Ddennis cruzEnjoyed our holyweek staycation in a very quiet Makati. There is an ongoing mall construction across the street but it was a holiday so no issues. The staff are nice. We appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks. Nice big pool might need an update soon, need more lights at night.

The dining experience was equally impressive—each dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and presented with elegance. From breakfast to dinner, the quality and variety of the food were truly outstanding. GGuest UserThis is a classic hotel, well located, full service (though a little slow at times) and it was very busy when we were there at Chinese New Year. The staff are friendly and helpful. This room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous but be careful of the queues (as well as when checking in and out). The gym is well stocked and the pool area is pleasant although the pool is a little small. The food is good all round. It is conveniently located next to the giant malls of Makati where there is plenty to eat and shop! I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The lobby is lovely.

AAcelauThe most affordable Peninsula I've stayed at. On the day I checked in, there was a wedding or some event in the lobby, which made for a very poor experience. Checking in was a hassle, having to walk all around. The exterior is still quite grand, but the facilities inside are a bit outdated.

GGuest UserThis was my sixth visit to Citadines Makati over 2.5 years, making a recent incident especially disappointing. I found my room's bedsheets unchanged, stained, and with hair. Staff offered a room upgrade, but the resolution took nearly an extra hour of waiting. For a loyal guest, this failure in basic hygiene and the prolonged inconvenience have severely damaged my trust in the property.

The staff were truly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. MmoahmadGood location and the breakfast is the best. This time as i stayed more than one day and i complained about my previous stay then they gave me a very nice room.
There is a small pool and gym.
Staff at the hotel were very helpful i think i will definitely recommend you to stay here

Service is top notch
The entrance of the hotel is old and the smell of the lobby is bad I believe bc is old .
The staff are always doing a major effort and they’re cleaning all the time .
You cannot feel that smell in your room but you can hear when people are loud from your room .

GGuest UserI stayed at Oakwood Makati for a week, and it felt like home! The rooms are more like apartments, with all the comforts of home, including a kitchenette, and even a washing machine. The location is ideal, 20-30 minutes to Greenbelt and Glorietta, so I had no trouble finding places to eat and shop. The staff was very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. There’s even a nice pool and gym on-site. If you want a comfortable stay with a homey feel, Oakwood is the place to be.
