"The room is small, the overall tone is darker, the air conditioner in the room is super noisy, no wonder earplugs are provided for guests at the bedside, the price-performance ratio is not as good as the newly opened Canoe suites, but fortunately it is located in the center of Banff Avenue, very lively, and there are many choices for eating and shopping around, so it can be said that it has no merits or demerits."

"I love, Love, love..!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like neat things, so I reviewed this place before choosing one, and there were many reviews that this low-grade hotel is old and old. However, the view of the hottop was wonderful, and I was very satisfied with the hotel. They constantly provided firewood for the fireplace, and even the staff were all wonderful. I called early check-ins, but the kind staff allowed me to enjoy this hotel a lot quicker! Hotel with lots of favor! Of course, if you want a nice new hotel these days, everyone except us will feel like they are old, but we wanted this country style! The microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and fireplace were the best enough here! So I enjoyed the great service until I left the room. Ed ex"

"Room was a good size and location was excellent. A little disappointed because the room they gave us was in the main thoroughfare by the pool/hot tub which was good and bad. Good as it was close to the pool but bad because it got quite busy/noisy at times. Not a huge deal as we were out exploring Banff anyways. Overall, would stay here again."

"Coffee and hotwater available. Parking is limited in front of lodge, but there is underground parking nearby. No air conditioning."

"Overall good. Staff service is OK. Breakfast doesn't have many choices. I'd like to see more variety in the menu. If you drive, there's an underground parking fee of $18 per day, and the parking lot is quite narrow. Big cars need to be careful when entering and exiting and parking."

"The facilities in the room are relatively ordinary and a bit old, but the scenery outside the window is very good. You can see the snowy mountains and robes will appear from time to time outside the balcony👍. The service is also very good. The guy at the front desk will help take the luggage to the room."

"The room was a bit small, and the electric kettle was full of limescale. Even after they replaced it, the new one wasn't any better. However, the hotel's location was excellent. There's a shuttle bus service right outside the entrance that takes you to various attractions, and the hotel conveniently provides free tickets for it. Additionally, a large IGA supermarket is located not far from the hotel, which was perfect for buying groceries to prepare our own meals, especially breakfast."

"Irwin's Mountain Inn has a great location, just a short walk from the centre of Banff, which makes it easy to get around. The room was very clean, and the staff were welcoming. That said, the overall feel of the hotel is a bit dated, and for the price, the in-room coffee facilities were quite disappointing. It’s an okay place to stay if you value location and cleanliness, but it doesn’t quite offer the extras you might expect at this price point."

"The hotel is located in the city center of Banff town. The surrounding business is very prosperous. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, which makes it very convenient to go out and take a bus. The room is very large. Living on the second floor will not be noisy. The hotel also gave earplugs to prevent the noise of cars on the road from disturbing guests. I didn't use them at all. The hotel is relatively cheap and should be a good choice for cost performance in Banff town."
