Guest UserHad a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

Iain13This is a duplicate of my review for dates from 6 to 8 June 2026, as I extended my stay for one night.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would happily stay here again.
The location is excellent. It's right next to the metro, directly across the road from China City Mall, and within easy walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, the waterfront and the ferry wharf. It made exploring Xiamen incredibly easy.
The staff were consistently helpful and efficient. They obtained information about the Xiamen-Kinmen ferry, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast restaurant staff deserve special mention as they were always friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed pleased to see their guests each morning.
The room itself was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was excellent and while I didn't use the bath, the shower was very good. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool, gym and lounge area, all of which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices, both Asian and Western, and a pleasant atmosphere.
I only intended to stay a short time, but enjoyed both the hotel and Xiamen enough that I extended my stay by an extra night. From my room I had good views, including Zheng Chenggong's statue on Gulangyu Island and Xiamen's Twin Towers in the distance.
This hotel certainly helped make my stay in Xiamen an enjoyable one. I left with very positive memories and would gladly stay here again.

Min761220The most unbearable thing about this hotel for me was the temperature. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it felt stuffy and hot. When we checked in at the front desk, I even asked the staff about the hotel's temperature setting, and she said it was set at a constant 26 degrees Celsius. Sure enough, when we got to the room, the thermostat displayed 26 degrees. Even after lowering the temperature, there was no change at all. It was unbearable trying to sleep at night, so I called down. They sent an engineer who fiddled with the thermostat, bringing the display down to around 23 degrees, but honestly, it didn't feel much cooler; it still felt hot. Especially with the thick duvet, I couldn't get any sleep, so I had to call again and ask for a fan. The next day, I visited a client in the office building right next to the hotel. The moment I entered the office lobby, it immediately felt cool and comfortable. Just a single door separated us, and the difference in temperature settings between the hotel and the office building was noticeable. My client's office also felt comfortably cool. So, with it being summer now, having the hotel set at a constant 26 degrees is really unacceptable. If I hadn't had something important to do the next day and needed to check out properly, I honestly would have checked out and left right then and there.

YaoyaojiadeyuThis hotel is simply perfect! The room was huge, and the cleaning staff tidied up every day. Every evening, they'd bring sweet soups like tremella or red bean, along with fruit, right to our room. The restaurant on the 22nd floor was also great; we could leisurely enjoy breakfast there before heading out. There's a gym and a pool on the 6th floor.
Speaking of which, I almost gave a bad review. When I chose this hotel, it was specifically because of their swimming pool. However, when I got there, I found out that during the Chinese New Year period, the pool hours were only from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. This is exactly when we were out and about! How could anyone use the pool then? I was so annoyed. But, considering their excellent service, I let it go and still gave a full five stars.
I also want to give a special shout-out to ”Huihui” at the front desk. We accidentally left something in the hotel fridge and only realized it after we'd checked out. Huihui very enthusiastically helped us find it and even mailed it to us. We're so grateful!
All in all, this is a hotel with complete facilities, thoughtful service, and a warm, lovely atmosphere. It's the kind of cozy place that made us look forward to coming back to rest every day after a tiring day of sightseeing.

Piaoyi-888The room was small but exquisitely designed. The outdoor hot spring area and pools were incredibly photogenic! The water jets also created a fantastic 'wave' effect. My only suggestion is that the outdoor lights at night need to stay on for several times longer than they currently do; that definitely needs adjusting! The hotel restaurant's food was also excellent. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards. It's a hot spring hotel worth recommending!

This hotel is perfect for layovers and business trips. The real-time flight information displayed on the large screen is a great feature, eliminating the need to constantly check flight statuses. The dedicated airport shuttle service is very convenient and makes the entire journey stress-free. Both the public areas and guest rooms are well-maintained. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options, with the Shacha noodles being authentically flavorful and the Southern Fujian (Min-Nan) specialty dishes genuinely delicious. All the amenities are practical and thoughtful.

Guest UserFrom the moment we booked the room, a dedicated butler group was created for us. They bought our round-trip ferry tickets, and upon disembarking, a butler was waiting at the pier to help with our luggage—we didn't have to carry anything ourselves. Our butler, Isak, was incredibly thoughtful. He not only planned a route to Gulangyu Island that avoided the crowds, but also went out to buy me medicine when he knew I wasn't feeling well. This friend-like care was so heartwarming.
The room's details were impeccable: Aesop toiletries, a Wenxian turndown fragrance, a handwritten welcome note, a complimentary minibar, and even a different set of Gulangyu poems on gold-flecked paper by the bedside each day. The turndown service drew the curtains, lit the aromatherapy, and even prepared a meditation chair—truly taking ”natural healing” to the extreme.

Guest UserTraveling by car, there's an underground parking garage, and the hotel service is excellent; the butler was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The hotel has a limited number of rooms, so it's very quiet. It's also close to Sanfang Qixiang. They offer afternoon tea and a sweet soup before bed. Most of the first-floor king rooms have a lovely little courtyard. The second-floor twin rooms have balconies. The only downside was the central heating; it was so hot at night that I couldn't sleep. Even opening the window didn't help, so the butler brought a circulating fan that we kept on all night.

Very good. The front desk service was friendly and polite. There's complimentary coffee available, and it tastes pretty good. The hotel has already started its Chinese New Year decorations, creating a great atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, a nice experience.
