My stay here was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and I felt relaxed the moment I walked in. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, and the cleanliness was impeccable – not a single strange odor. The toiletries were complete, hot water supply was plentiful, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a really peaceful night's sleep. The staff were gentle and thoughtful, and the service was very attentive. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was in a high-rise building. I arrived after 10 PM, and they called me before I got there. I felt the service was excellent; they proactively checked in with late-arriving guests, which was a nice touch! The room's decor was a bit different from the online pictures, but the real-life resemblance was high. Anyone with a good eye could spot the difference between the actual room and the filtered photos, but I'm not going to dwell on that!

Mainly, I want to praise the service. Even though there weren't many staff members, they were all very enthusiastic and accommodating!

This is a small but exquisite hotel that's definitely worth recommending!

This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, very close to Zhengzhou East Railway Station, which is a boon for passengers who catch the high-speed rail. The room design is simple and warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is excellent. The service is also very nice and worth recommending!

The massive floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room are definitely the highlight – the whole room is bathed in sunlight during the day. Watching the sunset in the evening and the city lights at night is incredibly calming. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with marble countertops and wooden cabinets, giving it a clean and luxurious feel. It's fully stocked with amenities, and the towels are super soft. The location is excellent, the views are stunning, and it perfectly blends design with comfort. This is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently.

The front desk lady is very gentle, the attitude is very good, the room sister is also very warm, parking is also very convenient, although there is a hole in the bedding, but it can be seen that it has been washed.
However, it is really too hot to turn on the air conditioner on 29 degrees. I know that the business is not good now, and it can save some costs if you don't turn on the central air conditioner host, but also look at the temperature. It was really too hot. The room was sunbathed during the day. The hot child didn't fall asleep in the middle of the night. He got up early the next morning to take a shower. Although I gave a fan, it didn't work at all.
I feel that although the host hotel does not save some money, it will have an impact on the repurchase of customers. For example, if I have this weather in the future, I guess I will not consider your home.

The hotel has a special children's play area (or parent-child room), with toys and picture books, and the children had a lot of fun.  
- The room is equipped with children's slippers, toothbrushes, and even small tent toys, which are so heartwarming!  
- There are parks/squares within walking distance around the hotel, which is very convenient for taking children for a walk at night.

For a short weekend trip, I chose this hotel on Ctrip that is close to the scenic spot. It is very close and convenient to Qingming Riverside Garden. The environment is beautiful, the decoration style is elegant, the room settings are very comfortable, clean and hygienic. The store's service is warm and sincere, and they also took the initiative to upgrade the room with floor-to-ceiling windows for free. Parking in the courtyard is also very convenient. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast supply, and there are relatively few restaurants and restaurants around. The only Xinyang restaurant in the surrounding area is good and worth recommending.

The hotel is strategically located, travel and eating are very convenient; the front desk staff is warm and courteous, the check-in and check-out process is efficient and fast, and the questions are answered patiently and meticulously. The rooms are cleaned extra clean, there are no stains on the dead corners, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the room is soundproofed, and the rest at night is completely undisturbed. The hot water in the bathroom is stable and sufficient, the facilities are maintained in place, and the supporting toiletries are complete. The breakfast category is rich, the taste is online, the overall price is very high, and the next time you come to the local area, you will give priority to this hotel.
