The room was quite clean and tidy, and the one we were assigned was also very quiet. The lady at the front desk saw we were traveling with a child and kindly offered to upgrade our room, which we really appreciated. The hotel environment overall is very good, and breakfast was decent. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around; places like Beijing Road, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, and the ferry terminal are all within walking distance. It was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location! The streets were flooded and I couldn't get home, so I stayed here for a night. The front desk saw I had two kids and even upgraded our room. Plus, there was a breakfast buffet the next day. It was fantastic!!

My friends and I stayed here during our trip, and overall, the twin room offered a truly fantastic experience—definitely the kind of place we’d gladly return to. The room was much more spacious than I expected, with plenty of room between the two beds. There was ample space to walk around and unpack large bags without feeling cramped. It gave us that cozy, shared travel vibe while ensuring we didn't disturb each other while sleeping, which is super important when traveling with a companion.

The mattress firmness was just right—not so soft that you sink in, and not hard enough to cause back pain. The sheets and duvet cover felt very soft, had no weird smells, and the pillow height was spot on. After running around outside all day, collapsing onto the bed at night instantly melted away the fatigue. We slept soundly both nights. The room had great natural light, and the blackout curtains did their job. When we wanted to sleep in, pulling them shut made the room pitch dark, so our rest wasn't disturbed by outside light.

I’d give the cleanliness top marks; the floors, tabletops, and corners by the beds were all spotless. The bathroom featured a wet-and-dry separation, so the floor didn't get soaked after showering. The vanity area was huge—plenty of space for two people to set out skincare products and do their makeup at the same time. The hot water came out quickly with a very steady temperature, making for a great shower experience. Disposable toiletries, slippers, and other amenities were fully stocked, so there was no need to pack a ton of extra stuff.

All the facilities in the room worked properly. The AC cooled and heated up very quickly, and there were charging outlets right by the bedside, making it super convenient to charge phones at night. The lighting had multiple settings: bright enough for packing and organizing, but dimmable for a cozy, relaxing vibe.

The front desk staff were very polite, the check-in and check-out processes were fast, and whenever we had minor questions, they responded promptly. We didn't run into a single frustrating issue during our entire stay. Whether traveling with friends or family, this twin room is a solid choice. If we ever come back this way, this hotel will be at the top of our list.

Stayed for a few days, and overall, it felt quite comfortable and reassuring. The room window could be opened, allowing for good airflow, so it didn't feel stuffy, which is a big plus for someone like me who is sensitive to smells. When checking in, the front desk noticed I was asking about floors and proactively offered a non-smoking floor, which shows great attention to detail. The breakfast selection was more varied than expected, with both Western and Chinese options, and I didn't get tired of it even after eating there for two consecutive days. I left my luggage at the front desk when I went out and retrieval was efficient when I returned, causing no delays. Overall, there's nothing to complain about; it's the kind of place where you can stay with peace of mind.

The room was very clean. This is my second time staying here. The front desk service was exceptional and very professional. There is a restaurant on the second floor and a laundry room on the fourth. The room is spacious. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the area.

房間很陳舊，牆角都是爛的。覺得不衞生，沒敢沖涼。還交按金，很多年沒有交按金住店了。對面的燒鵝城很好吃，加分項。服務人員也比較好。位置不錯，有免費停車。
