Coming back from Guizhou to Shanghai, I planned a hotel stay in Huzhou for the next day, so I booked a hotel near the airport. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed past 1 AM, so I missed the shuttle service. I arrived at the hotel after 1 AM, and the front desk staff quickly checked me in. It was so late that I just rushed to wash up and rest, forgetting to take pictures of the room. The room was clean and tidy, with voice-controlled features. They thoughtfully extended my check-out time to 2 PM, and then even extended it by another half hour because my child was taking a long time, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely book here again if I have the chance.

I visited Shanghai during the rainy season and chose to stay at the Mercure hotel for the first time, and everything went smoothly. Check-in was a breeze, and the room was clean, comfortable, and free from stuffiness, dampness, or any odd smells. If I needed laundry done, I'd just place my clothes in the laundry bag, hang it outside the door, make a call, and a staff member would come collect it. Within an hour or so, my clean, warm, and dry clothes would be returned – super convenient! I wish I had known, I would have packed fewer clothes. Food deliveries were brought up by a robot, so I didn't have to go to the lobby to pick them up. The room also came with four complimentary bottles of water, tea bags, and drip coffee. But I especially want to rave about the breakfast buffet (see picture below). I'd come back again just for the food; I seriously regret not having a bigger stomach, haha! Plus, all the staff were polite and professional. My stay was excellent, I honestly can't find a single fault.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly warm and attentive. They proactively offered a late check-out and provided detailed and helpful travel tips. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting to the airport, high-speed train station, and subway. The room was quiet and comfortable with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive with fresh and delicious food. All in all, it's amazing value for money, highly recommend!

This is a decent, state-owned hotel. It offers good value for money compared to others in the area. I slept for a solid 12 hours! It's a bit of a distance from both Metro Lines 2 and 3, but for tourists or business travelers who can easily take a private car or taxi, it's a perfect choice. Even though it's right next to an elevated highway, choosing a high-floor room with double-glazed windows meant it was incredibly quiet once closed. The rooms on each floor might seem close together, but it was surprisingly peaceful. Honestly, I haven't slept this comfortably alone in ages! 😭

This hotel is incredibly close to the airport terminal, yet it's surprisingly quiet both day and night – you can't hear the roar of planes taking off or landing! The entire hotel is very clean and the facilities are excellent. When checking in, the front desk staff in the lobby on the first floor were warm and efficient, especially the handsome guy with curly hair who was incredibly hospitable and even gave my child a small gift. What really touched me was that on my first night, I did some laundry, and when I returned the next evening, I found a small packet of laundry detergent in the bathroom and extra hangers in the wardrobe. I'm truly grateful for the thoughtful and considerate service from the hotel staff! Dining here is also worry-free, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets available. Our breakfast was included, but lunch and dinner buffets were an additional charge. The main dishes, food, and fruits for all three meals were diverse and quite tasty, offering good value for money. Overall, I'm very satisfied! It's a shame that I didn't have time to try the hotel's business afternoon tea buffet because I was out playing with my child all afternoon, but I hope to experience it next time! The hotel room is spacious and well-equipped, even with a mini-fridge which is super convenient for cold drinks in summer. The front desk staff are also very warm and attentive. I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. All the facilities in the room were functional, the air conditioning cooled properly, and the shower had a consistent water flow. The cleanliness looked good; the bed sheets and duvet covers had no strange odors, and there was no trash on the floor. Nora, a staff member, had a great service attitude and patiently answered all my questions. The surrounding environment was quiet. Overall, there were no annoying small issues, and the value for money was excellent. It's a very suitable place to stay when you're traveling.

This is a great option for family trips! It's fully equipped with home appliances, including a washing machine with a dryer. The location is super convenient, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and the subway station is just a few minutes away. I've stayed here twice already. It would be even better if the mattress were updated!

Facilities: Actually, before booking this hotel, I'd noticed some negative reviews about noise. Since I was traveling with family, I was really hesitant before booking! But the hotel we'd booked previously, for over a thousand yuan, had very small windows. My family was in town for follow-up medical appointments, and I was worried that staying in such a cramped room for an extended period would be depressing. I figured I'd take a chance, worst case scenario we'd just move. Luckily, the room wasn't as bad as some of the negative reviews suggested. My family was very satisfied, the view was great, and everyone slept well.
