The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the tourist spots. Staff were extremely kind and helpful especially when we make some last minutes arrangement for the booking of car. They also good enough to recommend good foods to us. Will definitely come back to this branch if we ever visit Chao Zhou again.

It's conveniently located about a ten-minute walk from Paifang Street and very close to Guangji Bridge. **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean. **Service:** Exceptionally well-managed. **Facilities:** Brand new and modern. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for getting around, offers great shopping, and easy access to late-night dining options.

The mattress was very comfortable, the bedding was spotless, and the hotel's overall design was very appealing. It's conveniently located right next to the Old Town, making it just a short walk to experience the local Chaoshan culture. They offer two parking options: one behind the hotel and another just before the hotel entrance. I initially parked at the wrong spot and had to drive out to re-park at the hotel's designated area.

The Chaozhou Orange Hotel (Ancient City Archway Street Branch) boasts a very convenient location. It's within walking distance of many attractions, and getting around by taxi is quick and easy. Plus, there's a bus stop right outside with direct service to Chaoshan High-Speed Rail Station. Both the service and cleanliness were excellent.

We drove to Chaozhou Ancient City with our children. It's a truly historic city with incredibly distinctive architecture. The receptionists at the hotel were exceptionally warm and welcoming, offering excellent service. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's location close to the distinctive archway is a big advantage.

This five-star rating is genuinely earned, not inflated or requested by the front desk. I've noticed many hotel front desks ask guests to give them a perfect score, but this one didn't. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a bustling market street. It has two adjacent parking lots, which is very convenient for those traveling by car; a kindergarten is located between them. The room was spotless, equipped with a smart assistant, and they even offered robot delivery for takeaways. All the toiletries had a pleasant orange scent. Key card access is required for the elevators. The surrounding area is packed with all sorts of eateries and snack shops, offering everything from beef hotpot to raw fish congee. A fruit dessert shop is just across the street. Service was generally satisfactory. There's a gym and free laundry facilities on the second floor. It should be quite close to Paifang Street, but unfortunately, we encountered a typhoon, so we only stayed for one night before heading to our next destination.

It is convenient to reach sign seeing points and restaurants

The in-room bathroom facilities were all very good. It's very close to Guangji Bridge and other sights. I'd highly recommend Longji Braised Goose, a local favorite for Lion Head Goose (about a 10-minute walk) – I still crave it! Also, the 'Duqi Bing' (Navel Cakes) from Yanghang Bakery, located right by Guangji Temple, are delicious and perfect for edible souvenirs to take home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The hotel was reasonably clean. Parking was inconvenient for vehicles with Hong Kong or Macau license plates, as we had to call the front desk every time we wanted to enter or exit. The location was excellent, making it very quick to get to all the main attractions. The hotel also provided brochures with information on local sights, and their recommended restaurants served delicious food.

The location is fantastic, very convenient for visiting all the attractions. Chaozhou is a compact city with its sights clustered together, and renting an e-bike makes getting around even easier. The hotel breakfast was also good, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers a dedicated parking lot, which is super convenient for guests traveling by car. The front desk service was exceptional; they even called me immediately when I forgot my razor. They also provide local guide maps, and it's incredibly easy to walk to Guangji Bridge from the hotel.
