atsushimAll of the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Their service was truly outstanding.
During my stay, I unexpectedly needed to print some important documents for work. The staff responded immediately and handled everything quickly, which was a huge help.
I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and it was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, making the stay very relaxing.
The location is also excellent. Greenbelt and other shopping malls are just a short walk away, either by crossing the pedestrian crossing right in front of the hotel or using the underground walkway, making everything very convenient.
Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Improvement areas
1. Hotel should have provide basic first aid kit or light medication. My friend had headache and yet, the hotel refused to give him paracetamol. The 7-11 next door doesn't have any and the nearest pharmacy is 15 mins walk away. Paracetamol is not a dangerous or controlled drug, just giving 2 tablets will not do any harm.
2. I wanted to have bfast at the restaurant at the lobby while waiting for my Grab to the airport. There was no one else at the restaurant and yet, the waiter forgot to enter my order for food. I only got my coffee. I waited for long, only to be told the food is not ready. I asked for the bill because my car was arriving and even that took a very long time. I had to go in 2 times asking if the bill was ready.

Good clean hotel, lobby, room and bathroom. That's all that I need on a work travel. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is simple and sufficient. Good not to have wastage. I do wish there was fruit jam (there's butter and peanut butter) for the toast bread. Just my habit in morning breakfast.

Guest UserTop notch service lovely reception staff who greets you with a big genuine smile and always helpful to solve any issues you may have. Excellent location and safe, next to a big green park and nearby malls. The room itself is spacious and super clean the sheets are always nice and they do a very good job tidying. There is very little noise from others. The only room for improvement is the smell in the apartment as I’m not sure if its the same in other apartments in the city but it smells a little mouldy/ has a sewage smell and one of the air con was dripping water. We didn’t request a room change since we figured it’s probably because the building itself so the hardware is old, we would still give it a 5 stars stay. The breakfast is with coupons at Nonos which is a restaurant attached to the building the food was delicious but the staff at Nonos was strangely strict with the choice of coffee they serve which is only Long Black coffee allowed for using the breakfast coupon. The saunas were working and hot.

Mary Ann G.When I got to the propery, I realised KL has 3 different property types managed by 3 different groups. They all share the same building amenities but the units and services are miles apart. KL Executive is a bit more pricey than the other two, but their units are fitted with much nicer interiors and equipment. The service is efficient, there is always someone to assist on the other side of phone, 24-hours.
The only issue I had is that in the photo of the room I booked, it was facing the park. I also requested for a room facing the park. But when got to the serviced apartments, I was given a unit facing the back of buildings with a Skyway view.
However KL's location is superb! It has an ATM, a cafe-restaurant and a 7-11 mini-mart and really close to Greenbelt. It is still great value for money!

It can get noisy at night due to the nearby bars and traffic, but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

Krizzia AngeliIt was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating.
The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside)
The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC.
Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy.
We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

The staff and service are excellent — very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is good as well, definitely worth the price. However, the room had a few minor issues: the bathtub was leaking (the grout was removed, causing water to spill on the sides and flood the bathroom), and the sink pipe was also leaking. The hotel could really use some upgrades. It’s not soundproof, so I could hear people passing by outside my room.

Pete.cThe hotel is in prime location for p burgos St nightlife across the road from the filling station 24hours restaurant (well worth a visit) shops just down the road plenty of places to eat around close by.
Hotel rooms are dated could do with some very much needed renovation staff are helpful and friendly do get a lot of girls hanging around the entrance at night looking for customers but don't bother you to much
