The hotel has free shuttle bus service from the ferry terminal. The staff are friendly and approachable. They allowed early check in before 3pm. The location is good, near Lagoi bay. The Lagoi Plaza is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. We had a nice lunch and dinner at Warung Yeah. There are some mini marts there. We can buy some snacks and drinks there. The Lagoi beach is beautiful. My son enjoyed the sand play there. We had a wonderful stay at Four points!

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. All the staff are polite and provide good service. However, there seems to be a shortage of manpower — for example, plates and cups often run out during breakfast. The kids’ club amenities and activities could also be enhanced, as there is little to do on rainy days.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi My recent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi in room 8006 was simply outstanding, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. Their dedication to service and genuine warmth was evident at every turn. First and foremost, the entire crew working at the hotel deserves immense praise. From the moment we arrived, we were consistently greeted with smiles. It felt like everyone, no matter what they were doing, would pause their work just to acknowledge and greet my family as we walked past. This simple gesture made a huge difference and contributed greatly to the welcoming atmosphere. I also want to give a special shoutout to a particular male staff member at the Rempah Kitchen restaurant where we had breakfast. My child was only eating a banana, a sausage, and a hard-boiled egg, and this staff member, wearing a different uniform, showed incredibly sharp observation. He quickly noticed my child's limited choices and came over to our table. He proactively offered to get him something else, like pasta, and even offered him a hot chocolate. His attentiveness and kindness were truly remarkable and made us feel so cared for. My apology for not getting your name. Lastly, a big thank you to our exceptional housekeeper, Mr. Bahar. His attention to detail was impeccable. Every day, he left dedicated notes for us, which were such a thoughtful and personal touch. The different animal towels he created daily were a particular highlight—they always sparked conversation and brought so much joy to my son. The staff at this hotel are what make it truly special. Their amazing service, attentiveness, and friendly attitudes made our family vacation an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return.

Stayed on 4th Sep to 7th Sep 4th and 5th sep being thursday and friday and with relatively less people the service is still ok. Come 6th september saturday, i came back to my room after lunch at 1.30pm the room is not make up yet and i called the front desk and they came at 3.40pm and by then, my baby is taking a afternoon nap so i only collect the amenitied i need. 7th Sep, sunday morning we have buffet breakfast at the restaurant, the restaurant is clearly understaff. Wanted some salmon porridge, no bowls. Went to order eggs, no plates. So the existing guests at the restaurant havent eat finish hence they arent leaving and guess what? There were more guests queueing up to come in and they aint any table. When i left at 9.30am, i pitied the guests that cant find a table yet and buffet breakfast ends at 10am. Lastly, this resort is suppose to be new but lift spoilt, room full of drain flies. I have never stayed at a hotel worse than this.

An hour trip by ferry from Tanah Merah, we were picked up by car to Hotel(inclusive). Awesome refreshing welcome drinks, self-service. Bday celebrtaion for gf & request for deco was simply sweet & a slice of Ondeh2 cake was lovely. Room was asthetically beautiful. Balcony with splendid sea view. Huge Pool, Beach Bar, Kids play area. Sadly not much of other premises facilities to explore within but 10min walks to the Lagoi Bay. Restaurant for breakfast with huge international spreads. Friendly staff, accomodating. Easy liason.

Will repeat soon. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Only the aircond inside the room not so cool

Stayed in Four Points Bintan for 2 nights and wow… it totally blew my expectations! From the amazing culture to the warm service, everything was just perfect. Huge shoutout to Viona who checked me in and out she’s such a gem! Her smile and friendly vibe were so comforting. The team at Rempah Kitchen was super friendly too. I can still picture their faces, even though I forgot the names (sorry!). You guys are amazing! The food and service? Chef’s kiss! Also, big thanks to housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and the Ararinda Lounge team for being so welcoming. I already miss Four Points Sheraton Bintan… can’t wait to be back!

My family and I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan for 2 nights, and we had a wonderful time there. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, were exceptionally attentive and courteous, making us feel truly welcomed. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and spectacular views of the pool and the beach. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring and relaxing. Hotel's amenities like the kid's playroom was a great perk and my son had a good time there. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with varieties of food choices. We'll surely recommend this hotel to families and friends.

Nice hotel to chill and relax. You can fully recharge here. But It will be better if there are more activities available in the resort.

I had a great stay. The beach was less than 5 minutes walk from my room at level 2. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and nice especially the people at Rempah Restaurant, always checking in with you if there was anything short from their end or anything about the hotel. Breakfast spread was great with lots of variety. Super love that they have the sambal corner. Booking of spa was also seamless. Live music every night for the people at the bar but everyone in their room can enjoy it too from the balcony. Special mention to the staff at the restaurant and people at the concierge for helping me with directions and everything I had to ask and help with. This should have been a 5 star ⭐.

Four point Bintan is awesome for family short getaway! 2 restaurants inside the hotel, restaurants staff NICHO treated us as friends, provide excellent service! This trip is more than my expectations! Will come back again for sure! Highly recommend!

the view was good, the people there are nice and friendly. the food at the hotel is pretty decent too.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only disappointment was that I had requested a little surprise for my wife's birthday, but it did not happened, not sure if the booking agent didn't convey this request. When I entered our room, there's no decor or even a birthday card (the least I'm expecting). It was during the Barbecue Buffet dinner (Friday 22/8/25) that the chef asked me if the buffet spread was good or if we had any special request meal that I told him that we were here to celebrate my wife's birthday, and he went out of his way to surprise my wife with a birthday cake and song. We would like to extend our greatest gratitude to the F&B team as well as the concierge team for the wonderful service.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday and it was such a great experience! We booked the one-bedroom villa with private pool and the room was awesome – very spacious, clean, and comfortable 😌 Our girls really enjoyed all the hotel's facilities. The kids club had fun activities, the swimming pool was perfect for family time, and the villa was just a short walk to the beach which made it super convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the start. They go over and above, like to specific mention our experience at their breakfast restaurant Rempah Kitchen where we accidentally ordered a special dish for our daughter who likes fried indo mee, it wasn't part of the breakfast spread but the staff did not decline but make sure the dish was served 👍🏻 We created many happy memories and our daughters didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bintan. 🙌🏻
