The service is very good, some facilities have problems, the lights in the living room are broken, and the washing water will leak into the living room. Breakfast is ok, no change every day
The overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.
The service at Taj Tirupati was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Taj Tirupati whenever I am in Tirupati.
I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.”
It was a Happy Stay.
The hotel breakfast offered a good variety. However, it's located right next to a foul-smelling ditch, so the outside areas could be quite malodorous. Inside the hotel, though, there was no smell at all. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the spa was also very relaxing. Overall, it was still a pretty good experience.

Best Westin ever! Fantastic service from Housekeeping team. Real customer service ever! Out of expectation. The team put a mouse pad beside my lap top and even tight up loss wire! Had never experienced such such in Marriott group before!
FEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.
We booked a room with family of 3 members for 1 night.
Room was good clean and the service was good.
Only 2 things i can suggest is 1.)hotel can provide little higher rooms for families as there is sound coming into the rooms when parties are going on.
2.) Check in can be little but faster.
But rest of all the things are top standard👍

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

Room was clean but room refrigerator was not even cold , can’t even have a cold drink Bottle water was given which is good
Breakfast was 80% indian food probably catering for local or indian guests not international guests so had mainly toast , fruits & eggs
Service staff tends to forget your orders hence need to be repeated or told a couple of times

LLeslie Ann San JuanHad a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.

GGuest UserIt was a suite room with kitchen, living and dining. It was clean and well maintained. I only stayed for one night and didn’t have much time in the hotel other than sleep. It was a little expensive for that though. I think it would be more suited for people who stay there for weeks together.
