This hotel stay for my business trip truly exceeded all expectations. I had initially braced myself for the typical unaccommodating service of a large, local state-owned hotel, but Seven at the front desk handled my check-in and check-out with such professionalism that I questioned if I had accidentally booked an international brand. I rushed out for my business trip and completely forgot my charger, but the housekeeping team was incredibly thoughtful and lent me one for two days. Having not packed enough clothes for my trip, the self-service laundry room proved to be a lifesaver – it was impeccably clean and well-equipped, meeting all my needs. The room was spotless, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel's location offers easy access to anywhere on Xiamen Island. The only minor downside is the scarcity of dining options directly around the hotel. I chose to have dinner at the hotel's buffet; while the food wasn't particularly gourmet, for a Xiamen hotel buffet at just 81 RMB, you really can't complain – it's an absolute steal! All in all, a truly fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Saw this hotel during a layover at the airport and was instantly charmed by its artistic design! The lighting and artwork in the hallways create a warm yet upscale atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, and even the bathroom murals were quite stylish. The gym on the first floor is well-equipped with everything from yoga mats to strength training machines. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service, which was very responsive; even when I had to change the pickup time last minute, it wasn't an issue.

Wonderful stay. We stayed during Sudirman cup. We can meet lots of players from different countries everywhere. Hotel facility is good and there is free shuttle to the stadium. Thx Tommy for the speedy check out.

The room is small, the facilities are old, the service is slow, and the exterior is messy... As a ”fan” of Bai Xiang, this is the worst fake Bai Xiang I've ever stayed in 😅😅😅😅!! There is no indoor swimming pool, and the outdoor swimming pool will not open until the afternoon. I had to call three or four times in a row to order a bath towel. The breakfast has few categories and the style is average. The shacha noodles are served with vegetables 😡😡😡😡!! It subverted my perception of Bai Xiang.

”The service was very nice.” The hotel offers airport pick-up service; a driver contacted us shortly after we arrived at the hotel, and we got there quickly. They also provide airport drop-off service the next day, and thoughtfully called ahead to remind us.

The breakfast was plentiful, with freshly cooked satay noodles, salads, hot and cold dishes, and many other options.

The room was spacious and looked newly renovated. The overall design style was simple and elegant, and the room was very comfortable. The bedding was soft, and there was a sofa, table, and other furniture.

The room was very clean; the floors looked shiny and new, and there was a subtle, pleasant fragrance in the lobby.

The environment was beautiful, with a small garden in the center. There were tables and chairs by the pool where we could relax, and some benches on the lawn. There were also many plants.

The service was excellent. The receptionist was very attentive and upgraded our room free of charge. The housekeeping staff were also very welcoming.

The facilities were complete. The room facilities were new, and the gym and swimming pool were on the first floor, which was very convenient. There was also a self-service laundry room.

The room was equipped with a minibar and bottled water, and the front desk even gave us airport lobby vouchers, which was very helpful for travelers who needed to catch a flight the next day. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Lovely hotel and often stay here, however one major concern, I wanted to book the airport transfer bus with 2 hours to spare for the next flight but was told by the receptionist that you don’t need to book it that early and she booked me into a later transfer bus, the result came with us very nearly missing our flight and if it wasn’t for the wonderful staff at the airport who allowed to go to the late book in gate we would of missed it. So the moral of the story is don’t let the receptionist of the hotel book you into a late transfer bus and cause great stress to you and very nearly missing your flight.

We booked this hotel with low tide in mind, as the beach is right behind it, accessible via a convenient private gate with a room key. The sweet receptionist even upgraded our room for us, which was much appreciated! While our main goal was beachcombing, the hotel itself was surprisingly excellent. It's a fantastic family-friendly place where kids can easily spend an entire day playing without leaving the premises. The beachcombing was an unexpected bonus – we actually managed to catch live fish, shrimp, small crabs, conchs, and various shellfish! We were absolutely thrilled! Afterwards, we took our fresh catch to a seafood restaurant in Zhanggang Street to have them cooked, enjoying them alongside some homemade marinated seafood and beer. That night was pure bliss! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. It's truly ideal for a family getaway, especially for kids who love beachcombing.

I carefully selected this hotel, and it immediately felt like a great match, giving me a strong sense of familiarity! Upon arrival, it certainly didn't disappoint. While the facilities are a bit dated, typical of an established property, the cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all excellent. The location is also incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to get to both the airport and tourist attractions. However, due to its proximity to the airport, takeout food options are somewhat limited. Nevertheless, there are snack bars and convenience stores nearby that cover all the basic necessities. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also absolutely fantastic! My only minor quibble is the absence of a portable drying rack (which hotels of this star rating usually provide), as I prefer not to use communal dryers.
