Big room for the price. Superb location near to Beijing Road. Abit of smell but room is clean and people are friendly. My room doesn't have window to the outside but it's fine as was out and about most of the time.

My stay here was truly excellent, and I could feel the hotel's dedication in every aspect.

**Location:** The hotel's location is superb, right in the city center. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station and major attractions, and dining and shopping options nearby are incredibly convenient.

**Service Attitude:** The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked us in quickly. We arrived early, and the hotel did its best to arrange a room for us, which was very thoughtful. The bellhops and housekeeping staff were all smiling, making us feel right at home.

**Room Facilities:** The room was more spacious than expected, with a modern minimalist decor – clean and tidy. The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and both water pressure and temperature were stable. The complimentary mini-bar and high-speed Wi-Fi were pleasant surprises.

**Other Facilities:** The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and the taste was excellent. I also tried the rooftop gym and pool, which had a first-class environment and expansive views.

**Summary:** Whether for business travel or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to the city!

Got a free room upgrade. The location is great, right near Canton Tower, and close to KECUN subway station. There's a shopping mall just across the road, so the location is pretty good. It's very quiet, and the room has all the amenities, including a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The items provided are all good quality, and the soundproofing is also quite decent.

Guangzhou is pretty good, and shopping is incredibly convenient. My friend and I stayed in the city center for a day, and there are four super large malls nearby with plenty of food options. As long as it's not a public holiday, accommodation for a trip out here isn't expensive, and the hotel conditions were decent.

i stayed here for more than a week, the staffs are really kind , breakfast is good, the location is near mall, market , metro station and anywhere is possible to reach. i really love this hotel! the bed is clean, shower is clean, the coffee station is also always refilled, they will refill you coke everyday and evian water.

usually hotel only give 2 water bottle but here they give you 6 water bottles. you can even wash your clothes! this is so convenient for a long stay.

This is my first time visiting Guangzhou and staying at Park 1 Hotel. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with easy access to Canton Tower and the zoo. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bed is incredibly cozy to lie on. There’s also a large TV in the room. The front desk staff was extremely helpful—since I had a lot of luggage when I arrived, he even helped me carry it. I’m very grateful to him and gave him a small token of appreciation. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Guangzhou.

I got a free room upgrade, but the best part was definitely the breakfast! On the first night, the parking lot was full, so I had to park in the aisle and move my car several times. Eventually, the staff helped me arrange to park in the adjacent lot and covered the parking fee. I've stayed here a few times for business in the area. This time, there's subway construction nearby, and while the soundproofing is quite good, you can still hear some noise. If you're a light sleeper, perhaps a windowless room would be better, as you likely wouldn't hear anything then.

The location is excellent, and it's very convenient for transportation. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. I'm satisfied.

Seriously, folks, who gets it? I booked this Health Knight Ark Story Hotel for my business trip to Guangzhou, and it hit all the right notes for a business traveler! 😭

🚄 Super convenient transportation: Just a few minutes' walk from Baiyun Station. No more rushing and panicking to catch high-speed trains, and lugging my suitcase around was a breeze!
💻 Excellent for work: The desk and chair in the room were super spacious, and the lighting was comfortable. Tackling proposals late at night felt less cramped, and the internet speed was incredibly fast!
💪 Full health buff: They even provided a yoga mat and resistance bands! After a busy day, stretching instantly relieved the fatigue from sitting for so long. The 24-hour gym was also fantastic!
💁 Super attentive service: The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and patiently answered all my questions about nearby restaurants and directions. Any requests were responded to super quickly! The ponytail lamp design was quite interesting.

The only minor drawback is that the surrounding area isn't particularly scenic, but the value for money is absolutely unbeatable. For a business trip, choosing this place is definitely the right move! ✅ Breakfast was just okay though.

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

We have spent a five days trip with family members for Chinese New Year holiday. It is really a magnificent hotel with excellent location and with very high standard of cleaness. This is seldomly found in this rank of the hotel. The breakfast is tasty with all my favorite stuff. One of the facilities I loved it very much is their self laundry service which gives me a great help on washing as well as drying all daily dressed clothes at the same day. Thus, I can bring much less clothes for the trip with worry free. The room style is iconic and cozy to stay with all daily necessities needed. More importantly, the washroom has a high degree of pravicy. This will be very suitable for family members to stay in the same room. Also, the entire hotel is maintained in a brandnew condition as I have stayed few years ago. Lastly, there are numerous restaurants proximity to the hotel, so, we can grab food to eat very easily.
