This stay at Chengdu Kapok Hotel, Bella at the front desk left a particularly good impression with her service. During check-in, she spoke at a comfortable pace, clearly explaining the room facilities and breakfast times. She also specifically mentioned, 'Your floor is near MixC, so it's quite quiet at night. If you hear any noise, feel free to call the front desk anytime.' When checking out, I was a bit rushed while packing and left my charger on the bedside table. I had already reached the door when Bella came running out with the charger – much appreciated! There was nothing flashy throughout my stay, but every detail showed genuine care and thoughtfulness, making my stay exceptionally comfortable. Definitely deserves a perfect score!

Upon check-in, our double room wasn't ready, so we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. Aside from one smart toilet being out of order, everything else was perfect. The service was also excellent. I will definitely choose Kapok Hotel again for my next business trip.

The room was excellent. The only minor issue was a bit of dust on the snack box, but this only stood out because everything else was so meticulously clean. Being a new hotel, it definitely left a great impression. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to enjoy the other facilities. One small inconvenience was that taxi drivers often missed the entrance and parked outside the hotel's main wall.

This hotel boasts an excellent location and ambiance, offering fantastic value for money. The service here truly deserves full marks. It was incredibly convenient to reach staff whenever needed, day or night, and their assistance was always prompt and efficient. I felt I made the perfect choice staying here for my last few days in Chengdu; it was very comfortable and well worth it. A special thank you to Winnie for helping me mail my important forgotten luggage, and the cleaning lady on the 16th floor was also incredibly friendly. My gratitude goes out to all the staff!

Winnie not only helped with the room arrangements but also assisted with the TV screen casting details, even during her break. She always responded to my messages promptly, making it a truly delightful and unforgettable birthday experience. The hotel's attention to service details is truly impeccable; from the warm greetings at check-in to the well wishes at check-out, every single employee made me feel like family. The room was clean and comfortable, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Combined with Winnie's enthusiastic and attentive service, the entire experience was simply perfect! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special celebratory touch. The Kapok Hotel is definitely the top choice for celebrating anniversaries or any special occasion! I'll absolutely be back next time!

The location is great, and the decor is quite modern and fresh. The bedding and toiletries are pretty good, and the facilities are decent overall. However, the front desk service was quite slow. The reception area felt rather small and cramped, with just two tables, not particularly grand or welcoming. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but the quality is decent. The experience isn't great when it's crowded. On weekends, especially with wedding banquets, parking was a huge headache, and the lobby was incredibly noisy and chaotic! Perhaps the experience would be better when it's less crowded.

Choosing this hotel for my Chengdu trip was an absolute success! The design hotel has a sophisticated feel with brand-new, comprehensive facilities. They provided Dyson hairdryers and Atelier Cologne toiletries, welcome fruit included local Chengdu nectarines, and the minibar even stocked Emei Snow. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including cold pot skewers – I loved every bit of it! The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room. Its location is perfect: The MixC Mall and a subway station are right downstairs, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. I've already recommended it to all my friends, and I'll definitely book it again next time I'm in Chengdu!

I was very satisfied with the hotel's location. The facilities are all brand new, and every staff member was incredibly friendly. Marvin, in particular, stood out for his genuine recommendations and attentiveness to guests' needs. It's clear from the many small details that this is an excellent hotel.

My stay at the hotel itself was perfectly fine, and the service was excellent. They even sent me a delicious birthday cake! The complimentary water had been switched from Voss to Yibao, and the mini-bar's drink selection wasn't very extensive, but honestly, these weren't issues at all. So why did I give the facilities only three stars? It's all thanks to your robot!!!!!!!! I have never encountered such a difficult and downright *rebellious* piece of technology. It's absolutely useless! I asked it to close the curtains, and it replied, 'I like to keep them open!' I asked it to adjust the AC temperature, and it told me, 'I'm too busy, please do it yourself.' Then I asked it to turn off the lights, and it just ignored me completely. Is this thing broken or what?! What kind of AI is this? I'm completely speechless!

An incredible stay at Mumian. The breakfast was incredible. One of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The atmosphere around the hotel was incredible and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. It’s located above one of the best malls in Chengdu. We would definitely stay here again.

This newly opened Kapok hotel offers an excellent, clean, and plentiful breakfast. The 270-degree view room was a real highlight. The location is superb, right next to MixC City – literally just downstairs! In my opinion, it's the best option in the area. A special thank you to Marvin for his wonderfully enthusiastic service; he even proactively shared tips on fun places to visit nearby. Highly recommend!

This hotel is incredibly stylish; it's no exaggeration to call it one of the best-designed hotels in Chengdu. Its location in MixC City is excellent, and it offers much better value for money compared to hotels around Chunxi Road. During my stay, I especially want to commend Marvin at the front desk. This was our first stay at Kapok, and it was incredibly convenient. MixC City is right downstairs, and it's also quite close to the East Railway Station and Eastern Suburb Memory. The front desk staff who checked us in was exceptionally kind; my phone had died, and she not only lent me her personal phone to make a call but also gave us a complimentary upgrade to their 270-degree room. My partner and I both agreed that we would definitely return for another stay.

Just like her namesake, the 'Kapok flower,' she is incredibly warm and approachable, instantly making the unfamiliar environment feel like home.
