Was a nice little hidden villa local but hidden gem that's well priced will stay again

I stayed for three nights. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The drinking water seemed unsafe — bottles with removable stickers raised concerns. Tap water had a bad smell and wasn’t clean. The bathroom had a musty odor, no ventilation or A/C, and the pool was dirty, full of insects and ants. When I asked, they said they only clean it upon request! We got sick the next day, and the medical team advised that even the tap water wasn’t safe for brushing teeth or ablution. Noise from nearby villas was loud, and the A/C was noisy with a damp smell. That said, when comparing to other hotels in the same area, this one is still the best in terms of design and overall setting. Despite all this, the villa design and decor were beautiful.

Service was just amazing! Very kind staff and hospitality on higher level. My villa was clean and same as on pictures. Will be back!

The villa is simply wonderful) The staff is friendly and smiling, always helped with any requests. Daily cleaning and tidying I really liked it.

The room is very nice, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The housekeepers will light mosquito coils when cleaning, but if you choose to have breakfast in the room the next morning, the mosquito coils are gone and there will be a lot of mosquitoes. The location is in the alley, very quiet but relatively not busy around.

Opening the door to your room, you'll find a turquoise pool surrounded by coconut trees and frangipani trees, offering unparalleled privacy. During the day, soak in the pool and watch the clouds roll by. In the evening, relax on the terrace, sip champagne and watch the sunset. At night, listen to the chirping of insects and count the stars. The room is decorated in a minimalist Nanyang style, and the bedding is so soft it feels like sinking into a cloud.

Clean, clean pool, convenient location

Not very clean, the facilities are old, there are geckos on the wall, the bath towels are dirty, and the cleaning lady used our disposable bath towels to clean the bathroom. Not as good as advertised, try not to choose it. The service is also average, the converter that comes with the charging plug is not useful, you must use the hotel conversion plug, the deposit is 50,000, the mosquito coil is an old-fashioned mosquito coil, and the deposit requires 1 million Indonesian rupiah in cash, and credit cards cannot be used. Lightning!

First of all, when I checked in, the night front desk was very warm and polite. Although they explained a lot of things to pay attention to and fines for a long time, I still felt respected. The towel had yellow stains but was replaced immediately. The environment was very good. Although the surrounding streets were a bit shabby, it was very comfortable when I walked into the hotel area. The water in the swimming pool was not cleaned after changing it overnight. Maybe everyone can remind them before checking in so that they can solve it in advance. I made an appointment for SPA. After the experience, I felt that the price was not much better than in China. Secondly, the massage was not as good as in China, and it did not have the characteristics of Thailand.

The overall effect is very good.
