The room very clean, nice. location very close to wulong railway station. just walk 100m. they give us breakfast for free. highly recomend 🥰🥰👍👍

Hotel is close to the old train station and a short ride from the new high speed rail station. You can take the bus at the hotel to 天生三橋。 many restaurants around the area as well. Price is affordable.

Access to the rooms by using a daily changeing 14 digit codes instead of key cards, making going in and out of the room inconvenience. Checking in and breakfast area are in a small café like store on 18th floor. Signage wasn't clear enough. Very basic breakfast with limited selection, and some items are barely warm. Located near train station, train noise is audible. Many restaurants, convenient stores and street market nearby.

All good, but little bit nosy at night. Room was spacious, stuff was very nice.

Room is simple, good enough for a short stay. The hotel provides simple free pastries for breakfast as well. Neighbourhood is quiet but you can still find many shops and eating places around. It's opposite the railway station but we took the train from Wulong South railway station, which is about 15mins by Didi. Only con is that the toilet can get a little flooded after each shower and you have to pass the wet shower area to get to the toilet.

I booked it because it had high ratings, but I really regretted it. The hotel is located in a section of a larger building, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable. I wasn’t able to take a photo of my room. It felt a bit like a scam because the room didn’t match the pictures and was very old and dark. In the photos, the room appeared to have large windows from floor to ceiling, but in reality the windows were small and barely let in any light. The lighting in the room was poor, making it quite dark, and the room was also echoey. There was an unpleasant door in my room, which has revealed a lot of trash and electrical wires and door made a disturbing noise when the wind blew in the evening. Cleaning was a bit lacking, and the overall hotel environment felt unpleasant. The room has smart lock with a code. The location is convenient, very close to bus station to go Three natural bridge and a Train station, but if you’re coming from Chongqing by high-speed train, it is not that train station. You would need about a 15-minute taxi ride to reach the hotel. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but there were no options to choose, only has baozi and egg. Overall, it felt a little misleading

The room was clean and spacious. The location is fantastic, being right behind Wulong Railway Station – perfect for those traveling by public transport. Plus, there are plenty of great dining options nearby.

The hotel boasts a super convenient location, right next to the train station. Downstairs, you'll find an abundance of dining choices, from BBQ to various local street food stalls. Check-in was a breeze and very efficient. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

The kind staff at the front desk saw we were traveling with children and gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and it even came with a projector, which our kids absolutely adored. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The reception area also functions as a coffee shop, offering a stunning view of the Wujiang River. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient with easy access to transport. It's a peaceful oasis despite being in a bustling area, as the train station is literally just downstairs – absolutely perfect for families traveling with children like ours.

The location cannot be any better if you're looking for a place near the train station (hotel is on the same level as the departure entrance). The frontdesk was really helpful and sweet. The only drawback might be the loft bed that could be a little hard but I slept OK.

Overall, it's a decent and recommendable place. It's conveniently located near the train station, making check-in very easy. The staff were also friendly and helpful. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that the room felt quite dark and a bit oppressive.

The room was comfortable with ample space. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The breakfast was light and healthy. The hotel staff were incredibly patient and attentive, working late into the evening, assisting with any questions we had, and providing excellent service. Plus, guests can enjoy complimentary coffee. There was only one minor drawback: as foreign tourists, we found the hotel a bit difficult to locate upon arrival in Wulong. There were no clear signs outside the building, which caused some confusion. However, we eventually found it. The hotel is located on the 12th floor of the Jinke Hotel.

The service was excellent, particularly from a kind young lady who was very thoughtful and attentive, always on hand to assist even with late-night calls. A specific feature needed activation. Facilities: Some facilities could use a bit of maintenance. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Good. Service: Good.
