Overall, it's a pretty good hotel. The location is a bit out of the way, making it more suitable for families with kids or business meetings. There's a small beach and an inner sea, which is enough to keep children entertained. The overall service is great, and the facilities are comprehensive.

However, there are a few points I need to complain about. First, I booked a king-sized bed, but I was given a room with two twin beds pushed together, leaving a large gap in the middle that was uncomfortable for my back. Why wasn't I informed of this upon check-in? And I wasn't told I could change rooms later. I was quite unhappy. Luckily, I was traveling alone; if there were two of us, we would have had to sleep separately despite booking a 'king bed'.

Second, most food deliveries here go to a delivery locker, and rarely are they brought up to the room by a robot from the concierge.

Third, regarding the airport transfer service, if you offer one, it should at least be available until midday. Instead, it's only from 6 AM to 9 AM, which makes the service quite useless.

I'm reviewing this after getting back from overseas. If you need a hotel near the airport, this is absolutely the best choice. For an early flight requiring me to be there by 6 AM, the hotel informed me there's a shuttle bus at 5:50 AM. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. I've stayed in many airport hotels worldwide, and this one is definitely among the top. I forgot to take photos, so I'll just end this review with a picture of me wearing the hotel slippers on the plane. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have another early flight. Wishing them continued success!

Xiamen C&D Hotel is my top choice for a layover! The complimentary airport shuttle service is incredibly convenient, making it perfect for connecting flights, early morning departures, or late-night arrivals. The rooms are clean and quiet, the garden environment is beautiful, and the staff are attentive and thoughtful. Check-in was efficient, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient dining and transportation options nearby. The front desk staff, 'Ping An Gao,' was efficient, polite, and patient during check-in, responding quickly to any requests. During the holiday season, the hotel's decorations were very festive, and they even had a traditional Southern Fujian 'Bo Bing' dice game event, with staff dressed in Zanhua flower-decorated outfits. It's great how they promote local culture. The value for money is excellent, making it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommended! 🌹

The Xiamen Pullman Shimao Hotel is quite good. The entire hotel is massive, and upon arrival, it feels like stepping into a French chateau. The hotel is divided into three areas: Xihai, Ruihai, and Yihai Town. This time, I stayed in Xihai. The hotel lobby is grand and impressive, with a magnificent dome. The staff were also good; they helped carry my luggage to the lobby as soon as I got out of the car. The front desk staff were efficient, and check-in was quick. In particular, a lady with glasses in the lobby provided excellent service; she was very helpful and explained everything in detail. She was probably a supervisor, though I didn't catch her name. The hotel room was spacious; as soon as I opened the door, the curtains automatically drew back, revealing a view of the ocean. The room was roomy, comfortable, clean, and tidy. The bathroom was also large, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub. The two sinks were particularly convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel is close to the sea, just a few minutes' walk to Rainbow Beach. The hotel offers both an indoor heated pool and an outdoor infinity pool to choose from. You can enjoy the beach or swim in the hotel's pools. There are also several children's play areas. Every corner of the hotel feels incredibly picturesque, especially Yihai Town, where every short walk reveals a new theme. It's fantastic for families with children and for ladies who love taking photos. The entire hotel is genuinely huge; I feel like I haven't even explored it all. I'll definitely come back to stay again, and next time I'll try Ruihai for a different experience. There was one minor issue: the hairdryer plug in the bathroom kept falling out and didn't stay securely. That needs to be addressed. Overall, the hotel is still very good. The Pullman is a hotel I would happily return to.

Extended Stay Offer: Room upgrade (subject to availability).

The hotel environment is excellent and very stylish. The facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms and corridors all showcase a grand design. It's picture-perfect everywhere, suitable for children and couples to take photos. Although there was a minor hiccup during check-in, the hotel butler, a young man, fully considered the customer's feelings. He was thoughtful and reassuring, soothing our 'wounded' little hearts after our long journey. He also brought small cakes for our two children in the afternoon and sweet soup in the evening. He's a fantastic butler! Additionally, the hotel's breakfast is superb, with a wide variety of fresh options. It's definitely a hotel worth bringing my parents back to for a vacation next time.

The hotel has a simple yet cozy decor. The hot water supply is ample with good pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The soundproofing is excellent, so it's very quiet at night. It's conveniently located near Baolong Yicheng and Wanda Plaza, making daily life easy. Highly recommended.

The room had a great orientation. The fridge met my daily needs, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They even offered a shuttle service for the concert, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very good stay. The only issue was a smoky smell when I first entered the room, but it seems to be a common problem in Xiamen as all the hotels I stayed in had it. Considering everything, it's still a great choice. It's close to the airport, only about a ten-minute drive, which is very convenient.

It was my first time to travel to Xiamen. Huang Zhiwei, the hotel receptionist, was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile. He accompanied us throughout the check-in process, helped with the luggage, and accompanied us to the room. During the period, he enthusiastically explained the hotel check-in knowledge and travel guide, which made us feel like home. The scenery inside the hotel is super beautiful, there are many play facilities, and the children had a lot of fun. The room is very large. The living experience is full. The lobby is just outside the sea and beach, an excellent parent-child travel experience. If you come to Xiamen again, this parent-child hotel is the best choice🌸🌸🌸

The rooms were incredibly clean and hygienic, and the hotel is very close to the beach. The shuttle service was also super convenient and always on time. The location is excellent, perfect for family activities since it's so near the beach. The service, cleanliness, and environment are all top-notch. And the buffet? Definitely five-star quality!

Just checked out and wanted to leave a review. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was dry with no unpleasant odors. The service was quite impressive; 'Bread' (I assume a staff member's name or nickname) was very responsive. The hotel's atmosphere is very relaxing, and I slept soundly at night. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was hassle-free. The breakfast selection was also rich, and it was a thoughtful touch for tourists to be able to try Fuzhou fish balls without even leaving the hotel, offering a taste of local Fuzhou specialties. Overall, it offers good value for money. This hotel is definitely a top consideration for short stays during a vacation.

This hotel has an old Shanghai vibe. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. Manager Chen even upgraded my room! The hotel's location is also convenient, being close to Terminal 1.
