"An unexpected stay that exceeded our expectations, really appreciating the owner's attention to detail. Before check-in, the owner called us in advance, letting us know we could call them with any questions during our trip. On the day of arrival, since it was off-season, they upgraded our room for free and enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. Most importantly, the views from the B&B were fantastic! There were little tips everywhere in the room, showing how thoughtfully the owner runs the place. For instance, the shampoo and shower gel weren't some unknown brands like in other guesthouses. When we left, the owner's sister asked me to leave a review. It just occurred to me today that their place definitely deserves a good review. It was a wonderful part of our trip to Western Sichuan!"

"We had beautiful room for 7 people with a nice view. You get discount to the ticket to village if you stay here. It is simple accomodation in nice village. It was hard to communicate even with translator but it is normal in China."

"The family who runs this gem in Zhonglu is adorable. I was treated like a guest, with every care. I didn't feel like a mere tourist. The village atmosphere and the exquisite, authentic hospitality of this family are among the most beautiful things I remember from my travels. The facility is very clean. Waking up to a view of the mountain swept by swirling clouds is magical. The set dinner (40 yuan) is plentiful and amazing. Thank you!"

"The B&B is located in the village, offering expansive views. You can enjoy the swirling morning mist early in the day and the golden peaks illuminated by the sunset later. From any angle within the hotel, you get a perfect view of Mount Moltordo. Perched on a cliff, the rooms are quiet and boast unbeatable views from every direction. The restaurant serves delicious and clean food. A small incident occurred when my husband developed a fever at night, and the kind receptionist immediately found a thermometer and arranged for a driver to take us to the clinic. Beautiful scenery, but even more beautiful people!"

As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, providing thoughtful and meticulous service throughout, so we didn't have to do anything ourselves. During check-in, they patiently explained the hotel facilities and nearby tourist attractions, responding instantly to any questions. During our stay, they were always there for us when we needed anything extra, with a gentle and patient attitude that made us feel incredibly warm. They even thoughtfully provided a complimentary ******* clothing experience and helped us choose accessories, making for amazing photos. The hotel environment is also exceptional, a perfect blend of ******* style and modern luxury. The white-walled, colorful buildings are arranged in a charming, staggered pattern, and the windows offer panoramic views of Jiaju ******* Village and the snow-capped mountains – a truly breathtaking sight. The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the entire room had underfloor heating and a humidifier, making it incredibly comfortable even at high altitudes. The private hot spring bath was clean and private; soaking in the warm water while gazing at the snow-capped mountains instantly soothed travel fatigue. Cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet and a smart toilet, exuding a high-quality feel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, warm and comforting, including authentic yak hot pot and other local specialties. The facilities were comprehensive, with free parking, a laundry room, and a fitness area, making it extremely convenient for getting around. This stay was perfect. The service was impeccable, and the environment was breathtaking. It's a must-stay hotel in Danba! I've already highly recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Danba. I'll definitely stay here again! 💯"

"The room was clean and tidy. This pot of wild fungus soup solved the oysters I came down from Xinduqiao all the way. It was warm and delicious. The boss's family is very loving. The daughter goes to school and hugs and kisses with her mother, which makes people feel a warmth. When leaving the store, the proprietress stood on the platform and waved goodbye. This kind of humane homestay makes people nostalgic and makes the journey more warm."

"An absolutely wonderful stay! If you love a quiet, pastoral life, you absolutely must consider this place! The owner is incredibly kind, helping with luggage, bringing fresh fruit, and the breakfast was healthy and delicious. Our room was very bright and airy, with several large windows. Opening them at night to enjoy the breeze and fresh air felt like time had slowed down. The B&B has its own parking lot, complete with charging stations. If you stay here, I highly recommend dining in; the ingredients are fresh and tasty, and the dining environment is very comfortable. There are many thoughtful details throughout the property, such as wind chimes hanging in the tree next to the dining area, which create a delightful, crisp sound in the breeze; small bells on the room doors that jingle every time you open them; and a special guestbook for visitors' messages. I read through all the entries – turns out, the previous guests who stayed in this room were quite interesting… My husband and I were both sad to leave before check-out; we truly felt at home here. Next time, we'll pick a sunny day and come back for another stay, and hopefully catch a glimpse of the starry sky over the village."

"My stay at the Hanting Hotel in Danba County was a very satisfying experience overall! First of all, the hotel is easy to find, located right next to the main road. Navigation took me directly there, so I didn't have to worry about getting lost. Upon entering the lobby, the reception staff greeted me warmly and quickly, making me feel very welcome. The hotel's overall design is novel, simple yet stylish, showing careful planning. The room was a pleasant surprise; the design was cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the lighting was soft, making me feel right at home. I especially want to mention the toiletries—the hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel smelled wonderful, a light floral and fruity scent that lifted my mood while showering! The breakfast was also good; while the selection wasn't huge, it had everything I needed, a good mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and I was very satisfied. Furthermore, for those driving, parking is not a problem. There are staff members to guide you to the underground parking lot; the process was simple and smooth, which was very thoughtful. In conclusion, the Hanting Hotel in Danba offers great value for money and excellent service. I would definitely consider staying there again next time I'm in Danba! Highly recommended!"

"Thank you so much to the friendly girl at this hotel who chatted with us and even took us to the bus station to help with getting tickets to Ta Gong! Dan Ba stands out as being slightly more expensive for accommodation than plenty of other locations in the region, but for the price we got our room, we were quite happy. Comfortable bed, very basic but okay bathroom, little but at least some sunlight. The location is a bit tricky and the photos we saw from other reviews don’t help much either. If you speak some Chinese, call them - they’d be ready to pick you up when you’re anywhere next to the building. *If you don’t speak Chinese*, then the best way to explain it is: go around the corner of the building and you will walk along the narrow side of it, *not* along the main street. After some 30 meters there will be an entrance to your left and elevators - plenty of people will use them because it’s the same entry for the apartments on the upper floors. Use a translation app to translate the signs next to these elevators and you will find the one for this hotel. I think it’s the 3rd floor."
