The lady with glasses was a very big help with check in and check out. I had a very pleasant stay at Paco Hotel in Guangzhou. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around Guangzhou and explore the city. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness, comfortable bed, and overall value for money.

Overall, I had a great experience at Paco Hotel and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Guangzhou. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel!

My stay at Guangzhou Knight Story Hotel exceeded my expectations, definitely a full five-star review!

The hotel exterior is very distinctive, and the location is super convenient for getting around, whether by taxi, subway, or walking. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk staff were warm and polite. The cleaning auntie was also great, efficient, and thoughtful – thumbs up!

The room facilities were complete, with a full set of tables, chairs, and a sofa, enough for both relaxation and simple work. The cleanliness was top-notch; even the corners were spotless. The overall environment was quiet, with good soundproofing, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest.

The overall value for money is excellent, with great hardware, service, and cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guangzhou, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The overall stay was very close to a five-star experience. The hotel environment is elegant and grand, and the public areas are clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and bright, with high-quality decor, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, with plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. The cleanliness was excellent, even the corners were spotless, with no unpleasant odors. The staff were gentle and polite, and responded promptly. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. The location is convenient for getting around. The only minor flaw was that there's still room for improvement in a few small details, but it didn't affect the overall experience. It offers great value for money, and I had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended, I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Traveling with my family, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade during check-in! The room was spacious enough for the whole family, clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk staff, H, was kind and attentive. This family trip exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

This stay exceeded my expectations; it definitely deserves a full five stars! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for catching taxis, dining, and shopping. The room was meticulously cleaned; there wasn't a speck of dust or water stain on the desk or in the bathroom corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was superb, ensuring a peaceful night's rest without any disturbances. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very quick. Any requests were handled promptly. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong, and all the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. The overall environment was clean and quiet. It offers incredible value for money, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit here, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around by taxi and for shopping. Check-in was very efficient, and the front desk staff were all very polite and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean – the floors and surfaces were spotless, the bedding was fresh and comfortable, and the mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. I'll definitely be back!

Hotel Review – 3/5 Stars

I had an average stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The room was clean, although some of the furniture looked a bit dated and could benefit from refurbishment.

The bed was reasonably comfortable, but there was some noise from the hallway at night, which affected the quality of sleep. The Wi-Fi worked most of the time, though the connection occasionally became slow.

Breakfast offered a fair selection of food, but the menu was repetitive and some items were not served at the ideal temperature. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport.

Overall, the hotel met my basic expectations but did not provide anything particularly memorable. It is a decent option for a short stay if you’re looking for reasonable value, though there is room for improvement in maintenance, dining variety, and attention to detail.

The first time we came to Guangzhou, we stayed at Arthur Hotel New Town, and we had such a warm and comfortable experience that, after one month we decided to come back again after returning from Shenzen.
We chose this hotel again because it feels so welcoming and familiar to us.

From the moment we arrive, the warm hospitality makes us feel comfortable and well cared for. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are thoughtful touches throughout the day.

I especially love that coffee and tea are always available, along with afternoon tea and a light evening dinner, including noodles. These little details make such a big difference, especially when travelling with children.

The breakfast is amazing, with a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious food. The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything in the hotel feels thoughtfully arranged and beautiful.

For us, this is more than just a hotel. It has become a place we feel comfortable returning to whenever we are in Guangzhou. That is why, after our first stay, we chose to come back again months later.

Thank you to the whole team for making our stays so pleasant and welcoming. We look forward to staying here again.

The room was excellent, very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, the slightly overweight man at the front desk who checked me in had a very bad attitude, which made me quite uncomfortable. The ladies who worked there on the following days were all very nice. Also, this hotel is about a two to three-minute walk from the subway station, passing by some shops and an urban village residential area. It can get a bit chaotic at night, so solo female travelers might want to consider this carefully. For those traveling with company, this hotel is a pretty good choice.

The fist room I got, smelled weird and had lots of stains and mold. After informing the reception I got a new room that was better. For me the bed was a bit to firm for my liking, but that is personal preference. I got a great discount on my stay, but otherwise I don't think the room is worth full price. On the other hand the staff was super friendly and helpful. Cleaning service daily always with a smile!

When I visit Shenzhen, this is my go-to hotel. It's incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the border crossing. The hotel service is also outstanding; if you have any issues and report them to the front desk, they genuinely take them seriously and don't just brush you off. I really appreciate that, and I'll definitely keep coming back! ❤️❤️❤️

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! Being a new hotel, it's really great. The young lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and very prompt with her responses. The room was spotless with no strange odors, well-equipped with amenities, had a stable hot water supply, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The bed had just the right firmness for a great night's sleep, and the soundproofing was quite good, making it very quiet at night. Although it's next to the road, closing the windows blocks out the noise nicely. It's very close to Ma'anshan Metro Station, making it super convenient to walk around. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!

The location was prime. Very easy to find from Gongming square metro station. The service was meticulous especially from Liu Can the lady at the front desk. She was so good to assist despite the language barrier. The rooms were clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

This is my 3rd stay at the Paco Hotel in Jiangmen in 3 years which speaks for itself. It is a well maintained hotel. Its design and soft carpeting make for a quiet peaceful experience. And artistic too, with museum-like Chinese paintings. Soundproofing is excellent, I didn't realise there were visitors in adjacent rooms.. From reception on, all staff met were pleasant and helpful
Amenities include a guest laundry, a gym and a breakfast restaurant. It is located next to a mall and there are many eateries and coffee-type shops close by. A thoroughly pleasant stay. Xiexie.
