During my stay, I had an issue with my internet connection. After calling the front desk, they immediately arranged for an IT department staff member to assist me, and my internet problem was quickly resolved. Additionally, I'm very grateful to Jennifer for helping me with my room extension and upgrade. Overall, my stay was excellent. Many thanks!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Muslim Quarter and very close to the Bell and Drum Tower, just 500 meters away. It's also very close to the subway. The facilities include tatami mats and a TV with screen mirroring, which was a nice touch.

Choosing this hotel for our trip to Huashan was an excellent decision! The service was incredibly attentive. The lady at the front desk was super quick with our check-in and proactively recommended hiking routes and hot spring opening times, all with a gentle and patient demeanor. The room was exceptionally spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent—we couldn't hear any outside noise. The garden view from the floor-to-ceiling window was incredibly soothing, and the toiletries were comprehensive. The hot spring water was wonderfully warm, and after a hike, a soak there completely relaxed my entire body. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!

The hotel lobby is on the ground floor. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a refreshing scent and friendly staff. Check-in was very quick. I requested a non-smoking room, and they delivered – no smoke smell at all, which was great. The room looked clean and tidy at first glance. I stayed for two days, and it was just as quiet when I returned on the second day. I mentioned to the cleaning staff that I'd be back around noon to rest, and they didn't disturb me, which really helped my schedule. Getting around is super convenient; the subway station is about 200 meters from the hotel entrance. Taxis are also readily available, but I prefer the subway, haha. There's a great local market called Dongcangmen Morning Market right behind the hotel, full of local charm, which I loved, and big thanks to the front desk for recommending it! They also suggested a fantastic 'youpo' noodles place nearby that was delicious. On check-out day, my flight was delayed, and I needed a late check-out. The front desk staff patiently listened and extended my check-out time a bit. While it wasn't as late as I initially needed, they tried their best and were very helpful. The weather recently has been perfect – not too hot, not too cold. I'll definitely choose this 'home-like' place again next time. I highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is excellent, making travel very convenient. There's a direct subway line to the Grand Tang Everbright City and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The Hanshen Shopping Center next to the hotel offers a fantastic variety of food options, so dining is a breeze. Monica from guest relations reached out beforehand and provided warm and thoughtful service. The surrounding area is also very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. My child absolutely loved the heated swimming pool on the 24th floor. We'll definitely be bringing the family back for the National Day holiday.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable. The communal areas on the ground floor and the tea space on the fourth floor are perfect for unwinding. Each day, guests are offered a complimentary coffee as well as drinks at the bar across the street, which is a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are also exceptionally professional — noticeably above the standard we’ve experienced at many other hotels.

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!
