In front there is a CU Mart. And near to bus station and the KTX station (walking distance almost 20 minutes) affordable place to stay

Nice experience! There are some convenient stores like GS25 and Cu right next to the hotel! And the room is spacious

The location is incredibly convenient, just one subway stop from Busan Station, and then a quick 5-minute walk. The room itself was spotless and surprisingly spacious, and we even had a great view of the Busan sea. The facilities were new, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall ambiance was excellent. A special shout-out to the front desk staff – both the young man and young lady were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location isn't bad, but the double room is very small and, above all, impractically furnished in terms of storage and hanging space. The bathroom, with its tiny sink, is particularly poorly designed; hanging or storing anything in the bathroom was practically impossible. It's practically unsuitable for two people. Breakfast was okay, but unfortunately, it was only available from 7 to 9 a.m.

Walking distance to Busan train station, about 15min walk. There are bus stops in front of the hotel which are accessible to different tourist attractions.

Honest review: Lobby area is messy and that staff lady is not really helpful. I needed to wait from 7am-1pm, before I know to check in at 1pm, and I only know at 1pm that need to pay extra 30,000kw to check in at 1pm, cause check in timing is 4pm. Toilet door and room door is not clean. Bed, pillow and towels are ok, room is spacious and it’s near to a train station, but still quite far from Busan train station and shopping areas. Only 2 bottles of water for me, although I’ve stayed for 5days. Overall the place is ok, it looks more like apartment than a hotel. I also bought breakfast for my stays, but only ate on day 1, as they Mop the floor when people are taking food and having breakfast and I was holding a miso soup and I fell down. Hence quite a disappointment.

Need to check your check-in time when you order in. And sanitary item you may need to prepared or you can buy toothbrush and toothpaste etc.

Hotel is located close to the main train station so if traveling into or out of Busan on train it's well located. Also has a ton of bus connections and nearby metro. Definitely value for money for the minimalist traveler but if seeking greater hotel amenities like Gym & Pool then other options. Only downside was the lighting within the room, there was ambient lighting from the light switch/In Room Wifi Router which we blocked our using some tissue boxes and tea/coffee container. Most annoying part was the Air Conditioner which has a strong green glow and lit up the room, I sleep in darkness so that was a negative but overall a good stay

Good location very near to subway station choryang and opposite have cu mart. The room space acceptable for 2 pax and good cleaning service. Front desk staff able to speak fluent english.

Hotel cleaning staff was super nice to reply to all our notes ~ made it a more friendly stay. The room was a lil dusty on top of the wardrobe and there was little space. However, with the close proximity to Busan station and a bus stop that can take us to the key spots in Busan + the room being overall safe, the price is pretty good

For this hotel, convenient and clean to stay. Got a male front desk not polite and racist during room check in period. First day hotel didn’t provide water, we asked the male reception about this, his face looks like I’m cheating him and lie for this just for two bottle of WATER? He passed to us and said if not enough beside the counter can refill by ourselves. 🙄
