Located in Batumi's old town, the hotel boasts a fantastic location, very close to the beach. The Ali and Nino statues are within walking distance, and it's also close to the cable car station and church – a truly vibrant area. However, the hotel doesn't have assigned parking, making it difficult to find a spot if you're driving; it's entirely based on luck.

The hotel is located 40-50 minutes walk from the sights. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious. Cleaning, change of towels, every day! Breakfasts are quite varied, you will definitely find something to suit your taste. There is a fitness area, Finnish sauna, swimming pool, mini children's paddling pool.
