5-Star Hotels in Tirana County, Albania

Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

upreme Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail from the room to the warmth of the staff reflected exceptional hospitality. The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing. What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. Very nice hotel, clean and a pleasant staff. They provided good customer service and they have a good an affordable taxi drop off and pick up service. Their front desk staff is very courteous and all the staff at the hotel as well. Their breakfast meal was nice and tasty I feel they can do better in terms of variety. I enjoyed my stay at Troci and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Albania 😊.

The interior design is truly elegant and the breakfast was delightful. For a 5-star property, a wider selection at breakfast would elevate the experience even more. The addition of a pool and a refined bar area for evening drinks would perfectly complement the hotel’s atmosphere. Overall, a refined and enjoyable stay.

It is a relatively large hotel in the local area, next door is a large school, forget what name. It seems quite close to driving from the city center. There is a cafeteria on the first floor. The young lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic.

Had a wonderful birthday holiday in Arka hotel ♥️♥️♥️ lovely and aesthetically pleasing beautiful hotel, one of the best in Albania! A must go! Great service xx

Great location and within reach of most things you’d be looking to see around the city. Staff were great and rooms modern and clean!

Excellent stay as a couple, everything was wonderful. All the staff are very friendly (special shout-out to Ami the receptionist, who was incredibly attentive and thoughtful to every detail throughout our stay). Thank you SKANDERBEG RESORT

Nice, clean hotel, 10 minutes walk from the center and still there are bars and restaurants nearby, very kind and helpful staff, excellent SPA

The environment is elegant and comfortable! Good service attitude, the room is clean and tidy and bright! The window is Spanish style and can be opened! The room details are in place, even a small bottle of perfume! Breakfast is rich, even white wine! The five-star hotels here cannot be compared with China. There are 12 rooms on each floor with a total of 7 floors, which is a mini five-star hotel.
