"The hotel is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is simple yet delicious. It's very close to Genting Market, so we just strolled over in the evening. In the morning, it's a quick 5-minute taxi ride to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, which is super convenient. All the staff are very friendly. When we checked out, they even gave us local handmade soap and ginseng as gifts. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit."

"Traveling with kids, we planned to visit the North Slope of Changbai Mountain, but unfortunately, the scenic area was closed for three days due to a typhoon. However, the hotel was great! They provided complimentary hot spring tickets, so we could enjoy a dip every day. The hot springs themselves were decent, with both indoor and outdoor pools, and attendants available 24/7. The hotel environment was lovely, with wild cherry and blueberry bushes planted at the entrance, and even little bunnies, so we weren't bored at all. Not far from the hotel, there were ginseng picking spots, the Jiuxi Tingquan scenic area, and rafting opportunities."

They offered free luggage storage and the shuttle driver was professional and punctual, providing excellent, worry-free service throughout. The location is superb, making travel stress-free. It's within walking distance to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and just a 5-minute taxi ride to the mountain gate, which is super convenient for catching the early view of Tianchi Lake. We were also right next to Edelweiss Park and the Wetland Flower Sea, and only 7.7 km from Changbaishan Station, with free shuttle service making things incredibly convenient!"

Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. I reported it to the front desk, and they handled it very quickly. **Location:** There aren't many restaurants nearby, so you'll need to take a taxi to eat. Taxis are quite cheap, usually under 10 yuan. **Service:** Pretty good. The airport shuttle service was good, and the front desk was quick to resolve issues. Overall, it's not worth the price. The breakfast selection was limited, and there wasn't much to eat."

Recommend for traveller who planned to visit Changbaishan North side. Additionally, There is a black cat who stay in front of hotel. Please kindly give her some cat food and clean water. "Arriving in Erdaobaihe by car, I checked into this hotel and the front desk service immediately earned a perfect score. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, the front desk remotely guided me to a parking spot, saving me from driving around unnecessarily. During check-in, the staff patiently explained local Korean ethnic cuisine recommendations and even helped us plan a mountain entry route that avoided backtracking. Due to the significant temperature difference between morning and evening, the front desk thoughtfully provided hot water. When I suddenly needed to print my mountain entry voucher, they printed it for me free of charge, demonstrating incredibly high efficiency. Communication was smooth throughout my stay, and the staff were always polite and accommodating, ready to help with anything. Their warm and reliable service made my trip to the scenic area completely stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel, largely thanks to the front desk's thoughtful and meticulous service."

The Chinese Merganser Park is about a 1-kilometer walk away. Finding local specialty food nearby is also very convenient. ② The rooms are clean, hygienic, and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and smart home systems throughout. The front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. ③ I stayed in late May, which isn't peak season, so the value for money was excellent, prompting me to extend my stay for another night."
