This is a very good hotel in terms of services and location. It is located just 100-200 metres from Bell Tower and shopping mall. Can walk to Drum Tower and also Muslim Street about 15 minutes. When we booked our trip to Huashan and Terracotta the group tour bus picked us up just in front of the hotel. We stayed for 6 nights and the services were maintained. Breakfast were okay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Our room cleaned daily. No complaint or any issues with this hotel. Just perfect for us family of 4 ❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Elegant Hotel Xi’an Bell Tower. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with immaculate rooms and common areas that clearly show great attention to detail and high standards of housekeeping. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the ancient city wall. Waking up to such a historic and iconic sight was truly unforgettable and made the experience feel special and unique. The location near the Bell Tower is perfect for exploring Xi’an, with major attractions, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. The room was comfortable, modern, and well designed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, The Elegant Hotel Xi’an Bell Tower is an outstanding choice clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and offering some of the best views of Xi’an’s ancient wall. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

A real gem in China! Friendly staff, who were very happy to help with tickets for attractions and shows, as well as provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is well located for everything and for anything further afield, Xi'an's Didis are inexpensive and the drivers are generally super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast selections were fine, everything is cooked to order, which we all liked as usual hotel buffets tend to be less fresh and hot. The hotel was quirky and interesting, and my children really enjoyed their time at the cat cafe. All in all, a fantastic stay in a comfortable, well appointed and very reasonably priced hotel.

The hotel is located in the Ankang Hi-Tech Zone. It is very convenient to go to Yinghu Scenic Area from the hotel. In fact, there are several parks by the Han River not far from the hotel, and there are beautiful scenery everywhere. The overall service of the hotel is relatively professional, the decoration is relatively new, the attitude of the hotel staff is very friendly, the pillows are more suitable than other hotels, the bedding is dry and soft, and there is no unpleasant damp smell, which is a plus. The breakfast is OK, with basic types, not particularly delicious but not bad, and the same is true for the buffet dinner, but the freshly fried steak and lamb chops are good. The size of the deluxe king-size bed room I stayed in this time is average, and I will try to book a larger one next time!

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

The hotel's location is perfect, only about a 10-minute walk from the Bell and Drum Tower. Right across the street, there's a row of restaurants, making dining incredibly convenient. Near the Drum Tower, there's a high concentration of makeup and photography shops, so you can easily get a beautiful ancient-style makeover for some stunning photos in the old city. On my second day, I woke up at 6 AM, intending to visit the Xiaonanmen morning market, but to my surprise, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, there was a small morning market right at the intersection. For a tourist, this was more than enough, allowing me to sleep in a bit more. The local *Hulatang* (spicy soup) vendor at the entrance also had a great business.

Extremely satisfied! Although the hotel is pricey, it's absolutely worth every penny. 1️⃣ Unlimited access to the Huaqing Palace scenic area. To be precise, the hotel is actually part of Huaqing Palace itself! And breakfast is served inside Huaqing Palace! The ambiance is fantastic. You get to enjoy Huaqing Palace all to yourself before the tourists arrive. In the evening, when watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show, you don't have to queue with the crowds; you just walk straight in through a small hotel gate (since the show is also within Huaqing Palace). It's amazing! 2️⃣ The hot springs are incredible. Even though we booked a room without a private hot spring, there's a communal outdoor hot spring in the courtyard. The best part? There was hardly anyone there, making it feel like a huge private hot spring! After watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' at night, you can just step out of your room to soak in the hot spring, admire the moon, and watch the artificial snow falling during the show. So relaxing, and the water was perfectly hot and comfortable. 3️⃣ We received complimentary tickets to the Baoji Pool hot springs, and hotel guests can also enjoy the carbonic acid pool. Although the carbonic acid pool is a bit cooler, it has a big TV! We could eat fruit and multigrain porridge while watching a movie and soaking, and we even caught some snowfall – truly exceptional! 4️⃣ All the hotel staff wear Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) and have excellent attitudes. I was worried about getting cold watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' and they even provided a small blanket and hand warmers. There are also intangible cultural heritage craft activities, making it perfect for a hotel staycation! 5️⃣ The complimentary Jinghong travel photography service was particularly good, including makeup and styling. In winter, you can choose red or pink-blue Hanfu. The makeup artist and photographer were both excellent, and we received three free digital photos, leaving us with a wonderful souvenir. 6️⃣ The room also had a mini-bar, featuring Xi'an specialties like Bingfeng soda, sour plum soup, and pomegranate juice, making up for not having tried them elsewhere. There was also NFC orange juice, capsule coffee, and more. Most importantly, they offered a late-night dessert soup (wan'an zhou)! Enjoying two bowls of Yinhe soup after watching the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' was simply delightful. The quality of the complimentary fruit in the room was also very good.

Found a real gem when picking a hotel in Xi'an! The newly opened Four Points by Sheraton Bell Tower is absolutely perfect for tourists. The front desk staff provided excellent service! The location is unbelievably good — just a 1-minute walk to Guangji Street subway station. Right downstairs, you can enjoy Shaanxi cuisine 24/7, and the Muslim Quarter is only a 5-minute walk away. Open the curtains and you're looking directly at the Bell and Drum Towers! The room comfort is top-notch! The 45-square-meter view room is incredibly spacious, comes with a bathtub and smart toilet, plus a complimentary minibar and mini-fridge, which is a very thoughtful touch. The 65-inch large TV supports screen casting, and the bedding is soft and odorless. The real greenery in the atrium provides a super soothing escape from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is absolutely divine! It covers a full range of Chinese and Central Asian flavors. Freshly baked bread and high-quality bacon, even the shredded pork noodles are incredibly fragrant. The staff were very enthusiastic about refilling dishes! On the fifth floor, all your needs are met in one place! There's a 24-hour gym and a laundry room with multiple washer-dryers. Most importantly, the exceptional service from Oliver and Patrick at the front desk was fantastic. I initially booked for one day just to try out the hotel, but ended up extending my stay for two more days!

This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

The hotel boasts a grand and opulent lobby. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are quite decent. It's conveniently located, just a 5-6 minute walk from Yongxingfang and about a 10-minute walk to the City Wall. At night, the City Wall is brilliantly lit, presenting a dazzling spectacle. Currently, it's not overly crowded, and you can even catch performances there, which makes for a very enjoyable experience. The hotel staff are proactive and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options that taste quite good.
