Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive, and having a washing machine with a built-in dryer is a huge plus!

Our experience at Wassim R Hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every part of our stay felt comfortable and relaxing.
I especially want to highlight the incredible service we received from one of the staff members — a kind female staff member with glasses who truly went above and beyond for us. She was so attentive, helpful, and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. Her genuine hospitality made a huge difference, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did.
Wassim R Hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and thanks to the amazing staff, it felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back someday!

This was my first stay at an Even Hotel property, and it was a surprisingly wonderful experience.
Despite not receiving a pre-arrival call, Hannah proactively arranged a suite for me. I'm truly grateful for her incredibly warm and professional assistance throughout, and for providing detailed information about all the hotel's facilities.
The hotel breakfast was exceptionally good, surpassing many five-star hotels. It's evident the management team genuinely cares about the guest experience.
The room design is also very well-thought-out. They had thoughtfully prepared disposable bathtub liners and bath bombs in advance, and the amenities were of good quality. The housekeeping staff were also very meticulous and thorough.
However, there was one amusing detail: A sign in the room stated to call the front desk for milk. I was initially impressed that Even Hotels offered such a service, only to find out upon calling that it was referring to coffee creamer! (My suggestion: either clarify this offer or upgrade the service, haha).

The room was incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The hotel facilities were comprehensive and well-equipped. They thoughtfully provided flower tea, black tea, and coffee in the room, and we even received a small complimentary gift at the front desk, which was a lovely touch. When I accidentally left some items in the lounge area, a kind staff member at the front desk neatly placed them in a bag and kept them safe – truly attentive service! Their excellent service attitude truly deserves praise. Initially, I had a little trouble finding the hotel, but after calling, a staff member patiently guided me until I was sure of the location. The subway station is right outside the hotel, making travel exceptionally convenient. Furthermore, there's a shopping mall right next door with an abundance of delicious food options.

Coming to Shanghai, I was genuinely surprised to find such a great hotel at this price point. The service was excellent, and it was spotless. Getting taxis to tourist attractions was incredibly convenient. Breakfast was included, and overall, everything was fantastic. All the staff, especially the front desk team, were wonderful. This hotel offers amazing value for money!

Wonderful place to stay, even the staff especially Miss Seven is very cooperative of whatever personal needs I request, I am very thankful to her. The hotel is nearby to line2 exit of Jinquiao road station, just 10minutes walk. Clean and very spacious room.
I only got experienced that some children went to the gym and most equipments are for adults, and they have tried the threadmill machine, the two children went in one machine and suddenly they set in a high speed, and there the one girl got accident and fall, got bruises in arms and legs. Although this is not hotels fault, i suggest to put some labels that no children were allowed if not accompany by their parents.
Overall, the hotel is imprssive and definitely will comeback again.

The facility is quite old, but front desk staff work hard to compensate for it. The service apartment are very large. The cleanliness is very hit and miss; we have stayed here twice and both times found that the inside of the closet is quite dirty with lots of dust. The pool was closed, and not sure when it will reopen. I would stay here again for the location, price and the size of the rooms with the sacrifice of cleanliness in mind.

I chose the Jinqiao Intercity Hotel for this business trip and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is in a great location, right next to Jinqiao Station on Line 9, making transfers easy and convenient. It's also close to the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and New International Expo Center. The decor is simple and elegant, with a German Bauhaus style. The front desk service was warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and fresh. I'll definitely be back next time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was definitely the shower, the water pressure was incredible, like showering under a waterfall. It was such a refreshing way to start the day. The food was also great; I especially loved the smoked salmon at breakfast, fresh and full of flavor. The service stood out as well. The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming, took care of my luggage, and even accompanied me all the way to my room. That level of attention really made a difference. I’d definitely stay here again!

AaplsI've stayed here a few times and the sanitation is OK. The service is purely self-service. I'm used to the style of your home, but today is the best time for me.
I waited for 20 minutes while checking out and issuing an invoice. I slowly turned on the computer, logged in to the software slowly, typed slowly, proofread slowly, and issued an invoice. There was no use in urging me. I took my time and left an extra 30 minutes when I left home. As a result, I have to hurry up and hurry up. If the business ability is not good, I will change the invoicing to self-service next time. Thank you.

Facilities: Air conditioning is strong and basic facilities are available. The wireless is also very powerful. It is completely OK to study and watch videos in the room. The softness of the bed is also very good.
Service: Pretty good, everyone from the front desk to the aunt is great.
The score is not high because the room is carpeted and the hygiene of the carpet is really average.

When we checked out at noon the next day, the front desk reminded us again at 11:20 and again at 11:30. We had already packed up and left. I have never seen a hotel that started reminding us at 11:20. Not recommended, won’t go there again
