"One of the best hotels we stayed for the price asked. We got the villa with private infinite pool and it couldn’t be better. The restaurant in the hotel also need to be highlighted, the food is amazing and is not expensive. The location is a bit secluded but for who is looking for a more chill area and not crowded beach will be well served."

"The room was very spacious and clean, with a large balcony. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of chilled sparkling wine and dessert. The front desk staff spoke Chinese and were exceptionally friendly every month. When cleaning the room, they even replaced the ice in the ice bucket. Every afternoon, small snacks were delivered. One day, I returned to a cleaned room, but I had messed up the bed. During the short time I went out for dinner, the staff who delivered snacks also tidied up the room again and re-made the bed – fantastic! The views at Silavadee Resort are truly amazing, and the pool water is exceptionally clean. As soon as we got to the pool, staff immediately brought us iced lemonade, which was a lovely touch. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, offering both Western buffet and a la carte options, and everything tasted delicious. I especially loved the a la carte lobster rolls and fried rice; the lobster rolls had large chunks of lobster meat, and I easily had at least two every day, haha. All drinks were made to order, including various coffees, teas, and other beverages. Of course, there were also fresh juices at the buffet. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the main road, but everything else was perfect. Our child had a great time and said they want to stay at Silavadee again next time we visit Koh Samui."

"1. **Check-in** We were greeted with welcome drinks, and all the services available during our stay were thoroughly explained. After check-in, we were taken to our room by golf cart. 2. **Location** There's not much around, but they offer scooter rentals and a shuttle bus service. The shuttle bus goes to two night market areas, but it doesn't run very frequently. It was convenient for tours as the pier for ferries to Koh Tao was only about a 10-minute drive away. 3. **Room** The room was very clean and spacious, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. The desk, closet, vanity, and refrigerator were all generously sized, making our stay completely stress-free. 4. **Bathroom** The bathroom was very clean, with excellent water pressure and temperature. Having two showerheads was very convenient, allowing two people to shower simultaneously. Amenities were also readily available by requesting them at the front desk. 5. **Facilities & Services** The hotel offers so many facilities and services that we couldn't even use them all during our stay. The gym was impressive for a hotel gym, equipped with 30kg dumbbells, a Smith machine, and 25kg/20kg plates, making it suitable for serious workouts. We had breakfast at the restaurant, which was an à la carte buffet, and every dish was delicious. We also dined there one evening; the food was excellent, and the prices were comparable to restaurants in town. The pool was under renovation for most of our stay, so we only got to use it on the last day, but it was a beautiful pool with a great atmosphere. 6. **Other** All the staff members were kind and attentive, and it felt like they effectively shared guest information among themselves. I fell ill during my stay and felt bad for inconveniencing the hotel, but the next day, every staff member I encountered asked if I was okay. I was extremely satisfied with both the facilities and services, and I would definitely love to stay here again if I visit Koh Samui in the future. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Koh Samui. The only minor drawback I could mention is the significant elevation changes within the property, which might be a bit inconvenient for those with mobility issues."

"If you are a light sleeper, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Soundproofing does not exist. It’s not bad, it doesn’t exist. I can could hear literally everything, even guests 2 rooms away from me talking casually. Also, the planes are landing straight above your head, so if you like to sleep until 9-10am, forget about it. First plane lands around 8am. In the picture you can see the doors from inside of the room. Light from a hallway coming in from all the sides, same as sounds. Apart from not being able to sleep, hotel is decent, nice pool and nice food in a restaurant. Good location if you don’t mind the planes in the morning. Breakfast is fine, but it could br improved.Room floor was dirty, couldn’t walk barefoot. For this money I expected way better soundproofing."

"The sea here is objectively very dirty with a silty bottom, so murky you can't even see your feet if you wade in ankle-deep. The villas are in need of renovation; the bathroom walls look like they've been smeared, not painted. The towels, especially the beach ones, are in very poor condition, and the bed linen has holes. Breakfasts are decent with a wide buffet selection. You can also have lunch and dinner at the restaurant; prices are above average, but the food is tasty. The staff are smiling and attentive. There's a good gym with a great view of the pool. The pool water is very warm, so it doesn't offer much of a cool-down. There are enough sun loungers for everyone, and plenty of tables at breakfast. The location is convenient, right next to Big C and a 5-minute walk from 7-Eleven. It's also a 10-minute walk to the Fisherman's Village, which has a wide variety of restaurants and bars."

"Wonderful hotel! We really enjoyed everything; you feel a true connection with nature here. They have various entertainment activities scheduled at the hotel. There are many thoughtful little touches in the villa. We tried the local restaurant's cuisine and liked it, though the prices were above average. Thank you, I will recommend it!"

"How should I put it? It's really hard to rate this place! Pros: The views are absolutely stunning – cliffs, the ocean, a private beach, free water activities, shuttle service, and an exclusive pool. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile. Cons: On the first night, my husband was bitten by some kind of insect. After looking it up, it was most likely bed bugs or fleas. He was covered in red bumps that itched for days and still hadn't healed by the time we were almost back home. Also, our so-called dedicated butler completely disappeared. We had a WeChat group, but she never responded, so we had to figure everything out ourselves."

"My family and I have a lot of great memories together when we stayed in the resort.This place had a lot of friendly people and full of smiles.My daughter loved to spend time in the kid club because all staff there very friendly and helpful.We have a good time at the pool and they provide great service including the restaurant for breakfast.Thank you for all your hard work and taking care of us."

"A recent 5-night stay in the Three Bedroom Suite Pool Villa Beach Front provided a truly splendid experience. The location is breathtaking, and the villa itself is exceptionally well-designed and comfortable—providing the perfect layout and space for a group of five adults and two children. The staff deserve special commendation for being incredibly helpful in every way. Promptness in responding to enquiries and requests made the holiday feel seamless and stress-free. Sincere gratitude goes to the team for the assistance in bringing takeaway and grocery orders directly to the villa; that extra level of service was much appreciated. Furthermore, the BBQ with chef experience at the villa was a standout highlight; the quality was excellent, and it provided a very special, memorable evening. This property is highly recommended to others looking for a premier Koh Samui experience. As a small note for consideration, housekeeping standards could be slightly improved. The villa was a bit dusty in certain areas, suggesting that a more thorough cleaning process may be needed between stays. Additionally, several appliances, including the fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and jacuzzi, were not functioning properly. This required multiple technician visits which were quite time-consuming; the villa would certainly benefit from better maintenance regarding these amenities to match the high quality of the rest of the resort. ."

"Ш We stayed with children and were happy with the experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for families with kids. The pool is large and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive. The kids’ animation program is solid — children were entertained and happy. The hotel is on the beachfront, and the sand is clean and non-sticky — a big plus for Samui. The food was disappointing: the menu is repetitive, dishes are bland, and baked goods and snacks lack freshness and crunch. Bar and in-hotel food prices are clearly overpriced and don’t match the quality. The parking lot is very small, and a significant portion of spaces are taken up by hotel service vehicles, which is inconvenient for guests. The gym is tiny, with limited and outdated equipment. Overall impressions are positive, especially for a family holiday. We’d love to see the hotel grow: improve the cuisine, reconsider its pricing, and invest in its infrastructure. The potential is there — it just needs to be used."
