Surroundings: Getting a taxi downstairs is super convenient, and there are plenty of great food options nearby at night. The hotel is a standalone building, which means less foot traffic and a more private atmosphere. Internal Environment: Every corner is spotless and well-maintained, with a pleasant, subtle fragrance throughout. Hygiene: Everything, both inside and out, is impeccably clean. Even the bathroom had no water stains, which is fantastic for someone with a high standard for cleanliness. Service: The front desk was incredibly busy during check-in, but the staff member was exceptionally attentive and patiently helped me upgrade my room. Their attitude was excellent. Later, I requested to have my dried laundry delivered to my room late at night, and I realized there was only one female staff member at the front desk at that hour. It must be tough for her, especially since it can get even busier late at night, and one person might struggle to keep up. Perhaps the hotel could consider assigning more staff during late-night shifts to prevent overworking their employees. Facilities: All the necessary amenities are available, and the laundry room is well-equipped and tidy. I especially want to commend the TV in the room – the signal was excellent, and screen casting worked flawlessly. Minibar: It included Coke, soda water, and mineral water. Also, I absolutely love the Orange Crystal biscuits! Could you perhaps put more in the minibar next time, haha?

Extremely satisfied with the service at this hotel. From check-in, breakfast, to check-out, I had absolutely no complaints during my two-day stay! Superb! It's also very close to the airport, which is convenient! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Chongqing next time.

Excellent twin room with two 1.5-meter beds, very spacious. It's a river view room, absolutely nice. We spent three days in Chongqing, and our two-night stay at this hotel was the most satisfying part. Traveling with a child, we all slept incredibly comfortably. The hotel's location is superb. Hongyadong is just across the street, and there are several famous hotpot restaurants nearby. It's in the busiest commercial area yet offers a quiet retreat. Very convenient for getting around. Atour has once again exceeded my expectations, making me love this brand even more. The breakfast was as nice as ever. The hotel's positioning perfectly aligns with the market, making it an excellent value-for-money choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The environment is clean, tidy and beautiful, with a view at every step. It is a very distinctive homestay that is carefully built. The housekeeper has a good service attitude. He contacted me in advance before I checked in, and all the requests were met wholeheartedly. It was a great stay experience. Each room type has its own characteristics. I will try another room type if I have the chance.

My partner and I had an incredible stay here! Our room was on a high floor and offered a breathtaking, romantic view of the river that was beautiful both day and night. The modern room features were fantastic—we loved using the smart AI speaker to play music and easily control the lights, aircon, and curtains by voice. Another massive standout was the complimentary laundry service, which delivered our fresh clothes directly back to our room. Above all, the staff went out of their way to be incredibly warm and friendly, making our couples' getaway completely stress-free. Highly recommended!

STAFF APPRECIATION: I would like to thank Xiao Yang, Xiao Yi, and Master Li for their care during my stay. They were kind, professional, warm, patient, and proactive. They were also incredibly accommodating with my inability to speak more than a little Chinese. Xiao Yang even made a point to speak English with me during breakfast and checkout. Master Li was very tolerant with my last-minute requests for pickup and drop off and Xiao Yi quickly located and added me on WeChat to allow us to chat more comfortably. As it was raining, she even met me by the car with an umbrella when I arrived. I felt quite pampered! DIRECTIONS: To reach the hotel requires a few transfers. It's not too troublesome and is well worth it! 1) I arrived at the Wulong South Railway 🚉 and followed the exit signs outside. 2) To the left was the large blue bus 🚌 mentioned by another reviewer. It will take you to the Fairy Mountain Visitor Center for 16 yuan. From here you can reach the most popular tourist destinations in Wulong to include the Three Bridges. 3) Outside the center you’ll find another blue fairy bus which will take you to the mountain itself for an additional 8 yuan. This bus will stop at the gate where tickets will be checked. Be sure to contact the hotel and give them your information before you set off because the cost of this ticket is included with your stay! They will reserve the ticket for you and send you confirmation and any relevant information. Otherwise, it is 50 yuan per person. 4) This bus will drop you off at a plaza with a few shops and the boarding platform for the scenic train. 🚂 Contact the hotel and someone will come to pick you up, as private vehicles are not permitted beyond this point. REVIEW: If availability and your budget permit, I cannot emphasize strongly enough how much it is worth it to splurge on the room with a 270-degree view of the property. I went on a foggy, wet weekend and still found the view incredible. The windows cover three walls. I can only imagine how amazing the sky must look on a clear night. The minibar has a good selection of free snacks and drinks and a sampling of the local tea. Meals are also served at the hotel. The cost is not low, but for the exclusivity of the location, I considered it more than fair compared to what I’ve paid elsewhere. Also, the dishes looked and tasted great. There are also vendors down the hill where the train and shops (show in the picture below) are located. Look for the sign identifying the train exit and go down the steps. These were the only places I saw to purchase food, drinks, or supplies once you pass the entrance to the mountain, so plan accordingly. By the way, tickets for the scenic train were included with the reservation as well. I highly recommend it. It stops at the grasslands and the horse stables. Now, I will allow the pictures to speak for me. TLDR: Multiple transfers lead to a place that is secluded and picturesque and right in the heart of the mountain. That means your dining choices will also be limited, but the meals provided (at a cost) were delicious. Tickets to the mountain and scenic train are included in the price. A photo session is included as well, but I did not utilize it. I recommend setting out earlier to miss the worst of the crowds. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The room with the 270-degree view offers the best experience. 10/10 recommend for those seeking quiet and the peace only nature can bring. 🏞

We definitely picked the right hotel near Jiefangbei! The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the commercial district, so dining and shopping were a breeze. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the hygiene was meticulously maintained. Edward provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service. Our family had a very pleasant stay, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The hotel is located on Bayi Road, right next to a lively pedestrian street, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Our room was upgraded to a family room on a high floor, which was perfect! 😍 The front desk attendant even helped us with our luggage because our SUV needed to be parked in a different underground garage. The service was top-notch, and breakfast on the 29th floor offered amazing views. 👍 We extended our stay for another night. This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially given its fantastic location. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious! Even though it's near the road, it wasn't noisy at all; the soundproofing was excellent! The hotel room and lobby were very clean and comfortable. Plus, the desk was a standing desk! It was super convenient and perfect for working in the room! Highly recommend it!! Finally! They also offer a wake-up call service, which is great for early birds needing to catch a flight! Overall, I give it a big thumbs up!!!

The location is incredibly convenient, only 20 minutes from the airport. Everything from the hotel facilities and cleanliness to the front desk staff's service was super satisfying. They even offer free printing, which was a huge plus for me as I was on a business trip and needed to print a lot of materials. The staff even helped me print late into the night, which I really appreciated! I was extremely pleased. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.
