I was okay with that, but after they confirmed, they just waved me away, which felt incredibly rude. The restaurant staff definitely needs better training."

"The hotel is very close to Wanda Plaza, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room decor features a clean, natural wood style, which feels much cleaner than carpeted rooms. The facilities are well-equipped; you can borrow umbrellas from the concierge on rainy days, and they are super large. Kelly provided excellent service throughout our stay."

"Your bed is very soft and sleeps well, and the hygiene is also very good. I like your hotel quite a lot. So I invited friends to play this time and specially booked your hotel, but I have a big opinion on your fruit plate. Twin room, two customers, a small tomato, a banana, a napkin. I wouldn't have such a big opinion if you made a small plate of fruit, but you used this long plate and packed two fruits. There is still a blank on this plate and nothing is put. What is Omg doing? Is this learning to leave blank?"

"It was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle."

"The overall stay experience was very good. The hotel is conveniently located and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat. The front desk service is warm and efficient, and the check-in speed is very fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect was very good, and the rest was very stable at night. The bathroom facilities are complete and the hot water supply is stable. The cleaning aunt cleaned very meticulously and responded to daily needs in a timely manner. The price is online, there is no extra incidental charges, and I will give priority to this next time I travel, and I recommend it to friends who are traveling."
