This is my second stay in the hotel in Guangzhou and it's as good as I remember it! I appreciate the staff's responsiveness and patience, and all of them -- including the cleaning team -- were warm. 

If anything, the walls are be a bit thin so you can sometimes hear people along the corridor. Also, I struggled to use my mobile data because the reception from my room is relatively poor (like 1-2 reception bars only). This experience was quite strange for me, especially since I had no issues with my mobile network when I stayed in the exact same room just a week ago! 

That said, all in all, I had an enjoyable stay at Paco Hotel. Huge thanks to the team!

This stay exceeded my expectations; it definitely deserves a full five stars! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for catching taxis, dining, and shopping. The room was meticulously cleaned; there wasn't a speck of dust or water stain on the desk or in the bathroom corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's rest without any disturbances. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very quick. Any requests were handled promptly. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong, and all the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. The overall environment was clean and quiet. It offers incredible value for money, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit here, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel service was really good. Since we were traveling with a child and couldn't make it back in time, they even helped us bring our luggage to the front desk. They also offer free parking, and there's a meeting room available. The breakfast was very rich, and the hotel itself is clean and hygienic with complete facilities, including a laundry room. The transportation is also very convenient.

The hotel staff were amazing, and I really appreciated the self-service laundry room – super convenient for keeping my clothes fresh while traveling. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

Five-star rating for the Knights Story Hotel near Canton Tower! The twin room I booked didn't include breakfast, and I was planning to eat out. But when I got back to the hotel after exploring and asked the front desk if I could buy breakfast separately, I was pleasantly surprised when the staff, with such warmth, offered it to me for free. That was truly amazing! Every staff member here is so enthusiastic and gentle; communicating with them is a real pleasure, and you can feel their sincerity everywhere. The twin room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the facilities were complete. The hotel's location near Canton Tower makes it very convenient for sightseeing. What started as a regular stay, this extra thoughtful perk just elevated the whole experience. The value for money is exceptional. If you're visiting the Canton Tower area, this is definitely the place to choose. I'll stay here again next time!

Overall, the place felt really clean, and they even had a mini-fridge, which was perfect for my medication that needed refrigeration. The breakfast spread was also excellent, with a good variety of noodles and pasta, as well as both Chinese and Western options. They even use robots to deliver packages right to your door! The front desk staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, so I ended up extending my stay for another day.

Absolutely fantastic! They even had a cake and helped me freeze it. The front desk staff (both the ladies and gentlemen) were incredibly kind and helpful, proactively communicating everything. The environment is lovely, and they offered a free room upgrade. The location is also very convenient. Really looking forward to this stay!

The room decor was tastefully done, with soft lighting and comfortable bedding. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, making for a very relaxing stay. The communal dining area had a great vibe, complete with a large screen for movies and various board games for leisure. The staff, especially CC, provided attentive and thoughtful service. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and everything you could need for dining, entertainment, and relaxation was available in one place. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and there was no noise when sleeping. The hotel's free parking is conveniently located on the basement level. There are many local food stalls right outside the hotel, which is great for both dinner and late-night snacks, and I didn't have a bad experience with any of them. It's a short walk to Baixin Plaza and MixC, just across the skybridge from the hotel, making it very convenient for getting around. The subway is also right at the hotel's intersection. Food delivery is handled by robots, which offers good privacy. The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were all very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent, making travel very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The hotel's hygiene is top-notch, with clean linens and stylish, elegant decor. The rooms are spacious and bright. The staff provides excellent service, especially 'Xiao Dan' at the front desk, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and polite. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. This hotel is the perfect choice for business trips and couples' travel.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The location is excellent, very close to Ma'anshan Station, making it convenient to get anywhere by subway. I was pleasantly surprised to find a self-service laundry room where I could wash and dry clothes. The room was clean and quiet, with a mini-fridge for drinks and a full range of convenient amenities. The breakfast offered a good variety of hot dishes, and the staff member X was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and short stays. It offers incredible value for money!

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

This isn't my first stay here, and I have to give this hotel a five-star rating! The location is absolutely unbeatable – it's in a prime spot, making it super easy to get around whether you're taking a taxi or public transport. The surrounding amenities are excellent, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting out and about. Staff member 401 was incredibly gentle and handled my check-in quickly. They were very responsive to my needs and provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was impeccable; the floors, bathroom, and bedding were all spotlessly clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. It's truly a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel!
