4-Star Hotels in Riau, Indonesia

The location is fantastic, seriously the best! Cleanliness, though, was just so-so. The pillowcases looked really worn out and were pilling. The sink also had mold in the crevices, probably because it's quite old. I stayed here because a friend was attending a wedding. The best part, without a doubt, is the swimming pool. I always love the vibe there! 🫰🏻

I stayed at Novotel Pekanbaru with my wife and children for a short staycation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for a family getaway.

The location is very strategic, with comfortable and well-maintained accommodation. The room was very clean, and the staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Thank you for the great hospitality 😊

The room was more spacious than expected, clean and tidy overall, with plenty of room to move between the bed and the TV wall, so unpacking luggage didn't feel cramped. The air conditioning was also very powerful. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport. Facilities: The Lobby and *** Restaurant are on the 2nd floor, while the Pool, Gym, SPA, and Pool Bistro are on the 15th floor. Ideal for short stays of 1-2 nights, business trips, or layovers.

The hotel's location is super close to the airport, so it's definitely worth it if you're looking for a place not too far from there. There's also a swimming pool, which is why a lot of families stay here. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned but clean, though they do have that distinct old hotel scent. Overall, it's just good.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was also delicious and good. Next time, it might be on my list if I want to stay at a hotel in Pku.

The Grand Zuri Duri is an excellent hotel that offers great comfort and high-quality service. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, are well-equipped and add to the overall experience. The restaurant serves delicious food with a good variety of options. Whether for business or leisure, Grand Zuri Duri provides a relaxing and enjoyable stay, making it one of the best choices in the area.

I booked Hotel Zuri Pekanbaru for my wife, who was on a business trip. She originally wanted to stay at Swiss-Belhotel, but it was fully booked. We looked for another hotel nearby and found this one. It is a 4-star hotel, and the place is very nice. Most importantly, the breakfast was just as delicious as the breakfast at the 5-star hotel we had recently stayed at.

⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐Hotel in Pekanbaru ..!! Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the team delivered warm, genuine, and attentive customer service—I’m truly impressed. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable, with a relaxing, resort-style feel. What really stood out was the consistency—from the concierge to breakfast and housekeeping, every detail was flawless. Special thanks to the amazing Front Desk team led by Kak Mifta, along with Bang Dean, Bang Rizki, and the entire breakfast team—everyone was incredible. And a big thank you to Ney, who cooked Indomie for us every morning—her customer service was truly amazing and made each day extra special. This hotel doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them. Officially 4-star, but without a doubt delivers a 6-star experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back! Kind regards, Nerangi

There were no towels so I had to confirm first through their contact to get them, I think they missed my room or were just having a hectic time. The sink and shower suddenly turned on by themselves and it was really hard to normalize them because they were already a bit loose + the water drain filter was clogged because it was already a bit full so we opened the filter ourselves haha and yes the bedsheets had some yellow stains on them
