The room was clean and tidy, and offered a view of the yacht harbor. The hotel service was great, always ready to help guests with any issues. It's a bit far from the heart of Waikiki, but that's not an issue if you're driving. Right across from the hotel entrance, there's hourly parking for $1, with plenty of spots available, which is convenient and affordable.

The location is great! It's situated on a commercial street just two blocks from Waikiki Beach, so it's super close to the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you'll never have to worry about finding a place to eat. The cleanliness and service were also top-notch; the staff were very warm and attentive. The environment is lovely, and there's even a bubble pool on the first floor to enjoy. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night with the street traffic, but having a small balcony to enjoy the view more than makes up for it! It's just so convenient, and the price is reasonable too!

The hotel offers excellent service; the front desk staff are welcoming and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and complete facilities, especially the modern bathroom. The breakfast selection is extensive and tasty, catering to various tastes. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing is slightly inadequate, allowing occasional outside noise. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a good choice for both business and leisure travel.

This hotel has a very Hawaiian vibe. Full ocean views are only available from the suites, so don't be fooled by the promotional photos. The standard ocean view is from a side balcony, which is still lovely and offers great value for money. You can enjoy beautiful Hawaiian music. I even caught up on some sleep on the lobby sofa while waiting to check in – it was so comfortable. There's a Starbucks downstairs, and you can access the mall directly from the second floor, which has a Foodland. It's super convenient for grabbing poke or delicious and affordable self-serve dishes!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with comprehensive facilities. It's incredibly convenient, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants all within easy reach. The rooms come with a kitchen, which is very handy. The staff are warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were swift. Absolutely excellent.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Thought of all the little things to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Staff were very polite and friendly. Great shower pressure, bed was comfortable and air con fantastic. We had a room on the 3rd floor and unfortunately we could smell one of the burger restaurants frying food each morning, which was not pleasant. Not the hotels fault, but it’s something to bear in mind if you’re given a lower floor. Rooftop pool is small but a nice extra if you don’t fancy the beach. Close to everything; restaurants, shops, beach. Would definitely stay again!

We opted for a room in the more expensive Ocean Tower, which offered lovely views of the pool and a partial ocean view. It was great to have a free water and ice dispenser. The restaurant downstairs is famous and delicious, though the tips were quite high. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. At the front desk, one gentleman's attitude was a bit lukewarm, but all the ladies were very kind. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the beach and the city center. They also offer a good number of their own activities where you can learn about Hawaiian culture. Every evening, there were different bands playing for three hours, creating an amazing atmosphere. For a family, the price was quite reasonable.

This hotel is quite good. It's a 20-minute drive from the airport, and the surrounding area has plenty of amenities. Waikiki Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and you can go to the Hawaii Shopping Center in the other direction. The room facilities aren't complete, but overall it's clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The balcony is especially large, offering beautiful beach views, and it's very relaxing to sit out there.

This hotel offers good value for money. Although it's a bit far from Waikiki Beach, technically it's at the very end of it, the views, the beach, and everything else are great. Transportation is also convenient; you can walk to many bus stops in less than 5 minutes. It's part of a resort complex.

The view wasn't what I expected, but it was good enough. I was satisfied. I wondered if early check-in was possible, but I was lucky enough to be able to check in right away. The beach towels were available for unlimited rental, which was really convenient whenever I went to the beach. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice for the price of low $223 but they charge $45 per day of activity fees but I never used. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the central Waikiki area but is OK. The breakfast buffet is good and includes in the room package. The only problem is that they only have valet parking for $60 per day. It took them 45 minutes in the morning to get my car down on day 1 and we missed the tour. The other days were 10 to 15 minutes. I guess they don’t have enough parking so they have to double park and triple park. I tried to park at the adjacent Banyan lot but all full after 8pm. There are no other viable option other than valet parking in the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel setting is relatively simple, the overall environment is quite good, close to the beach, the hotel parking is not Ouhugui, self-parking 35, hotel parking 40, there is an important thing! It is necessary to live on the high floor, 10 floors or more is the best, we were arranged to the 3rd floor on the first night, there is a very common kind of annoying Xiaoqiang! Later, I communicated with the hotel at night and changed to the 12th floor. It was really scary. I must live on the high floor! ! The area where the hotel is located is located in Lahaina. There is a place to buy and eat in 5 minutes by car. There is ABC. Don't worry about breakfast. There are also pharmacies nearby. In short, it is not bad. ~

JJordan NicholasNestled along the serene shores of Waikoloa, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a haven of luxury and tranquility. Our recent stay at this breathtaking resort was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service, stunning accommodations, and picturesque surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort. RRenjianmeiyoutaifengWhen you first arrived at the hotel and looked for a parking lot, you discovered that parking costs fifty dollars a day. For a househusband or a couple traveling together, you feel that these fifty dollars are not worth it because it is not close enough to the hotel. Then you hurriedly found the front desk, but they couldn't find your reservation because the three hotels were combined. You need to take a 1km/h train to reach your front desk. Then after a long wait, a voice of aloha called your attention back. After your soft and hard offensive, the hotel finally agreed to your request to check out at 11 o'clock, and upgraded you to a seafront room. Sure enough, you were awakened by the noise of birds the next day, and the running and crying of children made you feel that you were not on vacation. Okay, I can't make it up anymore. It's a good hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel was perfect for my trip. [Room] - Spacious - The sink was large. I was able to spread out all my amenities. The large mirror and magnifying mirror made applying makeup easy. - Excellent shower pressure. - The toilet flushed smoothly. - The bathroom had a large luggage storage area with over 10 hangers. I brought folding hangers but didn't use them. I was able to easily fit three inflatable swim rings and a suitcase. - There were plenty of chests of drawers, so I was able to store all my clothes. - There was a large mirror behind the sofa, making it easy to get ready. - There were also multiple outlets on the side beds, so charging my phone was easy. - Two adults and a small child could sleep comfortably on the king bed. There was also a sofa bed, but we didn't use it. - The housekeeper always cleaned the room well, and there was no sand from the beach. - Plenty of towels and tissues. - The coffee machine, paper cups, and drinking glasses were always kept replenished. [Pool/Beach] - You can go directly to the beach from the pool. There were plenty of beach chairs reserved for the hotel, so it was easy to find a spot. You could leave your towel and luggage there, play in the pool, then play on the beach and then return to the pool empty-handed. Duke's staff are always wandering around the poolside checking for orders, so you can order from the menu on the spot. You can even drink alcohol while swimming in the pool. Floor rings are allowed in the pool. Beach bags are provided in the rooms, so you can use them. They're large and sturdy, and I often saw people carrying them around town. I didn't need to bring my own. Water bottles are also provided. There's a water dispenser by the pool. [Overall Hotel] The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff helped me with my luggage as soon as I arrived. I arrived at 12:30, but they allowed me to check in early without asking. My luggage was delivered to my room promptly, and after I told them where the safe was, they left the room saying, ”Enjoy!”, so I almost missed a tip. While there aren't many Japanese people and none of the staff speaks Japanese perfectly, I was able to get by with just a few words. Security is tight, as you can't get on the elevators without a hotel card. Conveniently, there's a Hula Grill and Duke's just down the street from the lobby. For a late breakfast around 9:00, Hula Grill was open, and I was able to get a great beachfront seat without a reservation. I got a cheap city view room on the first floor, but I was more than satisfied with the ocean view from the lanai. The location is great, with the International Market Place right across the street. There are also plenty of shops downstairs. I forgot to buy souvenirs the day before my final day, so I popped into Honolulu Cookies, which is open until 10:00 PM, in my pajamas. It's right in the middle of Waikiki Beach, so both the Royal Hawaiian Center and Waikiki Beach Walk are within walking distance. I was very satisfied, but as other reviews have said, it can be noisy at night. Street music can be heard until late every night. However, I enjoyed it because I thought, ”Everyone's so cheerful. It feels like I'm overseas.” There were days when I could hear something that sounded like opera, and it felt like I got a good deal. It's strange that there are so few Japanese people there, considering the location and service are so good. There are almost no Japanese people there, so it feels like I'm abroad.

GGuest UserEven though we only stayed one night at Castle Hilo Hawaiian Hotel before an early flight, the experience was lovely and a clear standout compared to other nearby options. Our room was more affordable than the one we had at SCP, yet it was significantly more spacious, clean, and comfortable. We even had a private balcony, which added a really nice touch. The setting was serene, surrounded by beautiful banyan trees and with easy access to walking paths along the ocean. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming! perfect for a restful night before travel. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what the property had to offer. Highly recommend it if you're staying in Hilo.

CCaizhenxuanIt was my first time in Hawaii and I didn't make a reservation in advance. I made the reservation in a hurry and checked in very late after traveling a long time. The hotel customer service was quite nice. The room was quite simple, but the view outside the window was beautiful. Overall, the price/performance ratio was very high. The most unexpected thing was that the hotel's food was very suitable for my taste.
