"I stayed for four nights, and the service was absolutely impeccable. This hotel is truly excellent, and not expensive during the off-season. It's located within a park, offering a wonderful environment, and they even have deer and alpacas! The breakfast was also very diverse. When I checked out, the butler even prepared fruits and nuts for me. They provided pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station – the service was incredibly thorough, and they fulfilled every request. Highly recommended!"

"This was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain, and choosing a hot spring hotel was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is conveniently located right at the North Mountain Gate (the old gate), just a 3-minute walk away. This gate is mainly open to hotel guests, so it's not crowded. Tickets need to be reserved 7 days in advance on the WeChat mini-program. The hotel front desk provides a paper voucher, and after entering the park at your reserved time, you take a shuttle directly to the transfer center. For the return journey, you depart from the new North Gate, and the hotel offers a shuttle service, making the overall travel experience very convenient! You can access the hot spring area directly from the hotel lobby and enjoy unlimited entry during your stay. Soaking in the hot springs after a hike is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The Garden Restaurant on the first floor offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. Dinner is a mini-hotpot, and the set menus are great value for money. Enjoying a warm hotpot after a day of hiking is especially comforting! The hotel's back garden features a petting zoo area. The alpacas are adorably round, and the sika deer are very friendly and super cute! The stay included two complimentary activities: off-road vehicle and cable car sightseeing (at Heping Ski Resort) and adventure溯溪 (at Julong Volcanic Pumice Forest Cold Spring). Both experiences were excellent. You need to book these a day in advance. The hotel issues paper vouchers and arranges transportation. The scenery along the way is beautiful, we had a fantastic time and took many great photos."

"This is a great hot spring resort hotel, located next to Meiren Song Park, in a relatively quiet area of Erdaobaihe Town. It's not within walking distance of places like Enduli or Yunding Market, making it more suitable for a relaxing getaway. I heard it's very popular and hard to book during peak season. There are many Korean tour groups staying here, and there are also many Korean signs in the small street behind the hotel. However, I feel the hotel's zoning management is quite good, as there weren't many Koreans on our floor. The hotel stay includes hot spring tickets, but it's limited to one entry, not unlimited access. The hot springs have indoor pools on the first and second floors, and several outdoor pools on the fifth floor. The overall experience is good, but there's no food or drink service inside the hot springs, so it can't compare to bathhouses in Northeast China. The breakfast tastes good, a bit oily, but very flavorful, haha. Additionally, the hotel stay includes one complimentary send-off service, which is quite convenient."

"The actual hotel looks nothing like the pictures online; those are heavily photoshopped to look clean. In reality, the surrounding shops and parked cars outside are a messy sight. The 'hot spring' is just a few pools on the rooftop, and when I went, two of them were being drained, with two or three men and boys already soaking in the others. The hotel breakfast offered very little variety, just enough to fill you up, so don't expect much. The only upside is its proximity to Genting Market and Endou Valley. Erdaobaihe Town itself is quite beautiful, and I visited on the hottest day of the year."

"The hot spring was incredibly comfortable; spending Mid-Autumn Festival here was a unique experience. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk was very efficient with check-in, the room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent water pressure, and hot water came quickly. The location is also unbeatable, right next to the subway station with plenty of dining options nearby. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"An absolutely wonderful stay! This is definitely the top choice for the Changbai Mountain North Slope. It's incredibly close to the entrance gate, so you can just walk in without needing to go to the transfer center. The hotel facilities are excellent, and all the staff are exceptionally warm and attentive. Seeing we had two babies, they kindly upgraded us to a family room for free, which the children absolutely loved. Our butler was available 24/7, always ready to answer any questions with patience and thoughtfulness. The hotel's hot springs are also fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor pools at different temperatures offering a great experience. Five stars all around! Highly recommend!"

"The hotel service was very thoughtful; they even gave us a small gift. The internet speed was fast, the environment was clean, and the amenities were complete. The TV could swivel, and the common area had self-service coffee and juice. Overall, it was pretty good. It's right next to Genting Market, which is convenient for shopping and within walking distance. However, it's a bit far from the Changbai Mountain scenic area; a taxi ride costs about 80 yuan one way. The only thing that bothered me was that the hotel driver promised to give me a pinecone the day before but never did, and I couldn't reach him on the last day. The shuttle service within the town was 10 yuan per trip, supposedly only for guests. I used him many times. A trip to Changbai Mountain was 100 yuan, and I booked both ways with him. I even booked the hot springs at Changbai Mountain through him…"

"After visiting Tianchi Lake, I stayed at the Sheraton in town for two nights. The hotel is relatively new, so the environment, including the room floors, was very clean. The hardware facilities, such as the gym, laundry room, and smart toilets, were quite complete. The hot spring is indoors, with about 10 pools of various sizes. It wasn't crowded when I went, so the experience was good (though you have to buy a waterproof pouch, which was provided for free at a similarly priced hotel on the mountain). The hotel breakfast was just average; on a particularly busy day, it felt like restocking was a bit slow. In terms of service, perhaps because it's newly opened, it still falls short compared to other hotels in the same price range. For instance, on the day of arrival at noon, there was no reception or guiding staff at the entrance (even the driver who brought us from the mountain remarked on the significant difference in service compared to the hotel that picked us up on the mountain). When I went to the front desk to check in, I casually asked if an upgrade was possible. The front desk staff quickly said I had already been upgraded, but when I asked what room type, they told me it was the one I originally booked. Only after I questioned it again did they check and say they had made a mistake and that the hotel was full that day, so no upgrade was possible. That same evening, I saw a paper bag of trash in the elevator that wasn't cleaned for several hours, and vomit next to the elevator on the first floor also went unattended for a long time. Several bags of trash in the bin next to the guest room elevator upstairs were still there overnight until 7 or 8 AM the next morning. There was even a mix-up with the driver's pick-up time for our departure. The LG washing machines in the laundry room seemed to lack a smart QR code reminder service, and even the staff didn't seem to know how to use them well. The butler did respond and provided some souvenirs (a fridge magnet and snacks, which was nice), but overall, the hotel's service still needs significant improvement."

"I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip, and what first caught my eye was its unusually long name, haha! The hotel is brand new, only opening in 2025. It feels like it's nestled in a small commercial area, and the decor is quite unique. My reserved room was somewhat like a top-floor loft, with a remote-controlled skylight and automatic curtains. The projector was excellent; most of the content was free to watch, making me so comfortable I didn't even bother going out to explore. Even though I only stayed one night, I felt the service was great. The front desk staff, both ladies and gentlemen, were very warm and attentive, and they even gave me a small gift! The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast. It was just a little past 8 AM, and the boiled eggs were already gone. Moreover, the kitchen auntie kept asking if anyone still wanted fried rice, and if so, she'd cook it. A guest staying at the hotel pointed out to her that it was only 8 AM, and whether anyone wanted it or not, it should still be cooked. I completely agree with that sentiment 😉"

"I was very satisfied with my stay here; overall it was great. The room was spacious and clean, and the super large bed was very comfortable for a family of two adults and one child. The location is easy to find, right next to a military base, so it was interesting to see soldiers training every day. It's just a few minutes' walk from the North Slope distribution center, and there are plenty of restaurants, specialty shops, and supermarkets nearby. It's also only a three-minute walk to Edelweiss and the Wetland Park. There's free parking right along the road, and the facilities are quite comprehensive. The hotel provides disposable cups, combs, toothbrushes, toiletries, and they are replaced daily."
