GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at Baia Azul. This hotel has everything! Gorgeous views from the lounge area, a lovely bar with entertainment at night, excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms, and a very nice pool area. We cannot fault it! The breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe staff is friendly, the room is a good size and everything was clean. The room has a mini fridge, slippers and robes. They also provide pool towels. There is a cleaning service everyday and they change all the towels, including the ones for the pool. The bed was not the best as it was quite hard and had a spring mattress. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the jacuzzi and sauna. We haven't tried the outdoor pool as we only spent time there in the evenings. The breakfast was good. I'd come back as it was a nice experience overall.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the Lido area; great restaurants around the hotel and the airport bus stops right outside the hotel (return cost 8 euros)! Staff really friendly also and the team arranged a little surprise for my partner s birthday also. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was really good too with lots of choices. Hotel amenities were good too. All in all a great hotel. We also enjoyed the 30min walk to the old town from hotel but appreciate this may not be for everybody…though plenty taxis and the local bus route are a skip and a hop away.

JJoe97Since it was all-inclusive, we were able to eat and drink at one of the restaurants. The restaurant I recommend is an Italian cafe called VELA DI CANALE. They offer all-you-can-eat hot pizza, and if you time it right, they'll even bake you your own pizza with your favorite toppings. The pool was spacious and we were able to relax. I'd love to stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located, right opposite a forum where you can do your shopping as well as eat. The staff are very friendly, super pleasant, the breakfast is quite expensive, €15 per person but very good, the landscape is just extraordinary I recommend this hotel really nothing to say

GGuest UserThe experience in Pestana Ocean Bay was quite pleasant, the collaborators were always very sympathetic and attentive, helped whenever it was necessary, have certainly a team concerned with the guest, careful, in a questionnaire I answered in the middle of my stay, I mentioned that there could be grapes in the buffets (this because my daughter loves them very much, and the grapes were a fruit that had not yet appeared), I made this comment thinking that it would not be read, however, on the day after arrival at the room we had a beautiful grape plate, at that moment, we felt shaved as if we were at home, it was a gesture of care that left us sensitive, are of congratulations That is why and because they actually read the questionnaires, which we often think no one will read and care about what is written there. They have a good organisation, presentation and logistics of everything that involves a stay: meals, animation at the end of the day, excursions/passages, etc. Continuation of excellent work ☺️ thanks.

QQIUZHELUNThe hotel's location is great, very convenient with a bus stop right outside. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. They have an underground paid parking lot. The breakfast was decent, and the room, though not large, was sufficient and had its own balcony. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old.

GGuest UserI chose a hotel with an ocean view at an affordable price. As a result, there was a hotel with very spacious rooms, panoramic window, coffee/tea, a comfortable bathroom with bid, a large balcony. The only moments: a separate bed for the couple and a weak shower. Noise of night waves on the amateur:) We had to close the door on the balcony, though it was quite noisy. The service is very friendly.  Breakfast is delicious and fresh. There are plenty of baking, drinks, cuts and hot.  I didn't expect there would be a free transfer to the center and back. Absolute plus this hotel because it is not in step-by-step access from the center.  The views, the purity near the hotel, its beach is amazing.  Then we lived in the private sector and a lot of what looked at the island, but the first two nights in Orca Praia remained in our heart 💘 With respect,  Elena from Russia

GGuest UserWe booked a triple room 3 beds last min with late bird price. However they gave us double room 2 beds. It's on the 1st floor just next to tennis court which is quite noisy. It's 31 degree F, no air conditioner. Only 1 tiny window can be opened for fresh air but its facing a foot path with many guests access to the indoor pool, gym...etc. Not enough privacy. Location is ok as many small supermarkets, restaurants and bus stops near by within walking distance. Hotel facilities are good for the price.
