During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

Location: Incredibly convenient! It's right near the H exit of Bell Tower Metro Station. After visiting the Terracotta Warriors, the bus dropped us off right in front of the hotel at Bell Tower Station. We could see our hotel as soon as we got off, which meant we could rest immediately – the location is just perfect! It's also very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, so we just walked back in the evenings. Service: The staff in the lobby on the first floor, the front desk on the second floor, the cleaning aunties, and the hotel's personal butler were all warm, thoughtful, and had excellent service attitudes. Room: The environment is clean and bright, and you can open the window for ventilation. The sink drains very quickly with no strange odors, and the shower water pressure is great, which I really liked. The toilet is also clean and automatically heated, which is a nice touch. After a day of sightseeing, you can really get some good rest here at night.

Brought my mom to Xi'an and this hotel was perfect! It's just a 2-3 minute walk from the metro station, and close to major attractions like the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter. We could even walk to the City Wall and Shuyuanmen. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even had robots delivering takeout, which was a cool touch. The room felt new and modern. All the staff were lovely, especially Yuki. Highly recommend staying here!

I went here during off season.And I normally have a breakfast buffet. They told me they weren't doing it, but that they would bring us breakfast to the room. I was picturing a bowl of porridge. Maybe a bowl of noodles and some bread or fruit. They end up bringing an entire buffet to our room. It was fantastic! I had at least ten small plates of food. It was very well done.And they took great care of us. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Hilton Xi'an was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The lobby is grand and elegant, with stylish Tang Dynasty-inspired design. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and bedding were high quality, perfect for both work and relaxation. The service was professional and efficient; check-in and check-out were quick, and the attention to detail was impressive. The dining was consistently good, and the surrounding area offers plenty of amenities. It truly lives up to its five-star standard and offers great value for money. Highly recommend!

Clean, simple boutique hotel and the staff are exceptional. Free water refill in the room everyday and you can ask for as much as water as you want . Hotel has laundry facilities and small gym. There's a robot butler that goes around with room deliveries. Loads of food nearby and very easy to catch Taxi or metro too. The hotel manager Mr Wen and the house keeping lady Ms Tian really made our stay memorable. They went above and beyond in helping us with every little thing we needed. Definitely recommend it as a great place to stay when visiting Xi'an

Facilities: This B&B is a real gem, and it's popular with foreign guests 🌙. Cleanliness: Super clean! Every nook and cranny was spotless 😊. Ambiance: I absolutely loved the vibe, my only minor gripe is that the room was a bit on the small side 🤫. Service: The service was fantastic across the board—from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew and even the gentleman serving breakfast, everyone was great 👍. Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the city square 🤩. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee ☕️ and wine 🍷. Even though I couldn't enjoy them because I was with my child 🥹, I really appreciated the overall atmosphere. In a city as historic as Xi'an, there are so many hotels, but it's nice to experience a B&B for a different kind of stay 😊👍.

Overall the stay was satisfactory for the price. The front desk staff were helpful, but they lacked the warmth and hospitality you would normally expect from hilton brand. The room was too warm during winter. When we asked about adjusting the temperature or turning on the air conditioning, we were told it could not be adjusted, which made sleeping uncomfortable as we were sweating during the night. We also had to change from a room with a good view because the road noise was loud from midnight until morning. Breakfast had a decent variety, but there were not many Western options available. Overall, it is acceptable for the price, but there are areas that could be improved.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of decorative touches in the room that prevent it from feeling bland. The mattress was incredibly soft and the headboard was just the right height, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. I was a bit worried about sleeping poorly away from home, but I slept incredibly well. The room facilities were complete, and my friend and I spent so much time at the hotel we barely wanted to go out and explore! The service was also excellent, with staff showing genuine care for guests, and the hygiene was impeccable. Plus, they even have cat rooms, which are adorable! The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the Line 2 subway station, making it convenient for transportation, dining, and sightseeing. It's very close to attractions and offers great value for money.
